Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod, and more particularly, to a fishing rod formed by connecting a plurality of rod bodies.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in fishing in which the fineness (flexibility) of the condition of the head is required, a fishing rod having a so-called solid rod made of a synthetic resin as a head rod is used.
This type of fishing rod is more rigid against bending than the hollow tubular type because the tip is solid, so that the tip of the tip can be made thinner, and the tip is delicate and relatively hard to break. can do.
[0003]
However, even in such a conventional fishing rod, there is a limit to the difficulty of breaking the tip, but there is a demand for a fishing rod that is more difficult to break the tip.
[0004]
In response to this demand, there has conventionally been proposed one in which the entire tip is made of a superelastic alloy such as a Ni-Ti alloy (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-3-236732 (Claims, FIG. 2)
[0006]
Since a fishing rod provided with such a head rod is a material having an extremely high elasticity range of a superelastic alloy, by narrowing the head, the condition of the head rod is delicate and the head can be extremely hard to be broken.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a fishing rod equipped with such a head rod has a feeling of heavy holding and heavy weight (the head is felt heavy) since the material constituting the entire head rod is a superelastic alloy, and in particular, a long fishing rod. In this case, the feeling of lifting becomes remarkable, and there are various problems such as difficulty in swinging a rod and burdening fishing for a long time.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod which has a delicate ear tip, is extremely hard to be broken, and has a low weight feeling.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a fishing rod according to the present invention is a fishing rod in which a plurality of rod bodies are connected to each other. It is characterized by being constituted by a solid rod made of synthetic resin covered with a resin layer.
The fishing rod having the above structure can be made delicate by making the tip narrow because the tip rod is a solid rod made of synthetic resin, and is made of a superelastic alloy for the core material, so that it is flexed. And the ear tip is very hard to be broken.
In addition, compared to a case where the entire tip rod is made of only the superelastic alloy, the tip rod can be made very light, and the feeling of holding can be made very small.
[0010]
In the present invention, the tip rod includes an exposed portion in which the core material extends to the tip side and is exposed from the synthetic resin layer, and a top guide is externally fitted to the core material of the exposed portion. What is obtained is preferable.
In the fishing rod having such a configuration, since the top guide is externally fitted to the core material of the exposed portion, even when a large force is applied to the top guide, the synthetic resin of the portion other than the exposed portion is used. As in the case of being fitted outside the layer, it is possible to prevent the synthetic resin layer from being damaged at the time of the guide (the end of the portion where the top guide and the spike are joined) and the guide edge is broken. .
[0011]
In such a configuration, the top guide is provided with a cylindrical portion externally fitted to the exposed portion, and a rod end side end surface of the cylindrical portion, and a tip end side end surface of the synthetic resin layer. Are preferably joined.
In the fishing rod having such a configuration, the possibility that the fishing line gets stuck between the rod end side end surface of the cylindrical portion of the top guide and the tip end side end surface of the synthetic resin layer is reduced.
In particular, in the case where the outer periphery of the end portion on the rod end side of the cylindrical portion and the outer periphery of the end portion on the tip side of the synthetic resin layer (that is, the outer periphery of the synthetic resin layer) are flush with each other, the top guide It is also possible to reduce the possibility that the fishing line may be caught on the end of the cylindrical portion of the rod.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing the fishing rod of the present embodiment.
The fishing rod of the present embodiment is configured by connecting a plurality of rod bodies.
Specifically, the original rod 3 closest to the rod end, the inner rod 2 connected to the former rod 3, and the head rod 1 connected to the inner rod 2 are connected in a swinging or parallel manner. It is configured.
[0014]
The former pole 3 is provided with a reel sheet 10 for mounting a reel 11.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the reel 11 is mounted on the reel sheet 10.
[0015]
In the fishing rod of the present embodiment, a fishing line guide 20 for passing a fishing line L drawn from a reel is attached to each of the tip ends of the original rod 3 and the middle rod 2 on the tip side.
[0016]
The main rod 3 and the middle rod 2 are hollow tubular bodies made of synthetic resin. These rod bodies 3 and 2 are obtained by impregnating reinforcing fibers such as carbon fiber and glass fiber with a thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin. The sheet-shaped prepreg is wound around a mandrel, heated, pulled out of the mandrel, and then fired.
[0017]
FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the tip rod 1. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the head rod 1 of the present embodiment is a solid rod (solid rod) made of a synthetic resin, and has a superelasticity as a core material 5 on a central axis of a rod-shaped molded body made of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin. An alloy wire is embedded therein.
