Description

【0001】
図4は、図1のA−A断面図(a)及びB−B断面図(b)である。
図10は、図7のA−A断面図(a)およびB−B断面図(b)である。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for preventing repulsion of a sliding door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Sliding doors are widely installed in residential facilities. However, when the sliding door is closed vigorously, the end surface of the sliding door collides with the door frame, the sliding door repels and a gap is formed between the door frame.
[0003]
Therefore, measures are taken to provide an obstacle on the track side so that the sliding door decelerates immediately before the sliding door closes. That is, a leaf spring is provided at the end portion of the track (the duck or the sill), and when the sliding door is about to close, the leaf spring is brought into contact with a part of the sliding door to decelerate the sliding door. That is, when the sliding door is close to closing, the sliding door is braked by the leaf spring.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, as a countermeasure against repulsion when the sliding door is closed, a measure for attaching a leaf spring to the track is known. However, it has been difficult for the prior art measure to brake the sliding door with an appropriate strength. For this reason, there is a problem that the sliding door stops halfway without being completely closed, and conversely, the sliding door is repelled due to insufficient braking.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention focuses on the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to develop a sliding door repulsion prevention device capable of reducing the sliding door to an appropriate speed and adjusting it.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
And to solve the above-mentioned problemsThe invention is as follows.
Claim 1The sliding door repulsion prevention device according to claim 1 has a protrusion portion attached to the track side, a main body portion, the main body portion having a main body case having two or more release surfaces, and a slide made of elastic band. A moving path and adjusting means, wherein the sliding path is inside the main body case and has a tapered portion, and a fitting portion is provided at the end of the sliding path to which the protruding portion is fitted. Has a slider that moves linearly with a screw, the slider is in contact with a part of the band that forms the sliding path in the main body, and the width of the sliding path increases or decreases according to the movement of the slider. The sliding door repulsion prevention device is characterized in that the engaging portion of the screw with the tool is located at the end of the main body.
[0007]
In the sliding door repulsion prevention device of the present invention, the protrusion is attached to the track side, and the sliding path is attached to the sliding door side. In the sliding door repulsion prevention device of the present invention, when the sliding door is closed, the projection enters the sliding path, but the sliding path is urged in the narrowing direction by the elastic body, so the projection is the sliding path. Friction occurs between the protruding portion and the sliding portion when passing through. Therefore, the brake is applied to the sliding door to which the sliding path is attached. In addition, the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention has adjusting means for changing the width of the sliding portion, so that the strength of the brake can be adjusted.
[0008]
Furthermore, in the sliding door repulsion prevention device of the present invention, since the fitting portion is provided at the end of the sliding path, when the sliding door is in a closed state, the projection portion is fitted with the fitting portion to resist the repulsive force. And keep it closed. In the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention, the sliding path is constituted by an elastic band, and the sliding path is urged in the narrowing direction by the elasticity of the band itself. Therefore, the repulsion prevention apparatus for sliding doors of the present invention has a small number of parts and is easy to make. In the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention, the sliding path is provided with a tapered portion. Therefore, the brake applied to the sliding door can be gradually strengthened.
[0009]
Further, in the sliding door repulsion prevention device of the present invention, the width of the sliding path can be adjusted by rotating the screw, and the engaging portion of the screw with the tool is located at the end of the sliding door. The braking force can be adjusted without removing the sliding door from the track.
[0010]
Further claims2The sliding door repulsion prevention device described in 1 is provided with a slit on the side surface of the slider, and a part of the band passes through the slit, and a portion that contacts the slit of the band is narrowed according to the movement of the slider. Thus, the width of the sliding path is increased or decreased.1It is a sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of description.
[0011]
In the sliding door repulsion prevention device of the present invention, when the slider moves linearly with a screw, the width of the sliding path is adjusted by narrowing or expanding the portion of the band that contacts the slit provided on the side surface of the slider. And easy operation with a simple structure.
[0012]
Further claims3In the sliding door repulsion prevention device described in 1), the strap is provided with a contact portion, the slider contacts the strap at the corresponding contact portion, and the strap is pressed in the longitudinal direction by the movement of the slider and bent in the width direction. The width of the sliding path is increased or decreased by1It is a sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of description.
[0013]
In the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention, when the slider moves, the band abutted against the slider bends in the width direction by the pressing force applied in the longitudinal direction, and the width of the sliding path can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the bending. When the slider is at the farthest position from the taper, no pressing force is applied to the band, and therefore the width of the sliding path is maximized before the band is deformed. The method is simple in structure and easy to operate.2Unlike the above method, the band does not rub against the slit, and the durability is better.
[0014]
Further claims42. The sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising movement adjusting means for translating the sliding path in the width direction of the track.OrClaim2The sliding door repulsion prevention device described in 1.
