Description
The present invention relates to a pattern paper having various phosphorescent properties and a method for producing the pattern paper.
In Patent Document 1, since the phosphorescent powder uniformly enters the fibers of the Japanese paper, only a part of the phosphorescent powder appears on the outer surface of the Japanese paper, and it is difficult to ensure the luminance by the phosphorescent powder.
An object of the present invention is to provide a pattern paper that can emit light brightly with a small amount of phosphorescent phosphor powder and a method for producing the pattern paper.
The present invention will be described with reference to the reference numerals of the drawings (FIG. 1) of the embodiment described later.
In the patterned paper 1 according to the invention of claim 1, a plurality of luminous aggregates obtained by agglomerating the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 and the phosphorescent fluorescent powder are formed as a pattern 4 and fixed on the ground paper 3 that has been made. I am letting. In the invention of claim 1, the phosphorescent agglomerated powder mixed with the phosphorescent phosphor powder is fixed on the ground paper 3 as a pattern 4 so that the phosphorescent phosphor powder absorbs the base paper 3. The light can be brightly emitted by a small amount of the phosphorescent phosphor powder. Moreover, since the luminous aggregate obtained by mixing the luminous phosphor powder with the light-transmitting rayon fiber 2 has the pattern 4, the luminance of the luminous fluorescent powder can be increased. Furthermore, since a hollow flat fiber is used as the rayon fiber 2 of the phosphorescent aggregate, light necessary for the afterglow phosphorescent property of the phosphorescent aggregate can be easily hit and light emission can be easily seen.
In the invention of claim 2, the pattern paper 1 is manufactured by the following method.
A mixture of the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 and the phosphorescent fluorescent powder mixed in a liquid is stirred and dispersed, and the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 and the phosphorescent fluorescent powder are aggregated with a flocculant, and the hollow flat A liquid containing agglomerates containing a plurality of phosphorescent agglomerates including a rayon fiber 2 and a phosphorescent fluorescent powder, and a wet paper as a base paper 3 in the middle of papermaking. A pattern in which a plurality of phosphorescent aggregates obtained by agglomerating the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 and the phosphorescent fluorescent powder are formed as a pattern 4 by dehydrating and drying a wet paper material in contact with the agglomerate-containing mixed liquid. The pattern paper 1 is manufactured by being superimposed and fixed on the base paper 3. In the invention of claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1, the agglomerate-containing mixed liquid is brought into contact with the wet paper web material in the previous stage of forming the wet paper as the base paper 3 in the middle of papermaking. The agglomerates can be easily overlapped and fixed on the base paper 3 as a pattern 4, and the pattern paper 1 for various uses having luminous properties can be easily manufactured.
In this invention, the pattern paper 1 which can be made to light-emit brightly with a small amount of phosphorescent fluorescent powder body, and the manufacturing method of the pattern paper 1 can be provided.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The pattern paper 1 shown in FIG. 1 (d) is manufactured through the following schematic process (production of luminous aggregates and paper making) shown in FIG. 1 (a).
1 part of hollow flat rayon fiber 2 shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, 100 parts of phosphorescent fluorescent powder, and 30 parts of fibrous vinylon binder as a flocculant are diluted to 2% with water. Then, the mixed liquid is stirred and dispersed. Next, 0.2% by weight of a 0.1% aqueous solution of acrylamide / acrylic acid copolymer as a chemical is added to the liquid and stirred. After the stirring, 1% by weight of a 10% aqueous solution of aluminum sulfate as a chemical is added and stirred, or 0.2% by weight of a styrene polymer as a chemical is added and stirred. In this way, the aggregate obtained by agglomerating the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 and the phosphorescent fluorescent powder and mixing a plurality of phosphorescent aggregates including the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 and the phosphorescent fluorescent powder with the liquid. A mixed liquid containing is produced. The hollow flat rayon fiber 2 is composed of opposed flat walls 2a, opposed side walls 2b, and hollow portions 2c therebetween, and the inner surfaces of the flat walls 2a are in contact with each other. Alternatively, a slight gap may be formed between the inner surfaces of both flat walls 2a. Incidentally, in FIG. 1 (b), the length L in the direction in which the hollow portion 2c extends is 2 to 15 mm, preferably 3 to 5 mm, and the width W in the direction connecting the side walls 2b to each other is 40 to 200 μ, preferably 40 to 60 μ. The thickness T in the direction connecting the flat walls 2a to each other is set to 1 to 10 μm, preferably 1 to 3 μm. The flatness ratio W: T, which is the ratio of the width W to the thickness T, is set to 10: 1 to 70: 1, preferably 20: 1 to 30: 1.
In the previous stage of forming the wet paper as the base paper 3 in the middle of papermaking, the agglomerate-containing mixed liquid is continuously supplied onto the wet paper material formed on the short net of the short net paper machine, and the aggregate The mixture liquid contacted is dehydrated and dried, so that a large number of phosphorescent aggregates obtained by agglomerating the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 and the phosphorescent phosphor powder are stacked on the base paper 3 as patterns 4. For example, a fixed pattern paper 1 having a basis weight of 60 g / m 2 is manufactured. Incidentally, it is possible to make paper with a long paper machine or a circular paper machine instead of a short paper machine, or with a paper machine with a combination thereof.
In such a pattern paper 1, since the mixed liquid containing agglomerates is brought into contact with the wet paper web material in the previous stage of forming the wet paper as the base paper 3 in the middle of papermaking, the phosphorescent phosphor powder is contained in the base paper 3. Is not absorbed, and it is possible to emit light brightly with a small amount of phosphorescent phosphor powder, and it is easy to fix the phosphorescent agglomerates as patterns 4 on the base paper 3. Moreover, since the hollow flat rayon fiber 2 with high light transmittance is used, the luminance by the phosphorescent fluorescent powder can be increased, and the light necessary for the afterglow phosphorescence of the phosphorescent agglomerates can be easily hit. The light emission is easy to see.
