Claims (6)
- 腐食性成分と水分を含有する高温ガスと低温流体との間で間接熱交換を行う熱交換器であって、
変形性を有する非金属材料からなる伝熱管と、
前記伝熱管を挿通させる孔が形成された一対の管板と、
前記伝熱管の端部に挿入され、前記伝熱管の径を拡げて前記伝熱管の外周面と前記管板の孔とを密着させるテーパ状の外周面を有する拡管部材と、
前記拡管部材を前記伝熱管の内部に押し込むことにより、前記伝熱管を前記管板に固定する押込部材と、
前記伝熱管の内部に収容される骨材と、
前記押込部材と前記骨材を緊結し、前記押込部材を引張するロッドと、
を備えたことにより前記伝熱管の交換を容易としたことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記高温ガスは、焼却排ガスまたはボイラ排ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記低温流体は、空気であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管は、フッ素樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管は、ゴム系の樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記骨材は金属平板をひねった螺旋状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
