Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a through hole having an inner peripheral surface of a bag material made of resin and reinforcing fibers formed on an uneven surface part and a method for manufacturing the same.

As a through hole having the above-mentioned configuration, there is one previously proposed by the present applicant, the gist of which is that the inner peripheral surface of the bag material made of resin and reinforcing fibers is formed on the uneven surface part. With such a configuration, the yarn is received by the convex surface portion and floated from the inner surface of the heel, so that the sliding resistance of the yarn at the time of feeding or winding the yarn can be reduced (Patent Document 1).

5)Japanese Patent No. 2807970 (5th to 9th lines in the right column of the publication, page 4, and FIG. 5)

The convex surface portion is formed of a prepreg. Then, when the state where the fishing line is relatively moved while being in strong contact with the tip of the convex portion by the unwinding operation of the device, the resin portion on the surface of the convex portion is damaged by heat and wear, and the function of guiding the fishing line is reduced. In addition, the reinforced fiber is exposed when the resin is worn, and the fishing line comes into contact with a material having a large coefficient of friction such as carbon fiber, which may damage the fishing line.
Such a situation tended to occur easily on the convex surface portion formed on the intermediate rod, which would cause the fishing line to rub against the convex surface portion when the fishing rod bent greatly under high load.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod that suppresses the above-described tendency and can avoid damage to a convex surface portion and damage to a fishing line.

〔Constitution〕
The characteristic configuration of the invention according to claim 1 is a through hole made of a cocoon material made of resin and reinforcing fibers, and a spiral having a predetermined interval in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the cocoon material A convex portion for supporting a fishing line is formed in a ring shape or a ring shape, and the convex portion is constituted by a fishing line receiver and a support portion for supporting and connecting the fishing line receiver to the rod material. The fishing line holder is formed by winding a superalloy wire that is harder and more slidable than a prepreg in which a reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a resin, and the support portion is similar to the inner peripheral surface of the rod material, It is formed so as to cover the superalloy wire by a prepreg in which a bundle of reinforcing fibers arranged in the circumferential direction is impregnated with a resin , and the fishing line strongly contacts the fishing line receiver. However, the fishing line catcher and the fishing line are damaged. There the point you characterized in that it difficult to receive, the effects thereof are as follows.

[Action]
Even if the fishing line is strongly rubbed against the fishing line holder by forming a fishing line receiver made of a wire material that is harder than the prepreg and rich in slidability as the convex portion, a large frictional heat, etc. Is not generated, and the reinforcing fiber is not exposed.
Moreover, since the support part for supporting the fishing line receiver is made of prepreg, the adhesion to the rod material is good, and since this support part is formed at the base end part of the convex surface part, the fishing line strongly rubs. Even if it is made, the convex surface portion is hardly peeled off from the inner peripheral surface of the bag material.
Furthermore, since the convex surface part is formed of a prepreg in which reinforcing fibers are arranged in the circumferential direction, the reinforcing fiber is unlikely to cross the convex surface part, and the shape retaining property of the convex surface part can be strengthened.

〔effect〕
Since the fishing line holder made of a hard and slidable wire rod is formed on the convex portion, the fishing line holder can be used even if the fishing rod is bent greatly and the fishing line comes into strong contact with the fishing line holder. It is not easily damaged and does not damage the fishing line.
In addition, since the fishing line receiver is not formed on the convex surface portion alone, but the support portion is supported by a support portion made of prepreg, the convex surface portion itself is not easily peeled off from the rod material.

The characteristic configuration of the invention according to claim 2 resides in that a water repellent treatment is performed over the surfaces of the support portion and the fishing line receiver, and the operation and effects thereof are as follows.

[Function and effect]
That is, even if the fishing line comes into contact with the support portion or the fishing line holder by the water repellent treatment, moisture is excluded, so that it is difficult to adhere and the sliding resistance of the fishing line does not increase.

