Description

本発明は、医用画像診断装置用マーカー、更に詳細にはX線CT(X線コンピューター断層撮影装置)、MRI(磁気共鳴映像装置)、SPECT(単光子放出断層撮影装置)、PET(ポジトロン断層撮影装置)等の医用画像診断装置によって得られる複数の画像の位置合せに用いられるマーカーに関する。   The present invention relates to a marker for medical diagnostic imaging apparatus, more specifically, X-ray CT (X-ray computed tomography apparatus), MRI (magnetic resonance imaging apparatus), SPECT (single-photon emission tomography apparatus), PET (positron tomography). The present invention relates to a marker used for alignment of a plurality of images obtained by a medical image diagnostic apparatus such as an apparatus.

Accurately diagnose the position and functional state of diseased tissue by displaying multiple images obtained by different medical image diagnostic devices by computer processing when performing various diagnoses and judgments in the medical field. Is done on a daily basis.
In order to facilitate this superposition, a marker is used by attaching to a human body in advance at the time of imaging as means for giving a feature point for alignment to each image.

Thus, conventionally, such a marker is a substance that can be detected by a medical diagnostic imaging apparatus, for example, a contrast agent in the case of X-ray CT and MRI, and a RI (radioisotope) in the case of SPECT and PET, respectively. It was configured to be enclosed in a container body (see Patent Document 1).

However, since the conventional marker normally encloses a different detection substance such as a contrast medium or RI for each container body, a plurality of markers must be prepared in order to correspond to different medical image diagnostic apparatuses. There was a problem.

In addition, when a contrast medium and RI are sealed together in one container body, it can be applied to different medical image diagnostic apparatuses, but since the RI is sealed in the marker, it is attached to the human body. In this case, it is impossible to move because there is a risk of radiation effects on the human body or radioactive contamination. As a result, if X-ray CT or MRI is outside the RI management area, the marker must be removed from the human body. However, there is a problem that the image alignment accuracy is unavoidably lowered.
In addition, since the RI is enclosed, the entire marker, including the container body, cannot be reused and must be discarded.

In addition, since a conventional container body in which RI is enclosed has a considerable volume, it cannot be used for a head that requires high accuracy because it cannot provide feature points in a pinpoint manner. there were.
JP 2004-24582 A

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems and situations, and can be used as a different medical diagnostic imaging apparatus while being mounted without being removed, and is substantially reusable and pinpointed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a marker for a medical image diagnostic apparatus that can provide a feature point.

As a result of various studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor has found that an excellent result can be obtained by holding the RI solution in a capillary tube and detachably integrating the contrast medium inclusion body. The present invention has been completed.

That is, the present invention relates to an RI solution holding capillary having an inner diameter of 1 to 2 mm, a contrast medium enclosure having a recess for detachably storing the RI solution holding capillary, and a recess of the contrast medium enclosure And a lid provided with a projecting portion that is housed in a recess of the contrast medium enclosure with the RI solution holding capillary inserted therein. The above-described problems are solved by a marker for a medical image diagnostic apparatus.

The medical image diagnostic apparatus marker of the present invention is preliminarily sealed with a contrast medium and has a RI solution holding capillary, so that a contrast medium type medical image diagnostic apparatus marker and an RI solution type medical image diagnosis are used. It can correspond to any device marker. In other words, a single marker can be used as both a contrast agent type medical image diagnostic apparatus and an RI solution type medical image diagnostic apparatus.

Moreover, since the marker for medical image diagnostic apparatus of the present invention has a very small amount of RI solution (about several μL) held in the thin tube at the time of imaging, it can give a feature point in a pinpoint manner and substantially. As a result of being free from radiation exposure and radioactive contamination, it can be used as a different medical diagnostic imaging apparatus without being removed, so that an image with excellent handling and alignment accuracy can be obtained.

