Description of the Related Art A grip portion of a fishing rod in which a urethane resin film is formed by applying paint is known. In this grip part, it is supposed that a big matt effect and a uniform matt state are obtained (for example, refer patent document 2).
JP-A-8-238684 Japanese Patent No. 3462572

上述した液体ホーニング加工で着色艶消し状態を実現しようとすると、焼成した本体を塗装した後に液体ホーニング加工を施すこととなり、塗装により管状体の重量が増大してしまう。   If it is going to implement | achieve a coloring matte state by the liquid honing process mentioned above, it will give a liquid honing process after coating the baked main body, and the weight of a tubular body will increase by coating.

また、上述したグリップ部でも、ウレタン樹脂塗料が塗布されており、重量が増大している。   Moreover, the urethane resin paint is applied also in the grip part mentioned above, and the weight is increasing.

本発明は、上記課題に着目してなされたもので、その目的とするところは、軽量で、装飾性に優れ、艶消し外観を有する管状体及びその製造方法を提供することである。   The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tubular body that is lightweight, excellent in decorativeness, and has a matte appearance, and a method for producing the same.

The tubular body of the present invention, the fibers forming the tubular body formed by winding a fiber reinforced prepreg having a fiber-reinforced resin layer impregnated with a synthetic resin to reinforcing fibers, the outermost layer of the body Decorative particles embedded in the resin portion of the outer surface portion of the reinforced resin layer, and the thickness of the resin portion of the outer surface portion of the fiber reinforced resin layer is juxtaposed with the outermost layer of the fiber reinforced prepreg Numerous fine recesses are formed on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer that is smaller than the average diameter of the reinforced fibers and forms the outermost layer of the main body, and the decorative particles are formed of the fiber reinforced resin. In the resin part of the outer surface part of the layer, it is arrange | positioned in the radial direction inside of the said main body rather than the said fine recessed part, and the radial direction outer side of the said main body rather than the said reinforced fiber, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

The method for producing a tubular body according to the present invention includes a step of winding a fiber reinforced prepreg in which a reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin around a core member to form a tubular body, mixing decorative particles in a solvent, and adding the solvent to the body. A surface portion on which a large number of fine convex portions of the covering member are formed, and a step of causing the solvent to volatilize to adhere the decorative particles to the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer of the fiber reinforced prepreg. Are disposed on the outer surface of the main body, the step of firing the main body while covering and tightening the outer surface of the main body with the covering member, and the step of removing the core member and the covering member from the main body. It is characterized by comprising.

In the tubular body of the present invention, decorative particles are embedded in the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer of the fiber reinforced prepreg forming the outermost layer of the main body , and these decorative particles have an outer surface whose thickness is smaller than the average diameter of the reinforced fibers. In the resin part of the part , the tubular body is lighter and the decorative particles are prevented from falling off, and the decorativeness and weather resistance thereof are arranged on the inner side in the radial direction of the main body and the outer side in the radial direction of the main body than the fine recesses . Since a large number of fine recesses are formed on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer , a matte appearance is realized.

また、本発明の管状体の製造方法では、軽量で、装飾性に優れ、艶消し外観を有する管状体を製造することが可能となっている。   Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the tubular body of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a tubular body that is lightweight, has excellent decorativeness, and has a matte appearance.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tubular body of the present embodiment is for a fishing rod pipe and has a main body 12 having a hollow thin-walled structure. The main body 12 is formed by winding a fiber reinforced prepreg 16 (hereinafter simply referred to as prepreg 16) in which a reinforcing fiber 14 is impregnated with a synthetic resin around a core metal 11 (see FIG. 4) as a core member. . As the reinforcing fiber 14, for example, carbon fiber, glass fiber, or aramid fiber is used, and as the synthetic resin, a transparent or translucent one is used. Preferably, thermosetting such as epoxy resin, polyester resin, phenol resin or the like is used. A thermoplastic resin may be used, and a thermoplastic resin such as polyamide may be mixed. The main body 12 may have a solid structure.