That is, the tip rod 1 is a solid rod in which a core material 5 made of a superelastic alloy wire is covered with a synthetic resin layer 6 made of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin.
[0018]
The superelastic alloy wire generally has a circular cross section and a diameter of 0.1 to 1 mm.
Here, the superelastic alloy is an alloy material having the property that the deformation caused by the stress-induced martensitic transformation returns to the original state by the untransformed transformation at the time of unloading, and the superelastic alloy material is a shape memory alloy or the like. Conventionally known alloy materials include, for example, alloy materials such as a Ni-Ti alloy, a Ni-Ti-Fe alloy, a Ni-Ti-Cu alloy, and a Ni-Ti-Cr alloy. Preferably, a Ni-Ti alloy can be used.
[0019]
The tip rod 1 is provided with an exposed portion 1a extending toward the tip side and exposing the core material 5 from the synthetic resin layer 6, and a non-exposed portion 1b in which the synthetic resin layer 6 covers the core material 5. I have. That is, the tip part 1 is provided with an exposed part 1a at the tip part on the tip side and a non-exposed part 1b at the tip of the rod with respect to the exposed part 1a.
A top guide 4 serving as a fishing line guide attached to the tip of the fishing rod is externally fitted to the core member 5 of the exposed portion 1a.
[0020]
The top guide 4 is formed by molding a synthetic resin, metal, or the like into a predetermined shape or the like. The top guide 4 has a tubular portion 7 formed into a tubular shape so that the core member 5 can be fitted therein. And a guide portion 9 having a guide ring 8 extending radially outward from the portion 7 and through which the fishing line L passes.
The top guide 4 is externally fitted to the core 5 of the exposed portion 1a by fitting the core 5 inside the cylindrical portion 7, and is fixed with, for example, an adhesive.
[0021]
In this state, the rod end side end surface 7a of the cylindrical portion 7 is joined to the front end surface 6a of the synthetic resin layer 6 covering the core material 5 of the non-exposed portion 1b over the entire surface. .
The tip 7b of the tubular portion 7 is closed, and the inner closed surface of the tip 7b and the tip of the core 5 are joined.
[0022]
Furthermore, the outer peripheral surface 7c of the end portion of the cylindrical portion 7 at the rod end and the outer peripheral surface 6c of the synthetic resin layer 6 at the tip end of the non-exposed portion 1b are flush with each other. That is, the outer peripheries are continuous without any step, and the outer peripheral surface 7c of the cylindrical portion 7 and the outer peripheral surface 6c of the synthetic resin layer 6 of the non-exposed portion 1b are in the same state.
[0023]
The rod main body of the tip rod 1 is manufactured by, for example, a pultrusion method (drawing molding method) using a molding apparatus shown in FIG.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing an example of a molding apparatus for performing the pultrusion method.
This molding device includes a yarn supply unit 51 that supplies a plurality of fiber bundles 56 and the core material 5, a resin impregnation unit 52 that impregnates the yarn supplied from the yarn supply unit with the resin, and a yarn impregnated with the resin. It is provided with a forming section 53 that is formed into a cylindrical shape to be a preformed body, a curing section 54 that heats and hardens the preformed body to form a formed body, and a drawing device 55 that pulls out the formed body.
The rod main body of the tip rod 1 of the present embodiment supplies the core material 5 so as to be arranged at the center of the plurality of fiber bundles 56 in the yarn supply section 51 of the molding apparatus, and the resin impregnation section 52 supplies the core material 5. After being impregnated with a resin and forming a continuous molded body having the synthetic resin layer 6 on the surface of the core material 5 in the molding section 53 and the curing section 54, the molded body is cut into a predetermined length to have a predetermined taper shape. It is manufactured by grinding the outer synthetic resin layer 6.
The exposed portion 1a is formed, for example, by grinding and removing the synthetic resin layer 6 at the tip of the tip side.
[0024]
Although the fishing rod of the present embodiment is configured as described above, the fishing rod of the present invention is not limited to the above-described configuration, and the design can be changed as appropriate.
For example, in the present embodiment, the synthetic resin layer 6 is made of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin. However, the case where the synthetic resin layer 6 is made of a synthetic resin without reinforcing fibers is also within the range intended by the present invention. .
For example, the spike rod 1 is prepared by pouring a synthetic resin containing no reinforcing fibers before curing into a mold having a predetermined shape, arranging a superelastic alloy wire in the center, and heating and firing (after curing). It is manufactured by a method of extracting from a mold.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the fishing rod according to the present invention has the advantage that the tip is delicate and extremely hard to be broken, and the feeling of holding can be reduced.
