Claims (4)
- 現像された画像をコピー基材に固定するための定着部材であって、
基材と、
フルオロエラストマーと、5ナノメートルから100ナノメートルの平均粒子寸法を有するダイヤモンドを含む充填剤粒子とを含む、前記基材の上の外側層と、を含むことを特徴とする定着部材。 - 前記フルオロエラストマーは、エチレン不飽和フルオロエラストマー、又は、フッ化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、及びテトラフルオロエチレンの共重合体及び三元重合体を含むフルオロエラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定着部材。
- 画像レンダリング装置であって、
画像をコピー基材に適用するための画像適用部品と、
前記画像適用部品からの画像が適用された前記コピー基材を受け取り、前記適用された画像をより恒久的に前記コピー基材に固定する定着装置と、
を含み、前記定着装置は、中を通して前記コピー基材を受け取るためのニップを間に定める定着部材と圧力部材とを含み、前記定着部材及び前記圧力部材のうちの少なくとも一方は、フルオロエラストマーを含むマトリクス材料と、そこに散布された充填剤とを含んだ外側層を含み、前記充填剤は5ナノメートルから100ナノメートルの平均粒子寸法を有するダイヤモンドで形成された粒子を含む、
ことを特徴とする画像レンダリング装置。 - 定着部材を形成する方法であって、
基材を提供し、
前記基材の上に、フルオロエラストマーと、5ナノメートルから100ナノメートルの平均粒子寸法を有するダイヤモンドを含む充填剤粒子とを含む外側層を形成する、
ことを含むことを特徴とする方法。