本体12は、内層17、中間層18、外層20の三層構造となっている。なお、本体12は、三層構造に限らず、適宜数の積層構造であってもよい。本実施形態では、内層17及び外層20では、プリプレグ16の繊維方向が本体12の周方向に引き揃えられており、中間層18では、プリプレグ16の繊維方向が本体12の長手軸方向に引き揃えられている。   The main body 12 has a three-layer structure of an inner layer 17, an intermediate layer 18, and an outer layer 20. The main body 12 is not limited to a three-layer structure, and may have an appropriate number of laminated structures. In the present embodiment, in the inner layer 17 and the outer layer 20, the fiber direction of the prepreg 16 is aligned in the circumferential direction of the main body 12, and in the intermediate layer 18, the fiber direction of the prepreg 16 is aligned in the longitudinal axis direction of the main body 12. It has been.

Referring to FIG. 3, the outer surface of the main body 12 is sprayed with a solvent mixed with the decorative particles 22, and the solvent is volatilized to form the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24 of the prepreg 16 that forms the outermost layer of the main body. The decorative particles 22 are attached to the surface. After adhering the decorative particles 22, external pressure is applied to embed the decorative particles 22 in the resin portion 25 on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24. For example, the decorative particles 22 can be embedded by pressing the outer surface of the main body 12 against the fluorine material mat while the decorative particles 22 are overlapped. The decorative particles 22 can be removed. For example, the decorative particles 22 can be embedded by winding a tape around the outer surface of the main body 12, and the excess decorative particles 22 can be removed when the tape is peeled off.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, after embedding the decorative particles 22, the fastening tape 26 is wound around the outer peripheral portion of the main body 12, and the main body 12 is pressed on the core metal 11 by the fastening force of the fastening tape 26. . The fastening tape 26 is formed in, for example, a polypropylene resin, a polyethylene terephthalate resin, or a combination of these resins into a single layer structure, a double layer structure, or a sandwich structure, and the thickness thereof is, for example, 10 μm to 35 μm. The width is set to 5 mm to 20 mm, for example. In order to uniformly pressurize the entire outer peripheral surface of the main body 12 with a predetermined pressure, for example, the fastening tape 26 is overlapped with a predetermined width at a pitch of about 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm and wound spirally.

As shown in FIG. 5A, innumerable fine convex portions 28 are formed on the inner surface portion and the side surface portion of the fastening tape 26 as the covering member to form an uneven surface. In the present embodiment, the fine convex portion 28 has an elliptical irregular shape that is long in the longitudinal direction of the fastening tape 26, but is not limited to an ellipse, and may be a circular shape, a triangular shape, a polygonal shape, or the like. It may be a regular shape. Moreover, the fine convex part 28 may have a linear shape, and an inner region surrounded by the fine convex part 28 and an outer region thereof have a concave shape. And the height of the fine convex part 28 is about 2 micrometers-3 micrometers, the width | variety of the fine convex part 28 is 7 micrometers or less, Preferably it is 3 micrometers or less, and the space | interval between the adjacent fine convex parts 28 is 10 micrometers or less. .

また、図5Bに示されるように、緊締用テープ26の内面部及び側面部に、多数の点状の微細凸部28を散在させるようにしてもよい。これら微細凸部28の高さ、幅は、図5Aの微細凸部28の高さ、幅と同程度であってもよく、また、さらに大きくあるいは小さく形成してもよい。 Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, a large number of dot-like fine convex portions 28 may be scattered on the inner surface portion and the side surface portion of the fastening tape 26. The height and width of these fine protrusions 28 may be approximately the same as the height and width of the fine protrusions 28 in FIG. 5A , or may be formed larger or smaller.

