Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning wire device suitable for a bent portion of a drain pipe having a wire body, which is used for cleaning a drain pipe or the like and can be deformed substantially following the bent portion of the drain pipe.

For example, in a kitchen, a drainage system is an indispensable facility for assuring sanitation and the environment inside a building together with water supply, hot water supply facilities, various sanitary appliances, and the like. In the kitchen, a large amount of fats and oils (grease, oils) used in cooking, a large amount of fats and oils used in dishwashing, and fibers discharged from the disposer are also mixed. Since the kitchen wastewater mixed with these is discharged as gravity wastewater, its carrying capacity is weak, and in particular, there is a limit to the slope that can be taken with respect to the drainage horizontal branch pipe disposed horizontally under the floor. Nevertheless, it is necessary to let the kitchen wastewater, which contains oil and fat and other filth in the hot water, flow away without stagnation in the pipeline. In a kitchen environment, even a slight overflow or leak can easily cause bad odors, non-hygiene, and pathogens. Once the drainage is poor, the damage can be greatly spread, and improvement is desired.

Fig. 1 shows various facilities and drainage pipe networks installed in the building. Each floor has drainage pipes for various purposes such as bathrooms, hand-washing, toilets, kitchen sinks, floor drainage, cleaning vents and other drains. is set up. Each drainage pipe is connected to a drainage standpipe from a drainage horizontal branch pipe with a gentle slope, gathered in the drainage horizontal main pipe and discharged to the sewer pipe, but elbow fittings are used in many places in the connection of each drainage pipe described above Has been. There are various types of joints on elbows, from those with a gentle bending angle to those with a steep bend, but there is no change in the bent part, and there is flexibility, but a straight washing pipe must be passed through, so it is passed through. Comes with difficulties.

Under such circumstances, a technique for passing the bent portion of the pipe has been proposed. For example, in the idea of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-3780, a guide for a cleaning nozzle in which a stainless spring wire is coiled and an arcuate bulge is provided at the tip in order to bend a bent pipe such as an elbow smoothly. Has proposed. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-125400 discloses a pipe cleaning apparatus having a cleaning nozzle connected to a flexible hose. However, although they disclose how to pass through the bend, there is no awareness of the problem of creating resistance with friction when passing. For this reason, these inventions are not effective in solving the problem of water leakage described later. Rather, it can be considered that the problem described below was caused because there was no awareness of the problem.

Hygiene management is important in the drainage system. For example, the Building Sanitation Law states that a specific building must be cleaned once every six months, but this is the minimum standard. In the case of a drainage system in a commercial kitchen, a monthly inspection and a cleaning every three months are desired, which is regarded as an essential requirement in practice. Therefore, high-pressure cleaning using the cleaning wire as described above is regularly repeated, but many accidents have been reported in which water leaks from the drain after the cleaning operation. The water leakage location is dominated by the drainage horizontal main pipe and drainage horizontal branch pipe, and since it is discovered immediately after cleaning in the pipe, it is speculated that it may be caused by wear in the cleaning process. In addition, when fats and oils adhere to the inner wall of the drain pipe and the drainage defect becomes serious, in the worst case, it is necessary to remove the drain pipe or the elbow by peeling off the floor of the building. However, I would like to avoid such a big construction as much as possible.

The present inventor confirmed that the above-mentioned assumption was correct by experiment, and the cause was a complex one composed of a plurality of elements. Referring to FIG. 2A, when the cleaning wire b is inserted into the water pipe a, it moves while in contact with the interior of the drain pipe, and the outer side c of the bent portion only defines the bending limit. . However, when the cleaning wire is pulled out as shown in FIG. 2B, the cleaning wire tends to move toward the inner side d of the bent portion, and wear progresses quickly. Although the bent part is shaved due to the progress of wear and the thickness of the inner side d decreases, it eventually leads to destruction, but its mechanism is the shape, structure and material of the drain pipe bent part, the shape and structure of the cleaning wire Etc. are intertwined. The elements include the following:
<Elements of bent drainage pipe>
A. When the drain pipe bent portion is made of a cast iron member f called an elbow joint (FIG. 3), the shape of the inner d portion of the bent portion is complicated, and is a portion e protruding into the pipe line, which is easy to be cut. It is a shape (FIG. 4).
I. A casting defect called Hikes is likely to occur in the inner portion of the bent portion (see FIG. 4, which is a portion where the rate is high and the casting flow is not smooth).
<Elements of cleaning wire>
C. Since the inside of the drain pipe is moved over a long distance (up to about 25m), the washing wire needs to be rigid, and the outer circumference of the wire is covered with a woven structure material made of metal fibers as a sheath, which acts as a file. Demonstrate.
D. Since there is no way to avoid friction when the cleaning wire is pulled out, the paint film in the drain pipe peels off at a friction length of several tens of meters, and the casting substrate starts to be shaved.
<Other elements>
E. The wastewater component contained in the kitchen wastewater is acidified, and an environment in which corrosion is likely to proceed is prepared by contacting the ground material inside the bent portion of the drainage pipe.

