Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect a wiring pipe without separating the wiring pipe members by winding a long narrow member made of flexible material with male and female joining parts on both side faces spirally around the wiring pipe, and joining the male and female parts to each other in a bundle shape of wring members. CONSTITUTION: A strip member 101 made of flexible material has a joining male part 101a on one side and a joining female part 101b on the other side, each formed continuously along the full length. The male part 101a and the female part 101b are wound by joining to each other at a space formed along the wiring pipe when the member 101 is wound spirally around the wiring pipe so that a pipe-shaped part 101c without a gap is formed. In this way, the strip member 101 can be wound spirally around a bundle made up of a wiring 203, a wiring pipe 103, a wiring 104 with connectors 104a and 104b on both sides to protect the bundle of wiring members. As a result, the protection of the wiring can be carried out easily even with a small bending radium in work space without separating a bundle of wires or a pipe with a mechanical member and a connector.

When bundling a plurality of wiring pipes, particularly when bundling wiring pipes that are guided between components that cause relative movement in a mechanical device, wiring is performed on a flexible pipe-shaped device. The wiring pipes are bundled by passing the pipes, and the wiring pipes are protected from contact between the wiring pipes or between the wiring pipes and other parts due to the movement between the components that perform the wiring and piping.

[0004] For example, in an industrial robot, it is necessary to provide wiring pipes for guiding power and signals between an additional device attached to the tip of the arm for specific work or a drive mechanism near the tip of the arm. . In such cases,
The wiring 102, the piping 103, the wiring 104 with a connector, etc. are passed through a flexible pipe made of resin called a duct 120 as shown in FIG. 12, and both ends of the duct 120 are fixed at predetermined positions such as robot arms. The method of doing is widely practiced.

In addition, as described above, the wiring is not attached to the mechanical equipment in advance, but to the original mechanical equipment added by the user of the mechanical equipment to perform a specific work after purchasing the mechanical equipment. However, when a pipe-shaped device such as the duct 120 is used as the wiring / pipe protection tool, the wiring material or the piping material must be passed through the duct 120, resulting in poor workability. In addition, connectors 104 are provided on both ends.
duct 1 like wiring 104 with a and 104b
It is not possible to pass through connectors and wirings having a size equal to or larger than the inner diameter of 20 or a part of a mechanical device.
In the case of such wiring and piping, as shown in FIG. 12, remove the wiring 104 from the connector 104b at either end,
After passing the wiring part through the duct, it is necessary to reconnect the removed wiring and reassemble it.

When the spiral tube 130 is used as a wiring / pipe protection tool, the connectors 104a are provided at both ends.
Even if a connector having a large size such as the wiring 104 having the wirings 104 and 104b or a wiring pipe to which a part of a mechanical device is attached, the spiral tube 130 can be wound only around the portion of the wiring pipe, so that the connector at both ends is attached. Wiring and piping can be bundled regardless of the dimensions. However, since the spiral tube 130 is in the form of a pipe having spiral cuts over its entire length, it lacks the ability to protect the internal wiring and piping. As shown in FIG. 14, in a portion having a small bending radius, there is a problem that the ends of the spiral tube 130 protruding inward strongly rub against the internal wirings 102 and 104, the pipe 103, and the like, and wear each other.

[Operation] Since the wiring members are wrapped by the band-shaped member to protect the wiring members, the wiring members can be installed without disassembling / assembling even if large-sized connectors or parts of machinery are attached to both ends of the wiring members. Can be bundled and protected. Further, when the strip-shaped member is spirally wound, the spiral gap generated over the entire length can be sealed by connecting the connecting means on both side surfaces of the strip-shaped member, so that the internal wiring and piping can be sufficiently protected, and the bending can be prevented. Since the end of the member does not protrude inward even in a portion having a small radius, the wiring and piping are not worn.

The strip member 101 is made of a flexible material, and the male portion 10 of the coupling means is provided on one side on one side.
1a and a female portion 101b of the coupling means are continuously formed on the opposite surface of the male portion 101a on the other side over the entire length. When the strip-shaped member 101 is spirally wound, a spiral gap is formed in the wound portion. In this gap, since the male part 101a and the female part 101b of the coupling means are adjacent to each other with the gap interposed therebetween, the strip-shaped member 101 is pipe-shaped with no gap by coupling the two and winding them while closing the gap. The portion 101c is formed.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the belt-like member is wound to bundle and protect the wiring and piping, a large-sized connector and a part of the mechanical device are attached to both ends of the wiring and piping. However, the wiring and piping can be bundled and protected without disassembling and assembling. In addition, since the spiral gap generated over the entire length can be sealed by connecting the connecting means on both side surfaces of the belt-shaped member, the internal wiring and piping can be sufficiently protected, and the member having a small bending radius can be used. Since the end of does not protrude inward, the wiring and piping are not damaged. Furthermore, since the connecting means of the strip-shaped member according to the present invention can be used to connect an end fixing device, an extension joint, a branch joint, etc., the range of application can be expanded.
