Description
・使用したカビ培養用容器:図1に示すカビ培養用容器
つまり、カビ検出用培地が収容された本体と該本体の開口部を封止したフィルム状の蓋体とからなる容器を使用した。
組成
ブドウ糖・・・・・・・・10.0g/L
ペプトン・・・・・・・・・5.0g/L
リン酸二水素カリウム・・・1.0g/L
硫酸マグネシウム・・・・・0.5g/L
ジクロラン・・・・・・0.002g/L
ローズベンガル・・・・0.025g/L
クロラムフェニコール・・0.100g/L
寒天・・・・・・・・・・13.0g/L
精製水・・・・・・・・・・1.0L
pH 5.6±0.2
調製法について
加温溶解後、121℃で15分間、高圧滅菌してDRBC寒天培地を調製した。
カビ検出用培地に以下に示すYM培地を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様の試験条件及びロットにて、精米粒のカビの培養を実施した。

調製法について
加温溶解後、121℃で15分間、高圧滅菌してYM培地を調製した。

Claims (5)
- カビ検出用培地が収容された樹脂製本体であって、前記樹脂製本体の内底面上に、前記樹脂製本体の内部を平面視にて複数の区画に分割する、高さ方向の寸法が前記カビ検出用培地の厚さ寸法よりも大きい仕切り部を備えた樹脂製本体と、前記樹脂製本体の開口部側の周縁に固着されることで前記樹脂製本体の開口部に対向した位置にて前記開口部を封止したフィルム状の樹脂製蓋体と、を備えたカビ培養用容器を用意する工程と、
前記樹脂製蓋体により封止された前記樹脂製本体の開口部を、前記樹脂製蓋体を前記樹脂製本体から剥がして開口する工程と、
前記開口された開口部から、前記カビ検出用培地に、穀物を載置する工程と、
前記開口された開口部を前記樹脂製蓋体にて覆ってから、前記カビ培養用容器を室温にて保管する工程と、を含むことを特徴とするカビの発生した穀物の識別方法。 - 前記フィルム状の樹脂製蓋体に代えて、スライド移動自在の板状体を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカビの発生した穀物の識別方法。
- 前記カビ検出用培地が、寒天培地であって、前記寒天培地の寒天濃度が、1.15〜1.35%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカビの発生した穀物の識別方法。
- 前記分割されたそれぞれの区画に、一粒の穀物を載置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカビの発生した穀物の識別方法。
- 前記樹脂製本体が、平面視で矩形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカビの発生した穀物の識別方法。