When these elements synergize, they can be easily broken (opened) even after repeated high-pressure cleaning using the cleaning wire as described above several times. The above mechanism is not only for the cleaning pipe, but also for a grease removing device that has a cutter for removing the grease adhering to the inner surface of the drain pipe at the tip and does not have the cleaning liquid pipe at the center. It is almost the same. Therefore, the cleaning wire device of the present invention includes these cleaning pipe device and grease removing device that are common in that they have a deformable wire body that substantially follows the shape of the bent portion of the drain pipe. And when the subject of this invention is applied to the bending part of a drainage pipe, it is providing the washing | cleaning wire apparatus with few damages to a bending part by friction. Another object of the present invention is to eliminate the causes of bad odor, non-hygiene, and pathogenic bacteria, and to contribute to facilitating maintenance and management of drainage pipes and further maintenance of buildings.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention includes a bent portion made of cast iron for a cleaning wire device having a wire body that can be deformed by following a bent portion of a drain pipe, which is used for cleaning a drain pipe in a pipe. A wire body having a wire layer on the outer surface for the purpose of cleaning the inside of the drain pipe, having rigidity that enables the inside of the drain pipe to go straight, and flexibility that allows passage of the cast iron bent portion of the drain pipe. And means for reducing friction of the wire layer that has a structure that can be deformed in accordance with the deformation of the wire body and that is made of a material having a small friction coefficient with respect to the bent portion made of cast iron and that is in sliding contact with the bent portion made of cast iron of the drain pipe. as, the plate-like spiral coating having a flat cross-sectional shape made of plastic and have a configuration covering the wire body, the spiral coating body, virtually gap on the outer surface of the wire body Flip wound so as not to not spread large gap wound without gaps, at least the winding start and end points have the structure fixed to the wire body,
In the bent part of the cast iron cast iron, the following formula:
N 2 = W / α * m + β
(N: years, W: tube wall thickness, α: depth of reduction by one cleaning, m: number of cleanings, β: erosion prediction value for one year, units below thickness are all mm) This means that it is used for cleaning the inside of the drainage pipe for its service life.

The cleaning wire device in the present invention is mainly used for cleaning the drainage pipe, and is effective in movement along the flow direction of drainage in the bent portion, in particular, movement in the pulling direction, Since the structure of the wire body follows the basic structure, it does not hinder the cleaning of the pipe. The basic structure is a structure having a wire layer on the outer surface that has both rigidity that allows the inside of the drain pipe to go straight and flexibility that allows the bent portion made of cast iron to pass through the drain pipe. . By having rigidity, it becomes possible to effectively remove dirt such as fats and oils adhering to the inner wall of the drain pipe.

In the case of the cleaning pipe device shown in FIG. 5 and the like, the wire layer covers a cleaning wire located in a deep portion, and constitutes a wire body together with the cleaning liquid pipe. The cleaning liquid pipe constituting the wire body is made of a nylon tube or a polyester tube and has a desired flexibility. In addition, as the wire layer, there are a fiber wire braided on the outer surface of the pipe body, or a thick wire wound in a coil shape, both of which are integrated with the pipe body and washed wire Is configured. The cleaning wire has a fixed length of 5m or 10m, for example, and is connected to the cleaning machine at the base end, and is cleaned by spraying the cleaning liquid from the nozzle provided at the tip. Used. In addition, in the case of a grease removing device (see FIG. 10) having a cutter at the tip, it has a cutter that does not have a cleaning liquid pipe but performs a removing operation, and the wire body is driven for its rotation. It constitutes an axis.

