Description

The present invention is provided with a burner, a combustion casing for burning an air-fuel mixture ejected from the burner, and a warm air fan in the heater body, and an air intake port and a warm air outlet port are established in the heater body. The present invention relates to a warm air heater in which air flowing in from an air intake port and combustion exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust port at the upper end of a combustion housing are sucked into a warm air fan and blown to a warm air outlet.

Conventionally, as a warm air heater of this type, a hot air fan is disposed below the combustion housing, and a partition wall is provided in the heater body so as to surround the combustion housing from the front to the top. It is known that an air passage is defined between the air flowing in from the air intake port and the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port at the upper end of the combustion housing and leading to the intake side of the hot air fan (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). Moreover, in this thing, a part of air which flowed in from the air intake port is sucked into a warm air fan via the clearance gap between the front surface of a heater main body, and a partition. Thereby, the front surface of a heater main body can be air-cooled.

By the way, it may be desired to make the inside of the combustion casing visible from the front side of the main body of the heater so that a fireplace-like feeling can be obtained by storing the simulated firewood in the combustion casing. In order to make the warm air heater of the conventional example into a fireplace-like one, a window portion is provided on the front surface of the main body of the heater, the partition wall, and the front surface of the combustion housing to make the inside of the combustion housing visible. It is necessary to attach a glass plate to each of these windows. For this reason, the glass plates are arranged in triplicate, the structure becomes complicated, and the cost increases.

Note that the partition wall is omitted, and the flue gas exhausted from the exhaust port at the upper end of the combustion housing and the air flowing in from the air intake port are mounted on the front window of the heater body and the front window of the combustion housing. It is also conceivable that the air is sucked into the hot air fan below the combustion housing via a gap between the glass plate mounted on the part. However, in this case, the glass plate attached to the window portion on the front surface of the main body of the heater becomes hot, and there is a risk of being hot when touching the glass plate.
JP-A-9-68349

In view of the above points, an object of the present invention is to provide a warm air heater having a simple structure and a low cost so that a fireplace-like feeling can be obtained.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention includes a burner, a combustion casing for burning an air-fuel mixture ejected from the burner, and a hot air fan in the heater body, and the heater body includes an air intake port. The hot air outlet is opened, and the air flowing in from the air intake and the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust opening provided in a part of the upper surface of the combustion housing are sucked into the hot air fan and are sent to the hot air outlet. In the hot air heater that is designed to blow air, the front of the main body of the heater and the front of the combustion housing are provided with windows that are each fitted with a glass plate in order to make the inside of the combustion housing visible. A simulated soot is housed in the housing, and the hot air fan is disposed above the combustion housing. Between the glass plate attached to the front window portion of the heater body and the glass plate attached to the front window portion of the combustion housing. A gap for guiding air in the upward direction is formed on the A partition plate that stands up at the upper front of the combustion housing and faces the glass plate mounted on the front window of the heater body is provided so that the air rising along the gap faces inward of the heater body. Sometimes, a bent flow path is formed that bends the air above the upper part of the partition plate downward, and a part of the air flowing in from the air intake port is opened from the lower part of the combustion housing to the front window part of the heater body. Enters the lower end of the gap between the glass plate attached to the glass plate attached to the front window portion of the combustion housing, and further passes through the bent flow path beyond the partition plate from the upper end of the gap between the two glass plates , The hot air fan is sucked into the hot air fan after being directed inward of the heater main body along the upper part of the combustion housing, and the air flowing from the gap toward the hot air fan passes through the bent flow path at least, It merges with the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port And wherein the door.

According to the present invention, since the hot air fan is disposed above the combustion housing, the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port at the upper end of the combustion housing is warmed between the front surface of the heater body and the front surface of the combustion housing. It is not necessary to arrange a member such as the partition wall of the above-described conventional example for guiding to the wind fan. Therefore, the glass plate only needs to be attached to the front window portion of the heater body and the front window portion of the combustion housing, and the structure is simpler and the cost is lower than that in which three glass plates are arranged. Become. Furthermore, since air flows through the gap between the glass plate attached to the front window portion of the heater body and the glass plate attached to the front window portion of the combustion housing, it is attached to the front window portion of the heater body. The glass plate is air-cooled, and even if you touch this glass plate, you will not feel hot.