Furthermore, since the marker for the medical image diagnostic apparatus of the present invention has a very small amount of the RI solution held as described above, it is only necessary to discard only the thin tube holding the RI solution. The lid can be reused.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory sectional view showing a first embodiment of a marker for a medical image diagnostic apparatus of the present invention.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a contrast medium inclusion body, in which a RI solution holding capillary 20 is detachably accommodated in a central portion of a cylindrical body 11 having an outer diameter of about 10 mm, for example, a recess 12 having an inner diameter of about 3 mm. Is formed, and a contrast medium 10a that can be detected by the medical image diagnostic apparatus is preliminarily sealed in a container defined by the cylindrical main body 11 and the recess 12. Here, plastic is used as the material of the cylindrical body 11, and iodine contrast agent, gadolinium-containing aqueous solution, aqueous solution of ammonium iron citrate, aqueous solution of nickel chloride, aqueous solution of copper sulfate, and edible oils such as sesame oil are used as the contrast agent. It is suitably used for obtaining a clear image.

The RI solution holding capillaries 20 that are removably accommodated in the recesses 12 of the contrast medium enclosure 10 can hold the RI solution 20a by capillary action, but are easy to introduce and hold into the capillaries during imaging. At the same time, the amount of the RI solution to be held is very small, and therefore, it is preferable in that a feature point can be pinpointed. For example, a capillary for physics and chemistry experiments having an inner diameter of 1 to 2 mm is preferably used.

Reference numeral 30 denotes a lid that is detachably attached to the contrast medium enclosure 10, and at the time of attachment, the opening of the recess 12 of the contrast medium enclosure 10 containing the RI solution holding capillaries 20 is closed to close the RI solution. The holding tube 20 is prevented from falling off. On the other hand, after the imaging, the RI solution holding capillary 20 is detached from the contrast medium enclosure 10 and discarded by removing the lid 30. The specific method of attaching / detaching the contrast medium enclosure 10 and the lid 30 is not limited, and examples thereof include a screwing method and an elastic fitting method. Also, plastic is preferably used as the material of the lid 30.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory sectional view showing a second embodiment of the marker for a medical image diagnostic apparatus of the present invention.

The medical image diagnostic apparatus marker shown in FIG. 2 has a structure in which the RI solution holding capillary 20 is housed in the recess 12 of the contrast medium enclosure 10 while being inserted into the lid 30. Thus, it is different from the medical image diagnostic device marker shown in FIG.

That is, the lid 30 shown in FIG. 2 is provided with a protrusion 31 that can be inserted into and removed from the recess 12 of the contrast medium enclosure 10, and the RI solution holding capillary 20 is formed in the protrusion 31. A recess 32 for detachably storing the shape is formed, and by adopting such a structure, the recess 12 of the contrast medium enclosure 10 with the RI solution holding capillary 20 inserted in the recess 32 is formed. It is designed to be stored in.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory sectional view showing a third embodiment of the marker for a medical image diagnostic apparatus of the present invention.

The medical diagnostic imaging device marker shown in FIG. 3 is for mounting on a human body that is detachably fitted to the lid 30 or / and the contrast medium enclosure 10 of the medical diagnostic imaging device marker shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. A frame 40 is further provided.

That is, the human body mounting frame 40 shown in FIG. 3 has a fitting hole 42 that is detachably fitted to the lid 30 and the contrast medium enclosure 10 and an appropriate number of protruding pieces 41 formed around the fitting hole 42. In the state in which the marker is fitted in the fitting hole 42, the protruding piece 41 is fixed with a medical adhesive tape or the like, so that the marker can be attached to a target part of the human body so that imaging can be performed. It has become.

FIG. 4 is a front explanatory view of a contrast medium enclosure showing a fourth embodiment of the marker for a medical image diagnostic apparatus of the present invention.

The medical image diagnostic apparatus marker shown in FIG. 4 has a contrast medium enclosure 10 of the medical image diagnostic apparatus marker shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. It is.

That is, the contrast medium enclosure 10 shown in FIG. 3 is provided with an ear hole mounting protrusion 50 so that it can be mounted on the ear hole and imaged.
