をON/OFFするON/OFF回路104と、フォトトランジスタ(PH1,PH2,…)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an illegal counting prevention apparatus for a prize ball counter that is installed in a pachinko store, a sparrow ball shop, and the like and optically counts the number of prize balls acquired by a customer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Pachinko stores, sparrow ball stores, etc. are equipped with prize ball counters for counting prize balls such as pachinko balls at prize exchanges, etc., but such prize ball counters are generally thrown into hoppers by customers. The number of winning balls is detected by a sensor and counted.

It has occurred. The illegal content is dealt with so that an illegal circuit is connected to the harness on the light receiving side of the sensor so that the illegality cannot be found by checking the ON / OFF signal of the optical
[0009]
In the circuit of FIG. 8, for example, by removing the phototransistor PH1 or cutting the signal line related to sensor signal transmission at point P, the sensor signal is passed on the light receiving side when the light emitting side is OFF, and the light emitting side is ON. Inserts an illegal circuit that forcibly turns on a part of the light receiving side sensor. As a result, even if the sensor check is passed when the power is turned on or before the counting is started, a part of the sensor is forcibly turned on at the time of counting. become. For this reason, an amount smaller than the actual number of balls becomes a count value, which is profit for the store.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to prevent such fraud, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-9809, an apparatus for measuring the weight of a prize ball and confirming whether the count value and the weight match is proposed. However, there is a drawback that a mechanism for measuring the weight is required, leading to an increase in cost and the weight of the counter becoming heavy.
[0011]
In addition, in the current inspection method, there is no other way than checking the appearance of whether there is anything on the harness of the
[0012]
For this reason, it is strongly desired to warn of unauthorized alterations in the counter as described above without disassembling the counter and to prevent illegal acts (modifications) on the store side.
[0013]
The present invention has been made under the circumstances as described above, and the object of the present invention is to perform a fraud that does not generate a counting pulse during counting of the winning balls and decreases the counting value of the winning balls. An object of the present invention is to provide an illegal counting preventing device for a prize ball counting machine which is not obtained.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention rolls a prize ball and counts the number of the prize balls by an optical sensor having a plurality of light emitting elements and the same number of light receiving elements arranged opposite to each other across the rolling path. In the machine, the light emission amount of the entire light emitting element of the optical sensor is changed stepwise until all the output states of the plurality of light receiving elements are changed, and the light receiving element that has changed first to the light receiving element that has changed last is changed. The order in which the output state of each light receiving element of the optical sensor changes is detected and stored in advance as change state data when the optical sensor is normal , and the output state of each light receiving element of the optical sensor prior to the counting There detecting the order in which to change, it is achieved by comparing and collating the variation state data at the time of the detection and changing state data at the time of the normal.
[0016]
The object of the present invention is to compare whether the order of change in the output state of each light receiving element matches with the change state data in the comparison and collation, and the order of some of the light receiving elements is inconsistent. even if the order of the other light receiving elements coincides more and child and apparatus normally be more effectively achieved.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, first, the light amount of the light emitting side element is changed in an analog or digital manner to detect a change in the light receiving side element (for example, a change from ON to OFF or a change from OFF to ON). The state (for example, order) is stored in the memory. The sensitivity of the sensor varies, and the order of turning off (or turning on) a plurality of light receiving elements is always a constant pattern. This pattern is memorized at the time of product shipment, etc., sensor check is performed at the time of counting each time after being installed in the store, the insertion of an illegal circuit can be detected by comparing the actual change state with the memory state, It is possible to prevent illegal counting.
[0018]
Since the change pattern varies depending on the sensitivity of the light receiving side element, it is very difficult to insert an unauthorized circuit. When an illegal circuit is inserted, it is different from the state stored in advance in the memory, and the insertion of the illegal circuit can be detected based on the mismatch of the change patterns.
[0019]
Hereinafter, the illegal counting preventing apparatus for a prize ball counter according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

When the above-mentioned coincidence or the coincidence within the permissible range cannot be obtained, an alarm is given by a buzzer or a counter is informed that fraud has been performed by display on a display device. Further, the operation of the apparatus may be stopped when fraud is detected.
[0030]
In the above description, the number of light emitting elements and light receiving elements is six, but the number is arbitrary.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the illegal counting preventing device for a prize ball counter according to the present invention, it is not necessary to disassemble the device and to perform an appearance check before the power is turned on or prior to counting with respect to fraud applied to the harness. By executing the initial check program, the device itself can detect an injustice and output an alarm or stop the operation. Therefore, the unauthorized modification cannot be easily performed. In addition, since the changing pattern varies depending on the sensitivity of the light receiving sensor, it is difficult for an unauthorized person to form a circuit that copes with various changing patterns by a machine. For this reason, unauthorized modification can be prevented, and there is a strong advantage in aging.