The characterizing feature of the invention according to claim 3, thereby applying a release material having water repellency to the metal core, the outer peripheral surface of the release material, roughening for forming the asperity surface portion on the inner peripheral surface of the rod material A tape is wound at a predetermined interval in the axial direction of the core metal , and a superalloy wire is wound from above the release material on a groove-shaped portion formed between the tapes for forming irregularities. Constructing a fishing line receiver, winding a prepreg yarn impregnated with resin on a bundle of reinforcing fibers arranged in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the superalloy wire for forming the fishing line receiver A support portion for connecting and supporting the fishing line catcher to the rod material is formed, and a prepreg tape in which a reinforcing fiber arranged in a circumferential direction is impregnated with a resin is provided on the unevenness forming tape and the prepreg yarn . Winding as one layer and shaft on it The prepreg tape of resin impregnated into reinforcing fibers arranged in direction by winding the second layer to form the rod material, winding a shape-retaining tape on the outer peripheral surface of the rod material, and then calcined Datsushin Later, the shape retaining tape is peeled off, and the unevenness forming tape is peeled off from the rod material, and the fishing line catcher is exposed and formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rod material. It is as follows.

[Function and effect]
That is, by winding the irregularity-forming tape at a predetermined interval in the axial direction of the core bar, a space for forming the convex portion can be secured at the predetermined interval portion. Then, a fishing line receiver and a prepreg support can be provided at the predetermined interval portion, and when the tape for forming irregularities is peeled off after firing, the peeled portion remains as a concave surface portion and at the same time the fishing line receiver and The portion of the prepreg support portion remains as a convex surface portion, and an uneven surface portion is formed on the inner surface of the heel material.
Therefore, a simple manufacturing method is employed in which the tape for forming irregularities is wound at intervals, and the fishing line receiver and the support portion are wound around the interval, which contributes to cost reduction.
In addition, since the fishing line receiver and the support part are wound around the predetermined interval formed between the tapes for forming irregularities, the surfaces of the tapes for forming irregularities and the support parts are flush or It will be in the state close to it, and even if the prepreg as a 1st layer which comprises a collar raw material is wound over the tape and a support part, the prepreg hardly enters the said predetermined space | interval. As a result, the alignment reinforcing fibers in the first layer are less likely to be bent.
In addition, since the release material such as wax applied to the core metal adheres to the convex surface portion, the wax remains even after the core removal, and the wax exhibits water repellency, and at the same time, the convex surface portion and the fishing line that contacts the convex surface portion. Located between them, it plays the role of a slip agent and exerts the effect of further reducing the sliding resistance of the fishing line.

The characteristic configuration of the invention according to claim 4 is that a release tape is wound around at least one of the release material and the concavo-convex forming tape and / or the concavo-convex forming tape and the bag material. The effect is as follows.

[Function and effect]
That is, it can be performed more easily when peeling the tape for forming irregularities after firing, the irregular surface portion can be formed as expected, and the sliding resistance of the yarn is not increased.

Characterizing feature of the invention according to claim 5, as well as applying a release material to the core, winding a first release tape on the outer peripheral surface of the release material, to form an uneven surface portion on the inner peripheral surface of the rod material the concavo-convex forming tape, winding helically at a predetermined interval in the axial direction of the metal core, winding a second release tape from the top of the irregularity-forming tape wound the winding, the second release A release material is applied from above the mold tape, and a superalloy wire is wound from above the second mold release tape around the groove-shaped portion formed between the concavo-convex forming tapes to form a fishing line receiver. the fishing line wherein for bracket as formed on the outer peripheral surface of the superalloy wire, the rod of the fishing line female component the prepreg yarn impregnated with resin reinforcing fibers arranged circumferentially summarizes in a bundle by winding forming a support portion for connecting the support to the material, and the convex-concave forming tape On the serial prepreg yarn, a circumferentially pull aligned arrangement prepreg tape impregnated with a resin to reinforcing fibers wound as the first layer, impregnated with resin reinforcing fibers arranged in the axial direction thereon A prepreg tape is wound as a second layer to form a bag material, a shape-retaining tape is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the bag material, then fired and decentered, and then the shape-retaining tape is peeled off and the unevenness The forming tape is peeled off from the heel material, and the inner peripheral surface of the heel material is formed on the concavo-convex surface portion, and the effects thereof are as follows.