When the hot air fan is arranged below the combustion housing, the arrangement position of the combustion housing becomes high, and the pseudo soot is arranged at a relatively high position within the overall height of the heater. In a real fireplace, the firewood is placed at the bottom, which makes the design uncomfortable. On the other hand, in the present invention, by arranging the hot air fan above the combustion housing, the placement position of the combustion housing can be lowered, and the dummy soot can be disposed at a relatively low position within the overall height of the heater. Yes, you can feel like a fireplace.

Further, in the present invention, it is desirable that a part of the air flowing from the air intake port is sucked into the hot air fan via a gap between the rear surface of the heater main body and the rear surface of the combustion housing. . According to this, overheating of the rear surface of the heater body can also be prevented.

Referring to FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a heater body of a hot air heater. In the heater main body 1, a lower burner 2, a combustion casing 3 positioned above the burner 2, and a hot air fan 4 positioned above the combustion casing 3 are arranged.

A plurality of upper and lower air intakes 5 are opened on the rear surface of the main body 1 of the heater, and a hot air outlet 6 is opened on the upper part of the front surface. A louver 6a is attached to the hot air outlet 6 so that the direction of the hot air is directed downward, and a filter (not shown) is attached to the outside of the rear surface of the heater body 1.

Window portions 7 and 8 fitted with glass plates 7a and 8a are provided on the front surface of the heater body 1 and the front surface of the combustion housing 3 in order to make the inside of the combustion housing 3 visible. Then, a pseudo urn 9 is housed in the combustion housing 3 so that a fireplace-like feeling can be obtained. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a longitudinal holding frame 10 is provided in the lateral direction, and a pair of front and rear pseudo eaves 9 and 9 are attached to the front and rear of the holding frame 10 via holding claws 10a. Then, by fixing the holding frame 10 on the bottom surface of the combustion housing 3, the dummy rods 9 and 9 are accommodated in the combustion housing 3.

The burner 2 is a plate-type burner including a combustion plate 2a having a large number of flame holes. The air-fuel mixture (mixed gas of fuel gas and primary air) supplied to the burner 2 has a fuel concentration higher than the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio. In addition, a secondary air restriction cylinder 2b that surrounds the space immediately above the combustion plate 2a is provided to prevent the air-fuel mixture from burning near the combustion plate 2a. Then, the air-fuel mixture is introduced into the space between the front and rear dummy rods 9 and 9 in the combustion housing 3 through the secondary air restriction cylinder 2b, and the secondary air from the air supply unit 3a provided on the bottom surface of the combustion housing 3 The air-fuel mixture is burned in the combustion housing 3 by supplying air. As a result, a flame extending upward from between the front and rear pseudo scissors 9 and 9 is generated, giving a visual impression that the spear 9 is burning.

The hot air fan 4 includes a fan body 4a that is rotationally driven by a motor (not shown), and a fan casing 4b that houses the fan body 4a. The air outlet 4 c of the fan casing 4 b is connected to the hot air outlet 6, and the air inlet 4 d of the fan casing 4 b opens downward at a position above the combustion housing 3. The exhaust port 3b at the upper end of the combustion housing 3 faces the suction port 4d of the fan casing 4b.

Further, the suction port 4d of the fan casing 4b not only opposes the exhaust port 3b but also extends forward and rearward. And the clearance gap between the glass plate 7a with which the front window part 7 of the heater main body 1 was mounted | worn, and the glass plate 8a with which the front window part 8 of the combustion housing 3 was mounted | worn from the upper end of the window part 7 of the suction inlet 4d It communicates with the front part of the suction port 4d through the air guide plate 11 reaching the front end. Further, a gap between the rear surface of the heater body 1 and the rear surface of the combustion housing 3 is communicated with the rear portion of the suction port 4d.

