Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a ball dispensing device that is provided in a pachinko gaming machine, a ball lending device associated therewith, etc., and brakes the flow of the pachinko ball.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional ball payout device of the pachinko gaming machine illustrated in FIG. 8 is supported so that the operating body a can be rotated in the vertical plane by the support shaft b, and by operating the solenoid c, The tip part d pointed at the tip of the pachinko ball e protrudes from the window hole g formed on one side of the payout channel f of the pachinko ball e into the payout channel so that the flow of the pachinko ball e can be stopped. Is.
[0003]
By the way, in such a conventional ball dispensing device, for example, when the operating body a protrudes into the dispensing flow path f at the time of a power failure or the like, the tip end d accidentally strikes the true center of the pachinko ball e. As shown in FIG. 4, the pachinko ball e is sandwiched between the tip portion d and the side wall facing it, and is in a bridged state. The pachinko ball e becomes halfway and causes abnormality in the detection of the ball sensor and the solenoid. An excessive load was applied to the battery, causing failure.
[0004]
Similar problems have been observed in sprocket ball dispensers and screw ball dispensers.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention is intended to solve the above problems and provide a ball payout device that can always operate smoothly.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this purpose, the present invention provides a ball dispensing apparatus in which an operating body that is provided in one side of a pachinko ball dispensing channel and that brakes the flow of the pachinko ball by moving the actuator is provided in a vertical plane. The rotatable roller is provided so that its outer peripheral surface is a side wall facing the working body of the payout passage and is exposed to a range where the pachinko ball can be sandwiched between the roller and the tip of the working body. It is characterized by .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a ball dispensing device according to claims 1 and 2 of the present invention. 1 is a ball storage tank provided on the back side of a pachinko gaming machine, etc., and pachinko balls p flow down in an aligned manner. The spherical inlets 2 and 2 connected in this manner are gently inclined ridges formed in a gentle downward slope from the inlet. A payout passage 4 inclined at a steep angle is extended through the refracting portion 3 at the lower end of the gently inclined rod.
[0008]
5 is supported by a support shaft 6 so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane, and a tip portion 7 sharpened like a bowl is projected and retracted from a window hole 8 formed on one side of the discharge channel 4, and the pachinko ball p It is a plastic working body provided so that flow can be stopped. Reference numeral 9 denotes a solenoid in which the plunger head 11 is engaged with an engaging portion 10 formed integrally with the operating body 5, and the plunger head 11 resists the elasticity of the coil spring 12 by exciting the solenoid. Thus, the operating body 5 rotates around the support shaft 6 and causes its tip 7 to appear and disappear in the dispensing flow path 4.
[0009]
Thus, 13 is a roller supported on the support shaft 14 so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane so that the outer peripheral surface is exposed on the side wall of the dispensing channel 4 facing the working body 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the roller 13 has a straight line L connecting the rotation center thereof (ie, the support shaft 14) and the center of the pachinko ball with which the tip 7 of the operating body 6 contacts. It is set so as to be a downward inclination line having an inclination of 45 degrees or less (in this embodiment, an angle α = 10 degrees) with the center as a height.
[0010]
Reference numeral 15 denotes an optical ball counting sensor composed of a projector and a light receiver. The sensor is slightly downstream of the pachinko ball p stopped by the operating body 5 and deviates from the center line of the discharge channel 4. The pachinko spheres are arranged so that their optical axes intersect each other at a certain position, and the pachinko spheres immediately after the stop by the operating body 5 is released can be detected by blocking the optical axes.
[0011]
In the ball dispensing apparatus configured as described above, the tip 7 of the operating body 5 protrudes into the dispensing channel 4 due to the elasticity of the coil spring 12 as shown in FIG. The flow of the ball p is stopped. Therefore, when the solenoid 9 is excited by the command from the ball payout control device and the plunger head 11 is pulled, the tip 7 of the operating body 5 is lost from the payout flow path 4 as shown in FIG. The pachinko balls p in the dispensing channel 4 are dispensed by their own weight.
