Description
Claims (11)
- 航空機のための空気冷却装置であって、第一の抽気位置と、第一ラインと、第二ラインと、排気管と、を含み、
前記第一の抽気位置は第一空気調整装置から第一冷却空気を抽気するよう設計され、
前記第一ラインは、抽気が行われた後、供給空気を冷却するために前記第一冷却空気を供給するように設計され、
前記第二ラインは、前記供給空気を不活性ガス生成システムへ供給するよう設計され、
前記供給空気の冷却が行われた後、前記第一冷却空気は前記排気管を経由して排出され、
前記排気管の通路は、該通路内に設けられた可動蓋により前記排気管における負圧を制御可能または調整可能である、
空気冷却装置。 - 前記第一の抽気位置は前記第一空気調整装置のラムエアチャネルに配置され、
前記供給空気の冷却は熱交換器内で行われ、
抽気が行われた後、前記供給空気を冷却する前に、前記第一冷却空気は第一温度を有し、
冷却が行われる前に、前記供給空気は第二温度を有し、
前記第一温度は、前記第二温度よりも低い請求項1記載の空気冷却装置。 - さらに、第二の抽気位置を含み、
前記第二の抽気位置を経由して第二冷却空気は第二空気調整装置の第二ラムエアチャネルから抽気され、
抽気が行われた後、前記供給空気を冷却する前に第二冷却空気は第三温度を有し、
前記第三温度は前記第二温度より低く、
抽気が行われた後、第一冷却空気は第二冷却空気と混合され、混合が行われた後、前記供給空気を冷却するために使用される請求項2に記載の空気冷却装置。 - さらに、第一バルブを含み、
前記第一バルブを経由して前記供給空気の全体量は制御可能または調整可能である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の空気冷却装置。 - さらに、第一温度センサを含み、
前記第一温度センサによって第四温度が測定可能であり、
前記第四温度は冷却が行われた後の前記供給空気の温度である請求項4に記載の空気冷却装置。 - さらに、第二バルブと、前記熱交換器のブリッジと、を含み、
前記ブリッジを交差する通過域は前記第二バルブによって制御可能または調整可能である請求項5に記載の空気冷却装置。 - さらに、第一制御装置を含み、
前記第一制御装置は前記第一バルブまたは前記第二バルブを制御もしくは調整するか、または前記第一温度センサによって第五温度を測定する請求項6に記載の空気冷却装置。 - さらに、第二制御装置と、第二温度センサと、第三バルブと、の群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの要素を含み、
前記第二制御装置が含まれている場合において、前記第一制御装置は前記第二制御装置と設計が異なり、
前記第二制御装置が含まれている場合において、前記第一制御装置が故障したときには、前記第二制御装置が前記第一制御装置の機能を引き継ぎ、
前記第二温度センサが含まれている場合において、前記第一温度センサが故障した場合には、前記第二温度センサが前記第一温度センサの機能を引き継ぎ、
前記第三バルブが含まれている場合において、前記第一バルブが故障した場合には、前記第三バルブが前記第一バルブの機能を引き継ぐ請求項7に記載の空気冷却装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の空気冷却装置を含む航空機。
- 航空機における空気冷却方法であって、
第一抽気位置を経由して第一空気調整装置から第一冷却空気を抽気する工程と、
供給空気を前記第一冷却空気によって冷却する工程と、
前記供給空気の冷却が行われた後、不活性ガス生成システムへ前記供給空気を供給する工程と、
前記供給空気の冷却が行われた後、前記第一冷却空気を排気管から排出する工程と、
前記排気管の通路内に設けられた可動蓋により前記排気管における負圧を制御または調整する工程と、を含む空気冷却方法。 - さらに、第二抽気位置を経由して第二空気調整装置から第二空気を抽気する工程と、
第一の抽気された冷却空気と第二の抽気された冷却空気とを前記供給空気の冷却のために供給する工程と、
前記供給空気の冷却が行われた後、排気管を経由して前記第一および第二冷却空気を出す工程と、を含み
前記第一抽気位置は前記第一空気調整装置のラムエアチャネルに配置され、
前記第二抽気位置は前記第二空気調整装置のラムエアチャネルに配置され、
前記供給空気の冷却は熱交換器内で行われる請求項10に記載の方法。