さらに、図5Cに示されるように、緊締用テープ26に無数の微細な孔31を形成するようにしてもよい。この場合、緊締用テープ26の本体部が微細凸部28としての機能を有する。本実施形態では、孔31は円形形状となっているが、楕円形形状、三角形形状、多角形形状等であってもよいし、これらの孔31を組み合わせてもかまわない。   Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5C, an infinite number of fine holes 31 may be formed in the fastening tape 26. In this case, the main body portion of the fastening tape 26 functions as the fine convex portion 28. In this embodiment, the hole 31 has a circular shape, but may have an elliptical shape, a triangular shape, a polygonal shape, or the like, or these holes 31 may be combined.

3 and 4, after winding the fastening tape 26 around the outer periphery of the main body 12, the main body 12 is heat-treated at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time to be baked and hardened. 11. The fastening tape 26 is removed. As a result, on the outer peripheral portion of the main body 12, a gentle inclined surface 32 formed by the flat inner surface of the fastening tape 26 and a stepped portion 34 formed by the side edge portion of the fastening tape 26 are formed. Note that the height of the stepped portion 34 is substantially equal to the thickness of the fastening tape 26 and is, for example, 10 μm to 35 μm.

図5A乃至図5C、図6を参照し、繊維強化樹脂層24の外表部の樹脂部分25の平均厚さは、プリプレグ16の最外側に並列されている強化繊維14の平均径よりも小さくなっており、4μm〜6μmの範囲の厚さとなっている。ここで、樹脂部分25の平均厚さとは、焼成硬化後の本体12において、最も外表面側に位置する強化繊維14と繊維強化樹脂層24の外表面との間の距離の平均値のことをいう。   5A to 5C and FIG. 6, the average thickness of the resin portion 25 on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24 is smaller than the average diameter of the reinforced fibers 14 arranged in parallel on the outermost side of the prepreg 16. The thickness is in the range of 4 μm to 6 μm. Here, the average thickness of the resin portion 25 is the average value of the distance between the reinforcing fiber 14 located on the outermost surface side and the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24 in the main body 12 after baking and curing. Say.

On the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24, a large number of fine concave portions 30 are formed by the fine convex portions 28 of the fastening tape 26. That is, the elliptical irregularity having a depth of about 2 μm to 3 μm and a width of 7 μm or less, preferably 3 μm or less, corresponding to the ellipse irregularly shaped fine protrusion 28 having a height of about 2 μm to 3 μm and a width of 7 μm or less, preferably 3 μm or less Regular fine recesses 30 are formed. Further, corresponding to the scattered point-like fine convex portions 28 shown in FIG. 4B, scattered point-like fine concave portions 30 which are the same size as or larger or smaller than the elliptically irregular fine concave portions 30 described above are provided. It is formed.

The decorative particles 22 are disposed on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24 on the radially inner side of the fine recesses 30 and on the radially outer side of the reinforcing fibers 14. The average thickness of the decorative particles 22 is 0.05 μm or more, and is thinner than the average thickness of the resin portion 25, and considering the embedding in the resin portion 25, it is 5 μm or less, preferably 3 μm or less. Is preferably 1 μm or less. Here, the average thickness of the decorative particles 22 is an average value of the thicknesses of both end portions and the central portion along the direction in which the passing dimension of the decorative particles 22 is large.

The width of the decorative particle 22 that is the passing dimension of the decorative particle 22 is set to 3 μm to 200 μm, for example. Further, the width of the decorative particles 22 is set to a dimension that allows the decorative particles 22 to straddle the plurality of reinforcing fibers 14 so that the decorative particles 22 do not enter between the reinforcing fibers 14 arranged in parallel to the outermost side of the prepreg 16. Is preferred. In particular, it is preferable to use decorative particles 22 having a width that is at least four times the average diameter of the reinforcing fibers 14. That is, since the diameter of the reinforcing fiber 14 is usually 5 μm to 7 μm, the width of the decorative particle 22 is preferably 20 μm or more. Moreover, since the decoration particle 22 becomes difficult to adhere when the decoration particle 22 is too large, the width of the decoration particle 22 is preferably 60 μm or less. Thus, the width of the decorative particles 22 is particularly preferably set to 20 μm to 60 μm.

