Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-246337 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-246338

By the way, in the prior art, it is necessary to remove the cap and drain the water relatively frequently whenever a predetermined amount of water is accumulated in the dust collection case. And, although after the drainage is one that is installed and closed the cap to the water drain hole, and the mounting of the cap is weak, will be or loose Dari or out in the middle of cleaning that has a suction port and down, the result dust collecting case There was a possibility that the water accumulated in the water leaked from the drain hole. This is due to the fact that the drain hole is arranged in the lower part in the vicinity of the suction port.

A problem to be solved by the present invention is that a vacuum cleaner having a discharge hole provided with a cap detachably capable of sucking and cleaning a liquid or a mixture of liquid and dust, during cleaning, etc. even if cap of the discharge hole is gone or Dari or off loose a point to make hard to leakage.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the present invention described in the claims. In addition, all of the configurations described below are not necessarily essential requirements of the present invention.

The figure shows Example 1. The vacuum cleaner body 1 is provided with a handle portion 3, which is also referred to as a handle or the like, at the rear of a cylindrical body case 2, and a rechargeable battery 4 and a drive shaft of a motor 5 connected to the battery 4 inside. A centrifugal type electric blower 7 provided with blades 6 is provided. A fitting receiving portion 8 is formed at the front portion of the main body case 2, and a rear opening 9 </ b> A of the dust collecting case 9 is detachably fitted to the fitting receiving portion 8. In addition, a primary side 7A of the electric blower 7 is formed on the front surface of the fitting receiving portion 8 by an intake port, and the electric blower is formed by an exhaust hole formed in the right side surface 2A of the main body case 2. 7 secondary side 7B is formed. Further, a lock operation for fixing the power switch operating portion 10 of the electric blower 7 to the center of the upper surface 2B of the main body case 2 and a dust collecting case 9 to the main body case 2 at the front portion of the upper surface 2B. A device 11 is provided. The lock operating device 11 has a distal end of an insulator body 11A having a central portion rotatably provided on the main body case 2 with respect to a locking receiving portion 9E formed in the vicinity of the rear opening 9A of the dust collecting case 9. And an elastic body 11B such as a spring for urging the lever body 11A in a locked state is provided at the base end of the lever body 11A. The dust collecting case 9 can be attached to the main body case 2 by engaging the tip of the insulator 11A with the engagement receiving portion 9E.

The dust collecting case 9 has a cylindrical shape having an upper surface 9B, left and right side surfaces 9C, and a lower surface 9D that are continuous with the main body case 2 so that the front portion is slightly narrow, and a hollow portion 12 is formed inside. Thus, liquid such as water W can be stored in the hollow portion 12 together with dust. A suction port 13 that is inclined downward is formed in the front portion of the dust collecting case 9. The suction port 13 may be a connection port, and a downward suction nozzle (not shown) may be detachably provided as an attachment.

A suction guide cylinder 14 is integrally formed in the dust collection case 9. The suction guide cylinder 14 guides the liquid such as the water W sucked from the suction port 13 or the mixture of the liquid such as the water W and dust to be discharged in the rear side of the dust collecting case 9. The cross-sectional area is a cylindrical shape smaller than the cross-sectional area of the hollow portion 12, the front side 14 </ b> A is integrally connected to the suction port 13, and the rear side is extended backward in the hollow portion 12. A discharge opening 15 is disposed in the hollow portion 12 at the rear end of the suction guide tube 14, and the discharge opening 15 opens rearward.

In the vicinity of the suction port 13 of the dust collecting case 9, there is provided a discharge hole 17 in which a cap 16 as a closing body is detachably provided. The discharge hole 17 is formed in the upper surface 9B in the upper part near the suction port 13 so as to penetrate the inside and outside so that the opening plane is substantially circular. The vicinity of the suction port 13 means that at least the discharge hole 17 is disposed in front of the discharge opening 15 as shown in each drawing. The cap 16 capable of closing the discharge hole 17 has a disk shape, and a knob 18 is formed on the top surface thereof. Further, as means for detachably and watertight / airtightly closing the cap 16 with respect to the discharge hole 17, screw type connection, bayonet type connection (coupling), fitting type connection or other such detachable type is possible. Simple connection means may be used. In the case of this embodiment, a bayonet-type connection structure in which an engagement protrusion 16A is provided on the periphery of the cap 16 and an engagement receiving protrusion 17A that can be engaged with the engagement protrusion 16A is provided on the periphery of the discharge hole 17. Is shown.

Further, a filter case 19 is detachably attached to the rear opening 9A of the dust collecting case 9 so as to cover the rear opening 9A. In the filter case 19, a first filter 21 is detachably mounted on a mounting frame 20 that fits in the rear opening 9A of the dust collecting case 9, and a primary passage 22 is formed on the front side thereof. . The primary passage 22 has a cylindrical shape having a front surface 22A, an upper surface 22B, left and right side surfaces 22C, and a lower surface 22D, and the upper surface 22E is opposed to the discharge opening 15 with a gap A therebetween. It is inclined in the shape of a concave curve so that it becomes the front side and the lower part 22F is on the rear side. Further, a suction port 23 is provided upward on the front side of the upper surface 22B of the primary side passage 22, and the suction port 23 has an interval B between the upper surface 9B and the upper surface 9B of the dust collecting case 9. The second filter 24 is attached to the suction port 23 while being provided to face each other. Then, the water W sucked together with the air from the suction port 13 collides with the front surface 22A having the concave curved surface shape of the primary passage 22 so that the water W and the air are separated. The air is stored on the lower surface 9 </ b> D side of the case 9, and the air passes through the second filter 24, the primary side passage 22, and the first filter 21. When dust (not shown) is sucked together with the moisture W from the suction port 13, a part of the dust is mixed with the moisture W and stored on the lower surface 9D side of the dust collecting case 9, and the remaining one The part rides on the air current, and when the air current passes through the second filter 24 and the first filter 21, they are captured by these filters 24 and 21.