The apparatus of the present invention has a structure that can be deformed in accordance with the deformation of the wire body, and is made of a material having a small friction coefficient with respect to the bent portion made of cast iron, and is slidably contacted with the bent portion made of cast iron of the drain pipe As a means for reducing the friction of the layers, the wire body is covered with a helical covering made of plastic. The spiral covering is literally formed in a spiral shape using, for example, a plastic material such as polyethylene, and has a shape and structure that can be wound so as not to substantially create a gap on the outer surface of the wire body.

The apparatus of the present invention has the following formula:
N 2 = W / α * m + β
(N: years, W: thickness of drain pipe wall, α: depth of decontamination by one washing, m: number of washings, β: erosion predicted value for one year, units below thickness are all mm),
It is desirable that it can be used for cleaning the inside of drainage pipes during the estimated service life.
Conventionally, if W = 6, α = 0.2 (actual value of 90 ° elbow cast iron joint for 4 inches), and the inner wall coating is peeled off at the first cleaning, β = 0.1, m = 2, N = 3.5, i.e., it had only a durability of about three and a half years, but according to the present invention, α = 0.01 (also measured value), and no peeling of the paint occurs and β = 0.01. will be durability extends up to about 14 years, the risk of leakage is you significantly reduced.

In the apparatus of the present invention, the drain pipe is a drain pipe for kitchen drainage, the cast iron bent portion is an elbow joint made of ductile cast iron, and the wire layer of the wire body has a covering structure made of stainless steel fibers. Ru can be obtained a remarkable effect when you are. That is, in the cleaning wire device comprising a wire body having a braided structure in which the wire layer is made of stainless steel fiber, even if the bent portion made of cast iron is an elbow joint made of ductile cast iron, it is about several years or less as described above. However, in the case of the apparatus of the present invention, even if it contacts the inside of the ductile cast iron bent portion, it does not immediately lead to wear. In other words, it takes about ten years for the drainage pipe to be broken, and the wastewater component contained in the kitchen wastewater is acidified, and the environment where corrosion is likely to proceed is in place. Even so, it will be almost immune from the influence. The apparatus of the present invention is naturally effective even in an elbow joint in which the bent portion made of cast iron is made of gray cast iron, and is expected to increase durability by several times compared to the conventional case, as in the above calculation.

Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, when applied to a bent portion of a drain pipe, the inner portion of the bent portion has a shape protruding inward, and the inner portion Even if there is a crack, and there is almost no damage to the bent part due to friction even when a force to repeatedly pull out the cleaning wire is applied, there is an effect that the durability in the cast iron bent part is remarkably improved. . In addition, according to the present invention, by regularly cleaning the drain pipe, it is possible to prevent oils and fats from adhering and accumulating in the drain pipe. Therefore, the maintenance management of the drain pipe can be made thorough and contribute to the facilitation of the maintenance management of the building.

Hereinafter, with reference to the illustrated embodiment, a cleaning wire device suitable for a bent portion of a drain pipe according to the present invention will be described in more detail. FIG. 5 shows a cleaning wire device 10 suitable for a bent portion of a drain pipe that is used for cleaning the drain pipe a as described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 and can be deformed substantially following the bent portion. An example is shown. The bent portion is made of an elbow joint made of ductile cast iron, and the elbow joint has an arbitrary bending angle of about 90 ° or less formed by its axis.

In the example of FIG. 5, the cleaning wire device 10 of the present invention can go straight inside the drainage pipe a for cleaning the drainage pipe a having the elbow joint made of ductile iron at the bent portion (see FIG. 2). The wire covering layer 12 having both the rigidity to be made and the flexibility allowing the bent portion made of ductile cast iron to pass through is provided on the outer surface, and the wire covering layer 12 covers the cleaning liquid pipe 13 positioned in the deep portion. The wire main body 11 is included. In this example, the wire coating layer 12 constituting the wire body 11 is made of stainless steel fiber, the cleaning liquid pipe 13 is made of nylon tube, and the coating layer 12 made of stainless steel wire is integrated with the cleaning liquid pipe 13.

