Claims (1)
- 試験片を所定の曲率で曲げて1%ひずみを付与させた状態で高温高圧の純水中に浸漬してその試験片の応力腐食割れを観察するためのCBB試験方法において、厚さ5〜15mm(約10mm)、幅60〜150mm(約130mm)、長さ150〜350mm(約320mm)の試験片を用い、他方、その試験片に1%ひずみを付与する試験治具を、内面に試験片に1%ひずみを付与すべく曲げるための凹状の曲面が形成された上下の抑え治具と、その上下の抑え治具の曲面間に配置され上下に凸状の曲面を有する中子で形成し、上記試験片を上下の抑え治具の曲面に通水性を有する隙間形成材を介して配置すると共に、その間に上記中子を挟んで上下の抑え治具をプレス等にて押圧し、さらに上下の抑え治具をボルト・ナットで固定して試験片に所定の曲率を付与し、しかるのち、高温・高圧の純水中に浸漬し、試験治具から試験片を取り外し、これにより回復される試験片の曲げ形状を上記試験治具で挟んでいるときの形状に戻すべく、上記抑え治具の曲面よりも小さな半径の曲面を有する曲げ治具で上記試験片をプレスして応力腐食割れ試験を行うことを特徴とするCBB試験方法。