[Function and effect]
That, together with the wound to have your predetermined intervals in the axial direction of the tape for roughening metal core, placing a supporting portion made of fishing line receiving fixture and the prepreg yarn as convex portions in the intervals of the unevenness forming tape Therefore, when the unevenness forming tape is peeled off after firing, a support portion made of a fishing line receiver and a prepreg yarn as a convex portion remains on the tip surface, and the function of receiving the fishing line can be exhibited.
And the predetermined space | interval part will be filled with the support part which consists of a fishing line catch and a prepreg yarn in the predetermined space | interval formed between the uneven | corrugated tapes. As a result, the steps on the outer surface of the concave / convex forming tape, the fishing line catcher, and the prepreg yarn support portion are reduced, and even if the first layer and the second layer are wound, they can be wound without the concave / convex surface portion. it can. Accordingly, the function of the reinforcing fiber can be exhibited as expected without causing the reinforcing fiber arranged in the axial direction to meander from the position where the reinforcing fiber is to be arranged.
In addition, since the release material is applied from above the second release tape applied to the outer peripheral surface in a state in which the tape for forming irregularities is wound, the release material adheres to the convex surface portion. However, the wax remains even after molding, and this wax exhibits water repellency, and at the same time, it is located between the convex surface part and the fishing line that contacts the convex surface part, acting as a slip agent, and reducing the sliding resistance of the fishing line. Demonstrate the effect of further reduction.

[First Embodiment]
The case where the first release tape 3 and the second release tape 5 are used in accordance with the manufacturing process of the punch through is explained.
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), wax 2 as a release material is applied to the core metal 1, and as shown in FIG. 1 (b), a polyester tape as a first release tape 3 is applied from above. The first release tape 3 is tightly wound so that the side surfaces are in contact with each other, and from this state, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), the concave / convex forming tape 4 is spirally formed at a predetermined interval in the direction of the core metal axis. Wind around.

The tape 4 for forming the unevenness is made of a cloth or a plastic such as polyolefin, and is flexible so that it can be applied to the thin core metal 1. It is required to have non-stretchability to maintain the accuracy of a predetermined interval in the direction.

From the top of the tape 4 for irregularities formed, as shown in FIG. 1 (d), tightly wound in a state where the polyester tape as a second release tape 5 is side surfaces of the second release tape 5 contacts. This facilitates the peeling of the concave / convex forming tape 4.

Next, the convex part structure which supports the fishing line a is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), a fishing line receiver 10 is applied from above the second release tape 5 for release at a position where a predetermined interval of the tape 4 for unevenness formation is formed.
Since the concave / convex forming tape 4 is thicker than the second release tape 5, the concave / convex forming tape 4 is covered along the groove formed between the concave / convex forming tapes 4 as shown in FIG. The fishing line catcher 10 is wound around the groove portion from above the second release tape 5.
The fishing line receiver 10 is composed of a superalloy wire 10A that is harder and more slidable than a prepreg. Here, a Ni—Cr alloy such as INCONEL625 is used as the superalloy wire 10A. In addition, titanium, Ni-base alloy, Cr-base alloy, etc. can be used if available. Or what is necessary is just hard materials, such as a tungsten boron fiber and a ceramic fiber.
The superalloy wire 10A drawn from the drum 10B is wound so as to be positioned between the concave and convex forming tapes 4 and 4.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the prepreg yarn 11A is wound from above so as to cover the superalloy wire 10A applied between the concave and convex forming tapes 4 and 4.
Here, the prepreg yarn 11A is formed by impregnating a resin into a bundle in which a large number of reinforcing fibers are bundled without being arranged. Carbon fibers, glass fibers, etc. are used as the reinforcing fibers. Can be adopted.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the prepreg yarn 11A, the prepreg yarn 11A is wound in a state in which the direction of the reinforcing fiber is set in the circumferential direction of the ridge, and the prepreg yarn 11A is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the prepreg yarn 11A. It is desirable that the outer peripheral surface of the second release tape 5 is substantially flush. Thus, when the outer peripheral surface of the prepreg yarn 11A and the outer peripheral surface of the second release tape 5 are substantially flush with each other, when the prepreg sheet described later is applied, the reinforcement included in the alignment sheet Less meandering of fibers.
A prepreg yarn 11A wound around a superalloy wire 10A is referred to as a support portion 11 that connects and supports the fishing line receiver 10 to the rod material 7 described later, and a convex surface portion 9B described later is formed by the fishing line receiver 10 and the support portion 11. To do.