The decorative particles 22 are appropriate to have glitter and glitter, and are formed of, for example, a metal material, a glass material, a ceramic material, or a synthetic resin material. Moreover, it is appropriate that the decorative particles 22 have transparency. As the decorative particles 22, for example, transparent metal thin film chips, thin film resin chips having a glass flake multilayer structure, and hologram chips are used. Furthermore, it is preferable that the decorative particles 22 have both glitter and transparency. In addition, as the decorative particles 22, glitter particles that emit interference light may be used so as to emphasize the glitteringness of the tubular body, or those obtained by evaporating a metal on a resin may be used. Alternatively, the decorative particles 22 may be made by coating a substrate made of a flaky metal or a natural mineral such as mica with a coating layer of resin, magnesium fluoride, titanium oxide, chromium oxide, or ceramics. The decorative particles 22 may have any shape, and the foil-shaped decorative particles 22 have a greater concealing effect than the round decorative particles 22.

Therefore, the tubular body of this embodiment has the following effects. In the tubular body of the present embodiment, the decorative particles 22 are embedded in the outer surface portion of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24 of the fiber reinforced prepreg 16 that forms the outermost layer of the main body 12. Since the decorative property is excellent and a large number of fine recesses 30 are formed on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24, a matte appearance is realized. In addition, in the outer surface portion of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24, the decorative particles 22 are disposed radially inward of the fine recesses 30 and radially outward of the reinforcing fibers 14 and are protected by the resin coating. Is difficult to fall off, and the tubular body has excellent weather resistance.

Moreover, the manufacturing method of the tubular body of this embodiment has the following effects. In the method for manufacturing a tubular body of the present embodiment, the surface portion of the tightening tape 26 on which a large number of fine convex portions 28 are formed is disposed on the outer surface of the main body 12, and the outer surface of the main body 12 is covered with the tightening tape 26. The main body 12 is fired while being covered and tightened, and the fine concave portions 30 are formed on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24 by the numerous fine convex portions 28. For this reason, the matte appearance of various variations can be realized by changing the size, shape, arrangement, density and the like of the fine convex portions 28 of the tightening tape 26.

さらに、微細凸部28が形成されている緊締用テープ26を本体12の外表面に締め付けているため、緊締用テープ26と繊維強化樹脂層24の外表部との密着性がよく、テープスリップが発生しにくいため、装飾粒子22がずれて装飾ムラが発生するのが防止されると共に、緊締用テープ26の側縁部による段部34にも装飾粒子22が乗りやすい。従って、安定した装飾外観を得ることが可能である。   Furthermore, since the fastening tape 26 on which the fine protrusions 28 are formed is fastened to the outer surface of the main body 12, the adhesion between the fastening tape 26 and the outer surface portion of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24 is good, and tape slip occurs. Since it does not easily occur, it is possible to prevent the decorative particles 22 from shifting and to generate decorative unevenness, and the decorative particles 22 can easily get on the stepped portion 34 formed by the side edge of the fastening tape 26. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a stable decorative appearance.

加えて、本体12を焼成硬化して緊締用テープ26を除去した段階で、本体12の外表面に艶消し外観が形成されている。即ち、無塗装、無研磨によって艶消し外観が実現されており、製造工程が簡単化されていると共に、塗装により管状体の重量が増大することがなく、また、研磨によって装飾粒子22が脱落して粒子班が発生するのが防止されている。   In addition, a matte appearance is formed on the outer surface of the main body 12 when the main body 12 is baked and cured to remove the fastening tape 26. That is, a matte appearance is realized by non-painting and non-polishing, the manufacturing process is simplified, the weight of the tubular body is not increased by painting, and the decorative particles 22 are dropped off by polishing. The generation of particle clusters is prevented.

