Claims (7)
- 穿刺傷を形成するために、穿刺傷形成駆動部(18)によって穿刺傷形成方向に高速で動かされるランセット(6)によって体液試料を採取するための穿刺傷形成システムであって、
穿刺傷形成時に患者の身体に侵入する前記ランセット(6)によって形成される穿刺傷の深さを調節するための調節部(12)を有する穿刺傷形成システムにおいて、
前記調節部(12)は、前記穿刺傷形成方向に直交する方向に動くことができるとともに、穿刺傷形成時に患者の身体に対向する下面(11b)と、穿刺傷形成時には前記ランセット(6)に連結される限界停止部(10)が当接する限界停止面が形成された上面(11a)とを備えた制限部材(11)を有し、
さらに、前記制限部材(11)の、前記限界停止面から前記下面(11b)までの前記穿刺傷形成方向の長さが、前記制限部材(11)を前記穿刺傷形成方向に直交する方向に動かすことによって穿刺傷形成時に前記制限部材(11)の前記下面(11b)から突出する前記ランセット(6)の先端の長さを調節することができるように、前記穿刺傷形成方向に直交する方向で異なっており、かつ、前記制限部材(11)が、前記穿刺傷形成方向にバネの付勢力によって動くことができることを特徴とする穿刺傷形成システム。 - 前記限界停止面は、前記下面(11b)に対してある傾斜角をなすように延在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の穿刺傷形成システム。
- 前記制限部材(11)は、穿刺傷形成時に前記ランセット(6)が挿通する間隙(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の穿刺傷形成システム。
- 前記制限部材(11)は、前記穿刺傷形成方向に直交する方向に延在して、前記制限部材(11)を支承する延長部(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺傷形成システム。
- 前記制限部材(11)の前記下面(11b)は、穿刺傷形成時に限られた時間だけ患者の身体に接触することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺傷形成システム。
- 前記穿刺傷形成駆動部(18)は、前記ランセット(6)が停止するときに圧縮される補償バネ(8)を介して穿刺傷形成時には前記ランセット(6)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺傷形成システム。
- 穿刺傷形成時に患者の身体に対向する下面(11b)と、穿刺傷形成時には前記ランセット(6)に連結される限界停止部(10)に当接する限界停止面を構成する上面(11a)とを備えた制限部材(11)を有し、
さらに、前記限界停止面は、前記下面(11b)に対してある傾斜角をなすように延在し、かつ、前記制限部材(11)が、前記穿刺傷形成方向にバネの付勢力によって動くことができることを特徴とする複数のランセット(6)が格納された穿刺傷形成システム用ランセットカートリッジ。