When the fan main body 4 a of the hot air fan 4 is rotated, a part of the air flowing in from the air intake port 5 passes through a gap between the rear surface of the heater main body 1 and the rear surface of the combustion housing 3, and the hot air fan 4. Sucked into. Further, a part of the air flowing in from the air intake port 5 goes into the lower space of the combustion housing 3. A part of the air that has entered the space below the combustion housing 3 is sucked into the combustion housing 2 from the air supply portion 3a on the bottom surface of the combustion housing 3, and this air is used as secondary air to be mixed in the combustion housing 2. Combustion exhaust gas is sucked into the warm air fan 4 from the exhaust port 3 b at the upper end of the combustion housing 3. Further, a part of the air that has entered the space below the combustion housing 3 includes a glass plate 7 a attached to the window portion 7 on the front surface of the heater body 1 and a glass plate 8 a attached to the window portion 8 on the front surface of the combustion housing 3. The air is sucked into the hot air fan 4 via a gap between the two. Then, the combustion exhaust gas and air are mixed and blown to the hot air outlet 6. In FIG. 1, the flow of air is indicated by white arrows, the flow of combustion exhaust gas is indicated by black arrows, and the flow of warm air after mixing air and combustion exhaust gas is separately painted in white and black Indicated by an arrow.

By the way, a hot air fan is arranged below the combustion housing 3, and the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port 3 b at the upper end of the combustion housing 3 is sent to the glass plate 7 a of the window 7 on the front surface of the heater body 1 and the combustion housing 3. It is conceivable to guide the hot air fan through a gap between the front window portion 8 and the glass plate 8a. However, in this case, the glass plate 7a of the window portion 7 on the front surface of the heater body 1 becomes high temperature. In order to prevent overheating of the glass plate 7a, a partition wall is provided between the front surface of the heater body 1 and the front surface of the combustion housing 3, and the combustion exhaust gas is heated to a lower temperature via a gap between the partition wall and the combustion housing. It is necessary to guide to the wind fan. In this case, in order to make the inside of the combustion housing 3 visible, it is necessary to provide a window on the partition wall and attach a glass plate to the window. However, in this case, the glass plates are arranged in triplicate, the structure becomes complicated, and the cost increases.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the warm air fan 4 is disposed above the combustion housing 3, the combustion exhaust gas is directly sucked into the warm air fan 4 from the exhaust port 3b at the upper end of the combustion housing 3, and the partition wall Is no longer needed. Therefore, it is only necessary to attach the glass plates 7a and 8a to the window portion 7 on the front surface of the heater body 1 and the window portion 8 on the front surface of the combustion housing 3, and the structure is compared with that in which the glass plates are arranged in a triple manner. Simplify and reduce costs. Furthermore, since air flows in the gap between the glass plate 7a attached to the front window portion 7 of the heater body 1 and the glass plate 8a attached to the front window portion 8 of the combustion housing 3, the glass plate 7a is air-cooled. it can. Moreover, in this embodiment, since air flows also into the clearance gap between the rear surface of the heater main body 1, and the rear surface of the combustion housing 3, overheating of the rear surface of the heater main body 1 can also be prevented.

Furthermore, by disposing the warm air fan 4 above the combustion housing 3, the disposition position of the combustion housing 3 can be lowered, and the dummy rod 9 can be disposed at a relatively low position within the overall height of the heater. As a result, it is possible to give a feeling close to a real fireplace with a firewood on the bottom.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described with reference to drawings, this invention is not limited to this. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the burner 2 is disposed below the combustion housing 3. However, the burner 2 can be housed in the combustion housing 3 by extending the combustion housing 3 downward. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the burner 2 is comprised with the plate type burner provided with the combustion plate 2a, it is also possible to use the normal Bunsen type burner which does not comprise a combustion plate as the burner 2.
