As an example of a volatilizing body and a volatile substance storage container, a non-liquid-absorbing layer or a liquid-absorbing layer is partially provided on one side of the paper, and a non-liquid-absorbing layer or a liquid-absorbing layer is provided on the opposite side of the non-liquid-absorbing layer or the liquid-absorbing layer. The non-liquid-absorbing layer or liquid-absorbing layer is partially provided on at least a part other than the part corresponding to the installation part, and the difference in the expansion ratio between the non-liquid-absorbing layer or liquid-absorbing layer and paper when the volatile liquid is vaporized and volatilized. Alternatively, there is known a volatilized body in which a difference in warpage and / or twist is caused by a difference in elongation rate depending on the paper making direction (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In addition, as another example of the volatilization body and the volatile substance storage container, a non-liquid-absorbing material that does not absorb the fragrance liquid is formed on one surface of the stretch layer that is formed of the liquid-absorbing material and extends by absorbing the fragrance liquid. Alternatively, an accessory layer formed of a material having a different elongation rate from the stretched layer is fixed by liquid absorption to form a molded body, and a plurality of deformation pieces are formed by dividing a part of the molded body into a plurality of parts. Volatilizers are known (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

The volatilization body 20 has a volatilization member that expands when the solution 15 is supplied and the solution 15 is absorbed therein, and two materials having different expansion rates are laminated with an adhesive or the like. Among these materials, a material having a low expansion / contraction rate is formed by bonding a liquid absorbing material that exhibits a volatilization effect. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, kraft paper 21 and a polyethylene member 22 having a lower expansion / contraction rate than kraft paper 21 are laminated via an adhesive layer 23 as the two stretchable materials. Moreover, the nonwoven fabric 24 is joined to the polyethylene member 22 as a liquid absorption progress material.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other volatilizing agents can be used as appropriate. However, resins are preferable regardless of inorganic materials and organic materials, and the liquid absorption progressing material is not limited to non-woven fabric and has liquid absorbency. If it is what. Moreover, as a joining method of the nonwoven fabric 24, various things can be used suitably besides adhesion | attachment, welding, and sewing. Furthermore, when the kraft paper 21 and the polyethylene member 22 are employed as the two stretchable materials, the basis weight of the kraft paper 21 is preferably 80 to 150 g / m 2 , and the thickness of the polyethylene member 22 is 15 ˜20 μm is preferred.

And the volatilization body 20 formed in this way has a kraft paper 21 with a high extension rate inside, and a cylinder in a direction substantially perpendicular to the liquid absorption direction of the solution 15 of these volatilization members (A direction in FIG. 3). A petal portion 16 is formed by being wound into a shape.

In addition, when expressing petals, the upper end of the petal 16 is formed in an arc shape and colored white, and when expressing gerbera, the upper end is wider than the petals. When it is formed in a small oval shape and colored pink, and when expressing margaret, the upper end is formed in a strip shape and colored yellow. Thus, the petal portion 16 can be formed in an arbitrary shape according to the type of flower to be applied.

The core part 17 is formed in a rectangular plate shape having a liquid absorption property, for example, made of non-woven fabric. The core part 17 is wound in the same manner as the petal part 16 and formed into a cylindrical shape, and then the core part 17 is formed inside the petal part 16. Assembled in a shape.

The stamen portion 18 is colored yellow or the like by using a resin, and has a shape imitating a stamen or pistil. The stamen portion 18 is assembled to the core portion 17 by piercing the core portion 17 from above.

The sepal portion 19 is colored green or the like using a resin and imitates a flower bud arranged in a pedestal shape at the center of the lower end of the petal portion 16 when surrounding the lower end portion of the petal portion 16. It is formed in a shape and assembled to the lower part of the core part 17.

Such a volatile substance storage container 10 is manufactured and sold in a bud state of the volatile body 12 without removing a virgin seal (not shown) in the cap 13. Then, the volatile substance storage container 10 has the core part 17 absorbs the solution 15 through the liquid-absorbing member 14 when the virgin seal is cut off. The solution 15 is absorbed from the portion 17 into the petal portion 16, that is, the volatilizing body 20.

As shown in FIG. 2, the core portion 17 absorbs the solution 15 through the liquid absorbing member 14, and then the solution 15 is absorbed from the core portion 17 to the tip of the volatilizer 20, so that the volatilizer 12 is curled in the petal portion 16 so that the kraft paper 21 expands much and the polyethylene member 22 does not expand much, so that the buds bloom. Moreover, since the nonwoven fabric 24 is joined to the polyethylene member 22, the liquid absorption of the solution 15 of these volatile members is advanced to improve the volatility.

As shown in FIG. 3, the volatile substance storage container 10 is formed so as to express flowering by allowing the volatile body 12 to penetrate to the tip. At this time, curling due to flowering is based on the difference in elongation between the kraft paper 21 and the polyethylene member 22, and the curl direction is set to a direction substantially perpendicular to the liquid absorption direction A of the kraft paper 21. Therefore, it is wound in a cylindrical shape so that the direction intersecting the liquid absorption direction A of the kraft paper 21 is the cylindrical direction. Then, after the ladle portion 18 is welded to the upper end portion of the liquid absorbing member 14 by, for example, hot melt, the liquid absorbing member 14 is inserted from the upper portion of the core portion 17, and the petal portion 16 is formed with the core portion 17 as a core. By winding and fixing the assembly of the petal portion 16, the core portion 17, the ladle portion 18, and the liquid absorbing member 14 to the scooping portion 19, a plurality of flowers are bundled and assembled integrally.

According to the volatile substance storage container 10 described above, the degree of curling can be reduced by the configuration of the laminated kraft paper 21 and polyethylene member 22 having different elongation rates and the nonwoven fabric 24 joined to the polyethylene member 22 having a lower elongation rate. While improving, since the nonwoven fabric 24 has liquid absorbency and can advance the liquid absorption of a volatilization member and can improve volatility, expression of a sufficient flowering state and volatilization effect can be aimed at simultaneously. .

Further, according to the volatile substance storage container 10, the solvent is 3-methyl-3-methoxybutanol, and is further set to 15 to 25% by weight of the whole solution. The combination with the volatilization body 20 of the present invention has a synergistic effect and can further exhibit a sufficient volatilization effect.

Further, according to the volatile substance storage container 10, the volatile body 12 is wound in a cylindrical shape having a cylindrical direction that intersects the liquid absorption direction A of the kraft paper 21 substantially perpendicularly and is connected to the liquid absorption member 14. Thus, it is possible to facilitate the flowering expression by setting the liquid absorption direction of the solution to the circumferential direction.

Further, according to the volatile substance storage container 10, the solution 15 sucked through the core portion 17 advances, so that the kraft paper 21 having a high elongation rate and the polyethylene member 22 having a low elongation rate are stretched. By the difference in the rate, curling can be caused to efficiently express the flowering of the bud.

FIG. 5 shows a modification of the above embodiment according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 5, in the modified example of the volatile substance storage container 10, the petal portion 16 represents a flowering state of the petal portion 16 in a state where a virgin seal (not shown) included in the cap 13 is not removed. 31 and a bud portion 32 that expresses flowering as the solution progresses.

According to the volatile substance storage container 10 of the present modified example, by including the flowering part 31 that expresses the flowering state and the bud part 32 that expresses flowering as the solution progresses, Appearance and decorativeness imitating fresh flowers can be obtained by changing the expression. As a result, at the time of over-the-counter sales, the consumer's desire to purchase is brought about, and at the time of installation of the volatile substance storage container 10, an effect of causing aesthetics is exhibited.
