Description
Claims (5)
- ソフトウェアアプリケーションから第1及び第2のデータのブロックを受信し、
前記データが帯域に制約のある通信ネットワークに向かうか否かを決定し、
前記受信した第1及び第2のデータのブロックについてプロトコル情報を決定し、前記プロトコル情報は、ネットワークで前記受信したデータのブロックを通信するためにプロトコルにより使用される情報を含み、
前記データが前記帯域に制約のある通信ネットワークに向かうことが決定された場合、前記決定されたプロトコル情報に基づいてキューに前記データのブロックを格納することにより、優先付け構成要素において前記受信した第1及び第2のデータのブロックを優先付け、前記受信した第1及び第2のデータのブロックを優先付けるために使用される前記決定されたプロトコル情報は、宛先アドレス、ソースポート、宛先ポート及びプロトコル形式のうち少なくとも1つを含み、
前記データが前記帯域に制約のある通信ネットワークに向かわないことが決定された場合、前記第1及び第2のデータのブロックを前記優先付け構成要素から選択的にバイパスさせる
ことを有し、
前記受信するステップ、前記決定するステップ及び前記優先付けるステップは、プロトコルスタックのトランスポートレイヤで生じるデータ通信方法。 - 前記優先付けるステップは、前記データのブロックのうち1つ以上に関連するモードインジケータに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記第1及び第2のデータのブロックを少なくとも優先付けることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記優先付けるステップは、アプリケーションプログラムにトランスペアレントである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ソフトウェアアプリケーションから第1及び第2のデータのブロックを受信し、
前記データが帯域に制約のある通信ネットワークに向かうか否かを決定し、
前記データが前記帯域に制約のある通信ネットワークに向かうことが決定された場合、宛先アドレス、ソースポート、宛先ポート及びプロトコル形式のうち少なくとも1つに基づいて前記第1のデータのブロックの第1の優先度及び前記第2のデータのブロックの第2の優先度を決定するように構成された優先付け構成要素に前記データを通信し、
前記データが前記帯域に制約のある通信ネットワークに向かわないことが決定された場合、前記第1及び第2のデータのブロックを前記優先付け構成要素から選択的にバイパスさせる
ように構成された少なくとも1つの電子回路を含み、
前記優先付け構成要素は、プロトコルスタックのトランスポートレイヤで動作するように構成されるデータ通信システム。 - 現在のモードを示すモードインジケータを更に含み、
前記優先付け構成要素は、前記モードインジケータに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記第1及び第2のデータのブロックを優先付けるように適合される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
