Claims (11)
- 内部空洞(30)を形成し、前縁(24)及び後縁(26)において接合されかつ根元(27)から先端キャップ(36)まで延びてそれらの上に燃焼ガスを流すようになった第1及び第2の間隔を置いて配置された側壁(20、22)を有する翼形部(12)と、前記先端キャップ(36)から外向きに延びる少なくとも1つの先端リブ(38)を含むスキーラ先端(28)とを含むタイプであるガスタービンエンジン用タービンブレード(10)を再生する方法であって、
(a)前記少なくとも1つの先端リブ(38)を含むスキーラ先端(28)を前記先端キャップ(36)から除去する段階と、
(b)新たなスキーラ先端(28’)として働くための新たな材料を前記先端キャップ(36)に付加する段階と、
(c)前記翼形部(12)の前縁及び後縁(24、26)間で前記新たな材料内に複数の間隔を置いて配置された、各々が先端棚部(52A〜52H)及び傾斜した背壁を備える複数のノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成する段階と、
(d)前記翼形部(12)の内部空洞(30)と連通して該翼形部(12)の内部空洞(30)から冷却空気を流すようになった少なくとも1つの孔(54)を各先端棚部(52A〜52H)内に形成し、それによってスキーラ先端(28’)を形成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - スキーラ先端(28)を先端キャップ(36)から除去する前記段階が、前記スキーラ先端(28)を前記翼形部(12)から削り落す段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 新たなスキーラ先端(28’)として働くための新たな材料を前記先端キャップ(36)に付加する前記段階が、少なくとも1つの金属ブランクを前記先端キャップ(36)上に溶接する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記翼形部(12)の前縁(24)及び後縁(26)間で前記新たな材料内に複数の間隔を置いて配置されたノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成する前記段階が、
(a)前記ノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成するのに適した所定の形状を有するEDM電極を準備する段階と、
(b)前記EDM電極を前記翼形部(12)上の所定の位置に取付ける段階と、
(c)前記EDM電極を利用して前記新たな材料内にノッチ(50A〜50H)を放電加工する段階と、
を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの孔(54)を各ノッチ(50A〜50H)内に形成する前記段階が、前記孔(54)をドリル加工する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの孔(54)を形成する前記段階が、複数の孔(54)を各ノッチ(50A〜50H)内にドリル加工する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記新たな材料内に複数の間隔を置いて配置されたノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成する前記段階が、
(a)前記ノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成するのに適した所定の形状を有するEDM電極を準備する段階と、
(b)前記翼形部(12)の前縁(24)及び後縁(26)間で該翼形部(12)の頂部端縁(28)の近傍において、間隔を置いた長手方向に延びる配列の形態で前記EDM電極を前記新たな材料に取付ける段階と、
(c)前記EDM電極を利用して前記新たな材料内にノッチ(50A〜50H)を放電加工する段階と、
を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 内部空洞(30)を形成し、前縁(24)及び後縁(26)において接合されかつ根元(27)から先端キャップ(36)まで延びてそれらの上に燃焼ガスを流すようになった間隔を置いて配置された正圧及び負圧側壁(20、22)を有する翼形部(12)と、前記先端キャップ(36)から外向きに延びる少なくとも1つの先端リブ(40)を含むスキーラ先端(28)とを含むタイプであるガスタービンエンジン用タービンブレード(10)を製作する方法であって、
(a)前記翼形部(12)を含むブレード(10)を鋳造する段階と、
(b)前記先端(28)の近傍の翼形部内において、前記正圧側壁(20)上に複数の間隔を置いて配置された、各々が先端棚部(52A〜52H)及び傾斜した背壁を備える複数のノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成する段階と、
(c)前記翼形部(12)の内部空洞(30)と連通して該翼形部(12)の内部空洞(30)から冷却空気を流すようになった少なくとも1つの孔(54)を各先端棚部(52A〜52H)内に形成し、それによってスキーラ先端(28)を形成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 複数の間隔を置いて配置されたノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成する前記段階が、
(a)前記ノッチ(50A〜50H)を形成するのに適した所定の形状を有するEDM電極を準備する段階と、
(b)前記EDM電極を前記翼形部(12)上の所定の位置に取付ける段階と、
(c)前記EDM電極を利用して前記翼形部(12)内にノッチ(50A〜50H)を放電加工する段階と、
を含む、請求項8記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの孔(54)を各ノッチ(50A〜50H)内に形成する前記段階が、前記孔(54)をドリル加工する段階を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記スキーラ先端を形成する前記段階において、前記孔(54)を前記背壁と平行に形成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