[0012]
When the solenoid 9 is demagnetized at the time of a power failure or when a predetermined number of pachinko balls are paid out, the distal end portion 7 of the operating body 5 protrudes again into the payout flow path 4 due to the elasticity of the coil spring 12, and the pachinko balls p Is stopped. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, even if the tip 7 hits the pachinko ball p and the center of the pachinko ball p and the rotation center of the roller are linearly connected, the operating body 5 rotates freely. Therefore, there is no possibility that such a crosslinked state will occur. Since the straight line L is set to be a downward slant line of 45 degrees or less with the center of rotation of the roller as a height, the ball weight is applied to the working body 5. It is possible to rotate freely more freely and to prevent the crosslinked state more reliably.
[0013]
Further, in the ball dispensing device shown in this embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the pressure of the pachinko ball p continuous on the gently inclined rod 2 is prevented from being directly applied to the distal end portion 7 of the operating body 5 when stopped. At the same time, the tip 7 is projected and retracted along the direction of the substantially extended line of the bottom surface of the gently inclined rod 2 so that the frictional force applied from the pachinko ball p to the upper surface of the operating body 5 is as much as possible. To be reduced.
[0014]
Further, in this ball dispensing device, since the refracting portion 3 is formed, the speed of the pachinko sphere p flowing down the gently inclined rod 2 is decelerated by passing through the refracting portion 3, and the ball counting sensor 15 Since the optical axis does not go beyond a certain speed, detection errors are less likely to occur.
[0015]
If the roller 13 is made of metal or the like and the outer peripheral surface is formed of a conductive material, static electricity of the pachinko sphere is released by the contact, and malfunction due to charging can be prevented.
In addition, although not shown, a fan is provided so as to rotate with the power when the roller 13 rotates, so that the solenoid 9 and the like are cooled by the wind generated when the fan rotates, and the seizure is prevented. It is also possible to make it.
[0016]
Further, the shape of the roller 13 does not necessarily have to be a perfect circle, and may be a notched circle having only the action portion exposed. Although not shown in the figure, by making the roller 13 conical, the pachinko balls that have been cross-linked should be able to easily escape in the direction of the small diameter of the conical surface.
[0017]
On the other hand, FIG. 4 shows another embodiment, in which the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 denote the same parts. In this embodiment, a thin leaf spring-like elastic piece 20 is provided on the side wall of the payout flow path 4 facing the operating body 5 so that the elastic piece can be elastically moved in and out by the pressure of the pachinko ball p. is there. For this reason, even in the case of this ball dispensing device, even if the pachinko ball p is abutted by the tip portion 7 of the operating body 5, it is possible to make it difficult to form a crosslinked state because the elastic piece 20 is submerged by the pressure.
[0018]
In addition to the configuration shown in FIG. 4, the elastic piece 20 can be formed in a corrugated plate shape as shown in FIG. 5, thereby eliminating the settling of the elastic piece 20 and maintaining the elasticity for a long time. It becomes like this. As the material of the elastic piece 20, a leaf spring having a thickness of 0.1 to 0.3 can be used, and its elasticity can be adjusted to an optimum value depending on the width dimension.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, a coil spring 21 is provided behind the elastic piece so that the elastic piece 20 can elastically appear and disappear in the payout flow path 4, or as shown in FIG. It is also possible to provide the piece 20 at an angle so that the elastic piece can elastically appear and disappear in the dispensing channel 4 by its own weight or the weight 22.
[0019]
In this embodiment, an example in which the operating body that brakes the flow of the pachinko ball is rotatably supported has been described. However, the operating body may be provided in a form that slides. Further, the form of the operating body can be applied to other forms such as a sprocket-like one or a screw-like one in addition to the illustrated one.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Above-described manner, the present invention provides a ball dispensing device formed by providing an actuation member for braking the stream of pachinko balls were infested by operation of the actuator on one side of the dispensing channel of the pachinko ball in該払overhead stream path, vertical A roller that is rotatable in the plane is provided so that its outer peripheral surface is a side wall facing the working body of the payout flow path and is exposed to a range in which a pachinko ball can be sandwiched between the roller and the tip of the working body. As a result, it is possible to prevent the pachinko sphere from being in a crosslinked state in the dispensing channel. For this reason, there is a beneficial effect that the cause of the failure such as an abnormality in the detection of the ball sensor or an excessive load applied to the actuator is eliminated, so that the ball dispensing device can always operate smoothly.
