例えば冷蔵庫では、奥行の中間に梁を配しウオーム、ホイールにてウオームを回す事によって上下させていたし、テーブルではロック機構を解除し台を直接手で上下させる方法にて行われていた。

ウォームを回すのでは時間が掛かるし、ロック機構を解除する方法では、台が重い時ロックを外した瞬間に台が下がり危険を伴うし、又、ロック解除・台の上下の2動作となり操作が繁雑で所定の位置にセットし難い等の難点が有った。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明では、ピッチ角の小さい螺旋溝を備えた足とそれに相対した部材を備え、その部材にスプロケット又はプーリーを備え、台の周囲にベルトを張り巡らして、足を上下させる様にした。

上記の構造により、螺旋溝のピッチ角が小さい為ロック機構を必要としないので操作が簡単であるし、操作距離を長くとれる為操作力は軽くて済み、又、直線操作なので素早く行う事が出来る。

【実施例】
図1に台全体、図2に機構部の拡大図を示す。螺旋溝1aを有したスプロケット1は、相対する螺旋溝を有した足板2とはめ合わされており、スプロケット1にはベルト3が掛かっている。ベルト3の一端は取っ手部4aを備えたスライド4に係止され、他端はスライド4にはめ込まればね5にて予圧された緊張部材6に係止されているので、取っ手部4aを動かす事により、足板2が上下する。ばね5は、台7の材料とベルト3の材料の違いにより温度変化による熱膨張差で、ベルト3に異常な力が掛かるのを防止する。
尚、ベルトは穴の空いたものでなくともタイミングベルトでも良いし、チェーンでも可能である。

以上述べた螺旋溝構造をベルトで上下させる方式にて、ベルトを外周に配する事により操作距離を大きくとれるし、摩擦は四隅のみで少なくて済むので、操作は軽く行う事が出来る。