Next, the effect | action is demonstrated about the said structure. When cleaning, the user holds the handle portion 3 of the electric vacuum cleaner main body 1 with his / her hand and applies the suction port 13 obliquely downward to the floor surface F and operates the power switch operating portion 10. As a result, electric power is supplied from the rechargeable battery 4 and the blade 5 is rotated at a high speed when the motor 5 is operated, and the air sucked from the primary side 7A is exhausted to the secondary side 7B. . And when cleaning the moisture W or the mixture of the moisture W and dust, it is sucked from the suction port 13 together with air. Then, the water W (and dust) sucked together with the air passes through the suction guide tube 14 and is discharged from the discharge opening 15 toward the inclined front surface 22A of the primary side passage 22. When the air flow mixed with water W (and dust) collides with the front surface 22A of the primary passage 22, the water W (and dust) is separated from the air flow by the impact force, and the water W (mixed with dust) is A water surface S is formed and stored on the lower surface 9D side in the hollow portion 12 of the dust collecting case 9. On the other hand, a part of the dust is not separated from the air flow, and reaches the second filter 24 through the hollow portion 12 and the gaps A and B together with the air flow. This dust is captured by the second filter 24. Furthermore, the airflow that has passed through the second filter 24 passes through the primary passage 22 and then reaches the first filter 21, and is not captured by the second filter 24 by the first filter 21. It is supplemented with fine dust. Then, the clean air that has passed through the first filter 21 reaches the secondary side 7B from the primary side 7A of the electric blower 7 and is exhausted to the outside of the cleaner body 1.

After such cleaning, the electric vacuum cleaner is carried, for example, to a wash basin, and in order to discharge the water W stored in the dust collecting case 9, the handle 18 is picked and rotated, and the engagement is performed. The engagement state between the protrusion 16A and the engagement receiving protrusion 17A can be released, the cap 16 attached to the discharge hole 17 can be removed, and the discharge hole 17 can be drained downward. At this time, the provision of the discharge hole 17 in front of the discharge opening 15 prevents the stored water W from being discharged through the suction guide tube 14. Moisture W can be reliably discharged. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the moisture W (mixed with dust) from being unexpectedly discharged from the suction port 13 through the suction guide tube 14, thereby spilling the drainage onto the floor or the like. Fears can be reduced. In this manner, after the moisture W is discharged, the cap 16 is rotated again and attached to the discharge hole 17 so that cleaning can be performed again.

And even if the cap 16 is loosely attached to the discharge hole 17, the water surface S of the stored water W is in the state of cleaning while the suction port 13 is inclined downward. Since it is below the discharge hole 17, it is possible to make it difficult for water to leak from the discharge hole 17. Further, even when the vacuum cleaner is carried downwardly after the cleaning with the suction port 13 inclined downward, the stored water surface W ′ of the water W is located below the discharge hole 17 so that water does not leak. That's it.

On the other hand, when removing the dust accumulated in the filters 21 and 24, the base end of the lever body 11A of the lock operating device 11 is pressed against the elastic body 11B. By unlocking the dust collection case 9 from the latch receiving portion 9E, the dust collection case 9 is removed from the cleaner body 1, and the filter case 19 is removed from the dust collection case 9. The second filter 24 and the first filter 21 can be cleaned.

When the vacuum cleaner is not in use, the vacuum cleaner is placed on a charging stand (not shown) and supplied with power.

As described above, in the above-described embodiment, the dust collecting case 9 is detachably attached to the cleaner body 1 including the electric blower 7 and the handle 3, and the primary case of the electric blower 7 is attached to the dust collecting case 9. The side 7 </ b> A is connected and the front side is provided with a suction port 13 facing downward, and a discharge hole 17 in which a cap 16 is detachably provided is provided in the vicinity of the suction port 13 of the dust collecting case 9. By providing the upper portion in the vicinity of the suction port 13, even if moisture W is stored on the lower surface 9D side of the dust collecting case 9 during cleaning, the discharge hole 17 is disposed on the water surface S. Even if the cap 16 is loose, the water W does not leak from the discharge hole 17.

Furthermore, since the discharge hole 17 is provided on the upper surface 9B of the dust collection case 9, the discharge hole 17 can be disposed as high as possible with respect to the lower surface 9D of the dust collection case 9. Therefore, it is possible to further eliminate the possibility of leakage of moisture W by arranging the discharge hole 17 as far as possible.

Further, the suction guide tube 14 whose front side 14 </ b> A is integrally connected to the suction port 13 extends rearwardly into the dust collection case 9, and the discharge opening provided on the rear side of the suction guide tube 14. 15 is communicated with the inside of the dust collection case 9 and the discharge hole 17 is provided in front of the discharge opening 15 so that the water W stored in the dust collection case 9 is directed downward with a vacuum cleaner. When discharging from the discharge hole 17, the water W is not directly discharged from the suction port 13, and the stored water W can be reliably discharged from the discharge hole 17.

As described above, the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention can be applied to various uses.