An oily wax 6 is applied to a roll of the superalloy wire 10A and the prepreg yarn 11A, and the oily wax 6 is left on the outer peripheral surfaces of the superalloy wire 10A and the prepreg yarn 11A to impart water repellency.

From this state, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the sheet-like prepreg obtained by impregnating the carbon fiber arranged in the circumferential direction with resin is shredded into a tape shape, and the tape 7A is densely brought into contact with the side surfaces. Wind to form the innermost layer. Further, after winding a prepreg pattern 7a forming a bulging fitting portion at the front and rear ends as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the carbon fiber is axially oriented as shown in FIG. 3 (c). The second layer is formed by closely winding the prepreg tape 7 </ b> B disposed on the side so that the side surfaces are in contact with each other. And furthermore, the prepreg tape 7C in which the carbon fibers are arranged in the circumferential direction and the prepreg tape 7D in which the carbon fibers are arranged in the axial direction are wound to form the third layer and the fourth layer, as shown in FIG. A four-layered bag material 7 is formed. The winding state so far is shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3 (D), a polyester tape 8 as a shape-retaining tape is wound from above the bag material 7, and fired as shown in FIG. 4 (A). As shown in FIG. 4B, the polyester tape 8 is peeled after firing, and the unevenness forming tape 4 is removed together with the first release tape 3 and the second release tape 5 as shown in FIG. As a result, it is possible to form the rod material 7 having the spiral concave and convex surface portions 9A and 9B on the inner peripheral surface, and arrange the fishing line holder 10 made of superalloy wire and the circumferential reinforcing fibers in the convex surface portion 9B. It can be done.

Next, the shape of the uneven surface portions 9A and 9B will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, the dimensions of the uneven surface portions 9A and 9B are as follows. The width L ′ of the convex surface portion 9B is 0.8 to 1.2 mm, the width L of the concave surface portion 9A is 6.7 to 7.3 mm, and the height H of the convex surface portion 9B is 0.4 to 0.6 mm. The cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 9B is close to a square, but a trapezoid, a triangle, or the like can be adopted.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, differences from the first embodiment will be described as a method for forming the bag material 9. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, after the wax 2 is applied to the core 1, the concave / convex forming tape 4, the superalloy wire 10 </ b> A, and the prepreg yarn 11 </ b> A are directly applied to the core in the axial direction of the core. While winding with a predetermined interval, the prepreg tape as the first layer 7A is tightly wound from above to a state where the side surfaces are in contact with each other. The cross-sectional structure of the bag material 7 in the case described above is as shown in FIG.
Thereby, the first release tape 3 and the second release 5 for release used in the first embodiment are not required, and the manufacturing process and the like can be simplified.

In order to adopt the manufacturing method as described above, since the concavo-convex forming tape 4 and the prepreg yarn 11A and the first layer 7A are in direct contact with each other, the concavo-convex forming tape 4 alone has good peelability. To. According to the above manufacturing method, in the convex surface portion 9B of the first layer 7A, the wax 2 adheres, so that water repellency is imparted, and the concave portion 9A is made hydrophilic by applying a surface treatment to the concave / convex forming tape 4. In the convex surface portion 9B that supports the yarn, water or the like can be eliminated due to water repellency, and the chance of contact between the yarn and water can be reduced. This reduces the chances of contact between the yarn and the water.

[Another embodiment]
(1) In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4C, the concave and convex surface portions 9A and 9B are formed in a spiral shape, but the convex surface portion 9B may be configured in a ring shape. In this case, when the concave / convex forming tape 4 is wound, it is necessary to wind the tape 4 in a ring shape for each concave surface portion 9A.
By forming the convex surface portion 9B in the ring shape in the circumferential direction in this way, the convex surface portion 9B and the carbon fiber arranged in the circumferential direction are in the same direction, so the carbon fiber intersects with the switching point of the concave and convex surface portion. Therefore, it is not bent and the strength against bending of the ridge can be maintained high.
(2) As the resin used for the prepreg for forming the ridge, a thermoplastic resin can be used in addition to a thermosetting resin such as epoxy.
(3) As the shape retention tape 8, a heat shrinkable tape may be used.
(4) As a release material, silicon or the like may be used in addition to wax.
(5) In the above-described scissor material 7, a through hole may be formed in the scissor material 7 in order to discharge water to the outside through an internal path through which the yarn is inserted.