Further, the cleaning wire device 10 has a structure that can be deformed along with the deformation of the wire main body 11, and means for reducing the friction of the stainless wire covering layer 12 that is in sliding contact with the inner side d of the elbow joint that is a bent portion made of ductile cast iron. As described above, the helical cover 14 is made of a material having a small friction coefficient with respect to the ductile cast iron bent portion. In this example, the spiral covering 14 is made of polyethylene, and thus has a structure covering the entire outer periphery of the wire body 11. Reference numerals 15 and 16 denote variable direction nozzles, respectively.

The spiral covering body 14 can maintain a constant winding diameter, and the inner diameter thereof is approximately the same as or slightly narrower than the outer diameter of the wire body 11, and is wound around the outer periphery of the wire body 11 by a winding rod. It shall be integrated. By covering the outer surface of the wire main body 11 with the spiral covering 14, it appears as a spiral streak on the outer surface of the cleaning wire device 10 of the present invention, but it is wound without any gap and does not spread into a large gap. Must do so. The wire main body 11 and the spiral covering 14 may be in a relatively displaceable relationship and do not need to be bonded, but it is desirable to fix important points such as a winding start point and an end point as necessary.

Since the cleaning wire device 10 of the present invention can be applied to those having no wire braid structure, an example thereof will be described below. An example thereof is as illustrated in detail in FIG. 9, a stainless steel wire having a wire diameter of about 2 to 3 mm is spirally wound with a winding diameter of about 8 mm, wound around the outer surface of the cleaning liquid pipe 13, and integrated as a wire coating layer 18. The present invention is applied to a wire body 19 of a cleaning liquid pipe having a structure. The spiral covering 14 covers the outer surface of the wire body 19 and is used in the same manner as in the above example.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, the cleaning wire device 10 of the present invention can also be applied to a grease removing device having cutters 21 and 22 at the tip. This grease removing apparatus is obtained by winding a spiral covering 14 around the outer surface of a wire body 20 formed by winding a stainless steel wire having the same thickness as that shown in FIG. 9 into a substantially spiral shape. Although there are various types of cutters, only two blades and four blades are illustrated. The spiral covering 14 covers the entire outer surface of the wire body 20 and is fixed to the outer periphery of the wire body without any gaps as in the above example.

Furthermore, about the washing | cleaning wire apparatus 10 of this invention, a specific example is given to the following. For a ductile elbow joint with an inner diameter of 100 mm (with a bending angle of 90 °), the wire body 11 having an outer surface of the stainless wire covering layer 12 has an outer diameter of about 10 mm, and the spiral covering 14 has an inner diameter of about 8 mm. A spiral tube having a thickness of about 1 mm and a flat plate width h of about 8 mm (product name of Toho Denshi Co., Ltd.) is used, and a heat shrinkable tube having a length of about 15 mm at the winding start point and end point is used. According to the example of FIG. 7, reference numeral 17 is a fixing member made of a heat-shrinkable tube, and good results have been obtained for fixing the spiral covering 14. Further, as the spiral covering body 14, a flat cross-sectional flat plate as shown in FIGS. 8A, B, and C can be used. In order to reduce the sliding resistance, a material in which the outer surface of the spiral covering 14 is provided with unevenness parallel to the axial direction of the wire body 11 may be used. In addition, it is judged that the spiral streak generated on the outermost surface by the spiral covering body 14 reduces the resistance when the cleaning wire device 10 of the present invention is inserted and pulled out.

Using the cleaning wire device 10 of the present invention having such a configuration, the ductile elbow joint (with a bending angle of 90 °) is inserted into a drain pipe to perform a cleaning test, and insertion and withdrawal are repeated, A test was conducted to observe the result of sliding contact with the inner side d of the elbow joint. As a result, it was confirmed that the coating film remained almost only after the adhesion of dirt was observed from the drawing distance of 50 m to 200 m. From these situations, the above formula:
N 2 = W / α * m + β
The numerical value to be assigned to is a value that is at least about 1/10 to 1/20 smaller than the conventional example, and it can be seen that the useful life is extended to about a dozen years.
