Claims (7)
- マーキング基体領域被覆度の情報を得る方法であって、
マーキング基体上の被覆されていない部分の基本反射率を取得するステップと、
前記マーキング基体上の完全に被覆された参照被覆パッチの参照反射率を取得するステップと、
前記マーキング基体の標的被覆パッチのマーキング基体領域被覆度の初期推定値
前記標的被覆パッチの目標反射率を取得するステップと、
前記マーキング基体領域被覆度の初期推定値
ここで、
定される際の波長を表し、r1(λ)はマーキング基体のベースカラーのスペクトル反射
率であり、r2(λ)は100%の領域被覆度を有する被覆パッチのスペクトル反射率で
あり、r(λ)は分析中の被覆パッチに対応する予測スペクトル反射率であり、nはユールーニールセン補正係数であり、Nは測定した波長の数であり、