図7は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明には含まれない参考例を示す。上述の実施形態と同様な機能を有する構成には、同一の参照符号を付して説明を省略する。本参考例では、繊維強化樹脂層24の外表面に装飾粒子22を付着した後、樹脂部分25に装飾粒子22を埋め込むことなく、そのまま上述の実施形態と同様に緊締用テープ26(図4参照)を本体12の外周部に巻回して、本体12を焼成硬化する。 FIG. 7 shows a reference example not included in the claimed invention . Configurations having functions similar to those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. In this reference example, after depositing decorative particles 22 on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24, without embedding the decorative particles 22 in the resin portion 25, the embodiment similarly to tightening tape 26 described above as it is (see FIG. 4 ) Is wound around the outer periphery of the main body 12, and the main body 12 is baked and cured.

装飾粒子22は、その一部分が繊維強化樹脂層24の外表面において外部に露出しており、装飾粒子22の外表面及び繊維強化樹脂層24の外表面に多数の微細凹部30が形成されている。また、装飾粒子22は、本体12の外表面において、本体12の外表面の面積の15%〜75%の面積を占めるように配置されている。   A part of the decorative particle 22 is exposed to the outside on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24, and a large number of fine recesses 30 are formed on the outer surface of the decorative particle 22 and the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24. . The decorative particles 22 are arranged on the outer surface of the main body 12 so as to occupy an area of 15% to 75% of the area of the outer surface of the main body 12.

従って、本参考例の管状体は次の効果を奏する。本参考例の管状体では、上述の実施形態と同様に、管状体が軽量化され、管状体の装飾性が優れたものとなっているのに加えて、装飾粒子22が繊維強化樹脂層24の外表面で露出し、装飾粒子22の外表面に多数の微細凹部30が形成されているため、くすんだ艶消し外観でなく、装飾粒子22本来の色彩、光輝感、きらびやかさを生かした明瞭な艶消し外観が実現されている。 Therefore, the tubular body of this reference example has the following effects. In the tubular body of the present reference example , the tubular body is reduced in weight and the decorative property of the tubular body is excellent as in the above-described embodiment, and the decorative particles 22 are included in the fiber reinforced resin layer 24. Since the outer surface of each of the decorative particles 22 is exposed and a large number of fine recesses 30 are formed on the outer surface of the decorative particle 22, it is clear that the original color, glitter, and glitter of the decorative particle 22 are utilized instead of a dull matt appearance. The matte appearance is realized.

さらに、装飾粒子22は、本体12の外表面の面積の15%〜75%の面積を占めるように配置されており、装飾粒子22の占める面積が大きすぎずまた小さすぎず、装飾粒子22による装飾効果が高められている。   Furthermore, the decoration particles 22 are arranged so as to occupy an area of 15% to 75% of the area of the outer surface of the main body 12, and the area occupied by the decoration particles 22 is neither too large nor too small. The decorative effect is enhanced.

また、本参考例の管状体の製造方法でも、上述の実施形態と同様に、緊締用テープ26の微細凸部28の大きさ、形状、配置、密度等を変化させることにより、様々なバリエーションの艶消し外観を実現することができる。 Also in the method of manufacturing the tubular body of this reference example , as in the above-described embodiment, various variations can be achieved by changing the size, shape, arrangement, density, and the like of the fine protrusions 28 of the fastening tape 26. A matte appearance can be realized.

In the embodiment and the reference example described above, instead of the fastening tape 26, an elastic tube having a fine convex portion 28 formed on the inner peripheral surface may be used. That is, after the decorative particles 22 are attached to the outer surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer 24, the decorative particles 22 are not embedded or embedded, and the outer peripheral portion of the main body 12 is covered with an elastic tube as a covering member, while applying external pressure. Is fired and cured. Various dimensions in the case of using the elastic tube are the same as those in the case of using the fastening tape 26. The elastic tube is made of, for example, ethylene propylene, silicone rubber, or fluorine resin.

本発明は、軽量で装飾性に優れた艶消し外観を有する、釣竿、ゴルフクラブシャフト、テニスラケット等に用いられる管状体及びその製造方法を提供する。   The present invention provides a tubular body used for fishing rods, golf club shafts, tennis rackets, and the like having a matte appearance that is lightweight and excellent in decorativeness, and a method for producing the same.
