Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscopic balloon device for plugging the entrance of a stomach so as to keep the stomach inflated when observing the stomach with an endoscope.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When observing the stomach with an endoscope, in order to ensure the distance between the gastric mucosal surface and the observation window, air is supplied from the tip of the endoscope so that the stomach is inflated. It has become.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The cardia, which is the entrance to the stomach, and the pylorus, which is the exit, each perform peristaltic movement. End up.
[0004]
Therefore, the operator must frequently perform an air supply operation in the stomach, which is not only complicated, but also causes unnecessary pain to the patient due to excessive air supply.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic balloon device capable of effectively plugging the stomach entrance so as to keep the stomach inflated when observing the stomach with an endoscope. And
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an endoscopic balloon device according to the present invention is an endoscopic balloon device used by being inserted into a stomach, wherein two inflatable balloons are flexible tubes. By arranging fluids in the balloons in front and back at the tip, and by feeding fluid into the balloons through the flexible tube, the balloons located outside the stomach inflate both balloons, and the balloons located inside the stomach are exposed outside the stomach. It is designed to expand larger than the balloon that is positioned.
[0007]
In order to plug the cardia, it is necessary to make the balloon arranged on the front side inflated larger than the balloon arranged on the rear side among the two balloons arranged on the distal end portion of the flexible tube. In that case, an endoscope passage that penetrates both balloons forward and backward may be formed.
[0008]
In addition, in order to plug the pylorus, if the balloon arranged at the rear side of the two balloons arranged at the tip of the flexible tube is inflated larger than the balloon arranged at the front side, Good.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a distal end portion of an endoscopic balloon device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The distal end portion of an elongate flexible tube 1 having a diameter of about 2 to 3 mm and having no expansion / contraction is shown in FIG. Two inflatable balloons, a front balloon 2 and a rear balloon 3, are arranged side by side.
[0010]
Since this endoscopic balloon device is for plugging the pylorus which is the exit of the stomach, the length of the flexible tube 1 can pass from the esophagus through the stomach to reach the pylorus which is the exit of the stomach. It is set to about 1.5m so that it can be done.
[0011]
There is a gap of, for example, about several millimeters to 1 cm between the front balloon 2 and the rear balloon 3, and the portion becomes a connection part 1 a having a small expansion / contraction property by the same material as the flexible tube 1, for example. Yes.
[0012]
An injection cap (not shown) is attached to the proximal end of the flexible tube 1, and when water or the like is injected therefrom, the water passes through the flexible tube 1 and enters the front balloon 2. It is sent into the rear balloon 3, and the front balloon 2 and the rear balloon 3 are changed from the deflated state indicated by the two-dot chain line to the inflated state indicated by the solid line.
[0013]
The front balloon 2 and the rear balloon 3 are formed so as to swell uniformly around the central axis position (that is, the extension line of the flexible tube 1) without distortion, and the rear balloon 3 is the first balloon. It is formed so as to be larger than the side balloon 2 (for example, about 2 to 3 times in diameter).
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the endoscope balloon device configured in this way is used through the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope 10, and the stomach device between the front balloon 2 and the rear balloon 3 is used. In a state where 100 pylorus 101 is located, water or the like is injected from a syringe barrel 5 or the like connected to the injection cap 4 to inflate both balloons 2 and 3. Reference numeral 200 denotes an esophagus.
[0015]
Then, the rear balloon 3 in the stomach swells larger than the front balloon 2 protruding outside the pylorus 101, so that both balloons 2, 3 fit into the space before and after the pylorus 101. become.
[0016]
In this way, the pylorus 101 is plugged by both balloons 2 and 3 so that air does not escape from the stomach. Therefore, the endoscope 10 is withdrawn from the body while the balloon device is left as it is. Separately, each part in the stomach 100 can be observed by reinserting only the endoscope 10.
[0017]
If the flexible tube 1 and the rear balloon 3 are configured to be separable and a check valve or the like is provided on the rear balloon 3 side, both balloons 2 in a state where the pylorus 101 is plugged are provided. 3, the flexible tube 1 can be removed, and observation in the stomach 100 by the endoscope 10 can be performed more easily.
[0018]
Further, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the flexible tube 1 is replaced with a first tube 1 ′ connected to the front balloon 2 and a second tube 1 ″ connected to the rear balloon 3. A double pipe structure may be used.
[0019]
FIG. 4 shows a distal end portion of an endoscope balloon device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The endoscope balloon device according to this embodiment is used for plugging a cardia which is an entrance of a stomach. Is.
[0020]
Therefore, the front balloon 2 of the two balloons 2 and 3 is formed so as to expand larger than the rear balloon 3 (for example, about 2 to 3 times in diameter), and passes through the insertion portion of the endoscope. For this purpose, an endoscope passage 6 is formed so as to penetrate the balloons 2 and 3 back and forth.
[0021]
FIG. 5 shows a state after inflating both the balloons 2 and 3 using such an endoscopic balloon device, and the flexible tube 1 is not shown.
However, you may comprise so that the flexible tube 1 can be removed with respect to both the balloons 2 and 3 as mentioned above.
[0022]
In the case of this embodiment, the front balloon 2 in the stomach swells larger than the rear balloon 3 on the esophagus 200 side with the cardia 102 in between, so both balloons 2 and 3 are in front of and behind the cardia 102. It is in a state that fits perfectly in the space.
[0023]
Thus, the cardia 102 is plugged by both balloons 2 and 3 so that air does not escape from the stomach, and the endoscope 10 is inserted into the stomach 100 via the endoscope passage 6. Can be removed.
[0024]
In the case of the balloon device for plugging the cardia 102 as described above, the flexible tube 1 is connected to the first tube 1 'connected to the front balloon 2 and the rear side as shown in FIG. A configuration separated from the second tube 1 ″ connected to the balloon 3 may be used.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the balloon located in the stomach out of the two inflatable balloons arranged side by side at the front end portion of the flexible tube is inflated larger than the balloon located outside the stomach. As a result, both balloons fit into the space before and after the entrance or exit of the stomach and the part is plugged, so keep the stomach inflated when observing the stomach. In addition, it is possible to perform intragastric observation with an endoscope in a stable state without air leakage from the stomach.
