前記容器の上面を覆う蓋と、
前記筐体内をファン室と機械室に二分するように前記蓋上に立設されたセパレータと、
前記ファン室に収容され、前記蓋上に前記冷凍サイクル用熱交換器と対向するよう設けられたファンと、を備え、
圧縮機を前記機械室内の前記蓋の上に設置し、前記ファン室の下部から前記圧縮機の下部まで前記温水用熱交換器を延設し、
前記容器は前記室外機ベースと前記室外機ベース上に設けられた温水用熱交換器収容壁から構成され、前記温水用熱交換器収容壁は、前記温水用熱交換器の両端部または四隅部を囲うようにし、前記蓋における前記圧縮機の設置範囲が前記蓋における前記ファンの設置範囲よりも低くなるように前記機械室に対応する部分の高さを前記ファン室に対応する部分の高さよりも低くしたことを特徴とする給湯室外機。
