Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paperboard cushion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, shock absorbers made of foamed polystyrene have been used when packing and transporting not only electrical products but also various articles, etc., but environmental destruction due to the increase in foamed polystyrene as garbage has become a problem. As a result, the material used for the cushioning material has been changed from foamed polystyrene to paper, and the cushioning material made from paper is made of short fiber or fragmented paper material. Some are made of paper, cardboard or cardboard.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the above-described shock absorber made of paperboard has a basic structure in which one side of the blank a is bent with the side plate b as a leg and stored in the outer box c. In the shape of the storage article d, a cut is made in a cross shape at a required portion of the top plate e on the side where the storage article d is put in and out, and each of the four tongue pieces f formed by the cut is bent. A corresponding opening g is formed and the movement of the storage article d is suppressed by the bent tongues f so that the storage recess h having a depth in the storage article insertion direction is continuous with the opening g. .
[0004]
In addition to the above-described one blank, there is a buffer body composed of a plurality of blanks. As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, one main blank a becomes a basic skeleton of the buffer body by assembling, and the side plates b connected to the four sides of the top plate e are folded down and adjacent to each other. A buffer body outer peripheral surface inclined in a flared shape is formed by bonding the side plates b together, and the opening g is provided in the top plate e. And in another blank i, a plurality of side plates j that suppress the movement of the stored article d are shaped from the periphery of the bottom plate k, and this blank i is made to correspond to the opening g, The blank i is assembled to the opening g by pasting the margin piece l located at the end of each of the side plates j around the opening g, whereby the bottom plate is recessed in the opening g toward the back surface of the top plate. The storage recessed part h provided with the recessed inner peripheral surface inclined so that the k side becomes narrow was formed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among the cushions made of the above-mentioned paper material, the buffer body made of short fiber or fragmented paper material is liable to generate paper dust during use, etc. In addition to the disadvantage that it is not suitable for a shock absorber, the surface of the shock absorber itself is rough and the hue is gray, so that there is a problem that the appearance of the stored article is lowered. From this point of view, a shock absorber made of a paper material made of paper material such as corrugated cardboard or cardboard is often used, and as described above, a shock absorber made of paperboard having a storage recess formed by combining a plurality of blanks. The body is also being adopted.
[0006]
Further, in the above-mentioned paperboard cushion, since it is not efficient to assemble the blank from the blank when it is stored in the outer box in combination with the stored article, the side plates adjacent to the outer peripheral surface of the buffer are erected in advance. Are also bonded together to form a three-dimensional object, and supplied as a paperboard cushion to the packing process of stored items.
By the way, it is easy to handle a large number of paperboard cushions used in a packaging line, etc., and it is necessary to keep the space occupied by many bufferers small. Makes stacking possible. That is, as described above, the outer peripheral surface of the buffer body is inclined so as to spread toward the bottom, and the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion of the storage recess is inclined toward the bottom plate side, so that the area around the storage recess under the top plate is reduced. The top plate side of the lower buffer body is placed in the space, so that the stacked state of the buffer body is stabilized.
[0007]
However, in the paperboard shock absorber having the above structure, the two side plates are bonded to each other at positions corresponding to the four corners of the top plate. The three side plates with the side plates are gathered in a continuous state to partially increase the rigidity. Therefore, even if an impact that causes movement of the top plate in the diagonal direction is applied to the packaging body using this paperboard cushion, the corner portion has high rigidity, so the product supported by the paperboard cushion. There is a problem that the impact is easily transmitted directly and the function as a buffer is not performed.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to prevent the rigidity of the corner portion of the paperboard shock absorber from increasing even when the side plates are bonded to each other. It is an object of the present invention to make it possible to absorb the impact at the corner portion of the paperboard shock absorber even if an impact input in the diagonal direction of the top panel is applied to the used packaging body from the outside.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and has an opening corresponding to a stored article on a top plate serving as a top surface of a shock absorber, and the side plates around the top plate are folded down so that adjacent side plates are attached to each other. In addition, a sub-blank that forms a storage recess composed of a bottom plate and a side plate around the bottom plate is assembled to the opening of the main blank that forms the buffer outer peripheral surface. In the paperboard cushion in which the recessed storage recess is located,
The corner of the outer peripheral surface of the shock absorber can be deformed by cutting out the four corners of the top plate of the main blank and the corner of the side plate adjacent to the corner of the top plate ,
The paperboard , wherein the bonding portion of the side plate at the corner portion where the outer peripheral surface of the buffer body can be deformed and the top plate are separated from each other with the opening portion formed of the notch therebetween. A buffer body is provided to solve the above problems.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a paperboard cushion, which has a storage recess that is open from the top side and serves as an insertion slot. The storage article and a part of the storage article are inserted into the storage recess, and in this state, the outside is removed. By storing in a box or the like, the movement of the stored article during transportation is suppressed, and even if an external shock is applied to the outer box, the shock is transmitted to the stored article by absorbing the shock with this paperboard buffer. It's something to reduce.
The paperboard cushion 1 is composed of three blanks: a main blank A that forms the basic skeleton of the paperboard cushion 1 and two sub-blanks B and C that form storage recesses to be described later. By pressing in an overlapped state, the face plates of each of the three blanks are bent together and combined with each other, and the three blanks are bonded together at a required position as will be described later. It is united.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 5, in the state before pressing, one sub-blank B is overlaid on the main blank A, and another sub-blank C is overlaid on the main blank A. Processing is performed. As shown in FIG. 3, the main blank A has a

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the top plate serving as the top surface of the shock absorber has an opening corresponding to the stored article, and the side plates around the top plate are folded down and the adjacent side plates are bonded together. A sub-blank that forms a storage recess composed of a bottom plate and a side plate around the bottom plate is assembled to the opening of the main blank that forms the outer peripheral surface of the buffer body, and the opening is recessed in the back surface direction of the top plate. In the paperboard shock absorber in which the storage recess is located, the corners of the outer peripheral surface of the shock absorber are deformable by cutting out the four corners of the top plate of the main blank.
As a result, the corners of the outer periphery of the shock absorber can be deformed without being constrained by the top plate, and if the package using the shock absorber made of this paperboard is handled, it is input in the diagonal direction on the top plate. Even if such an impact is applied, the corner portion is deformed and absorbs the impact, so that the impact is transmitted to the product supported by the paper board cushioning body, and the function as a cushioning body is sufficiently achieved. It has an effect that is excellent in practicality.