[0015]
In the sliding door repulsion prevention device of the present invention, when the initial manufacturing error and the displacement due to the continued use are too large, the displacement in the width direction between the track and the sliding door is too large, so it is not possible to cope with only by adjusting the width of the sliding path. The brake strength applied to the sliding door can be appropriately adjusted by adjusting the displacement by moving the sliding path in the width direction of the track by the movement adjusting means.
[0016]
And claims5In the sliding door repulsion prevention device described in, the sliding path is slidable in the width direction of the track and the movement in the length direction is restricted, the movement adjusting means includes a movable part that moves in the axial direction, and a runner. And a moving track that is inclined with respect to the sliding path and engages with the runner, and either the moving track or the runner moves with the sliding path, and the other moves with the movable part. The sliding path and the movable part are engaged with each other via a moving track and a runner, and the sliding path moves in the width direction of the track according to the movement of the movable part in the axial direction. Claims4It is a sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of description.
[0017]
In the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention, the movement adjusting means includes a movable portion that moves in the axial direction, a runner, and a movement track that engages with the runner. The sliding path is engaged with the movable portion via the moving track and the runner. Here, in the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus according to the present invention, the moving track has an inclination with respect to the sliding path, so that the sliding path has a force that moves obliquely with respect to the axial direction due to the axial movement of the movable part. work. However, the sliding path can slide in the width direction but is restricted from moving in the length direction, and therefore slides only in the width direction. Therefore, the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention can achieve movement adjustment in the width direction of the sliding path with a simple structure.
[0018]
Further claims6In the sliding door repulsion prevention device according to the invention, the movable part of the movement adjusting means has a movement adjustment slider and a movement adjustment screw for linearly moving the movement adjustment slider in the axial direction. The movement adjustment slider and the movement adjustment screw are Built in the movement adjustment case, the sliding path is housed in the main body case, the main body case has a movement adjustment joint, the movement adjustment joint can slide in the width direction, and the movement in the length direction is restricted. It is housed in the movement adjustment case, and one of the bottom of the movement adjustment joint and the movement adjustment slider is provided with a protrusion as a runner, and the other is provided with a slit as a movement track. The sliding path is translated in the width direction by linear movement of the slider.5It is a sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of description.
[0019]
In the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention, when the movement adjustment slider is linearly moved by the movement adjustment screw, the protrusion or slit provided on the bottom surface of the movement adjustment joint is engaged with the slit or protrusion provided on the movement adjustment slider. The body case has a force that moves in an oblique direction with respect to the longitudinal direction via the movement adjustment joint, but the body case is integrated with the movement adjustment joint, so it can slide in the width direction but the length direction. Since movement to is restricted, it slides only in the width direction. Therefore, in the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus of the present invention, the movement adjustment mechanism in the width direction of the sliding path can be manufactured with few parts, and the movement adjustment can be performed without removing the sliding door from the track.
[0020]

Further, the Kamoi side member 31 is located at the end of the groove of the Kamoi 1, and the end of the plate-like member 32 coincides with the end of the Kamoi groove.
[0024]
The pointed side 3a of the protrusion 3 is attached to the inside of the duck 1 as shown in FIGS. Moreover, since the edge part of the plate-shaped member 32 is made to correspond with the edge part of a Kamoi groove as mentioned above, the distance from the edge part of the Kamoi groove of the projection part 3 becomes fixed. That is, the plate-like member 32 of the head member 31 exhibits a function of easily and reliably attaching the protrusion 3 to the head 1 and a function of positioning the protrusion 3.
[0025]
On the other hand, the main body 4 is constituted by a box 10, a band 5, and a slide adjustment unit 14. The slide adjusting unit 14 is further configured by an adjusting screw 16 and a slider 11. This will be sequentially described below.
[0026]
The box body 10 is a combination of two large and small boxes 35 and 36, and the entire length thereof is equal to the above-described Kamoi side member 31. The width will be described laterInterviewShorter than case 70. Of the two boxes 35 and 36 described above, the larger box 35 is a band arrangement box and has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the upper surface 10a and one side surface 10b are opened. In the vicinity of the side surface 10b on the open side of the band arrangement box 35, the inner width is wider than that of the other portions, and the slide adjusting portion 14 is formed. A protrusion 10d is provided on the bottom plate in the vicinity of the side surface 10c on the closing side of the band arrangement box 35. On the other hand, the small box 36 is an adjustment screw arrangement box, and is provided on the bottom side of the above-described band arrangement box 35. The adjustment screw arrangement box 36 is located at the open end of the band arrangement box 35, and the side surfaces of the two boxes 35 and 36 are in the same plane.
[0027]
The band arrangement box 35 and the adjustment screw arrangement box 36 communicate with each other as shown in FIG. Support holes 18a and 18b are provided at both ends of the adjustment screw arrangement box 36 as shown in FIG. An adjustment screw 16 is inserted through the support holes 18a and 18b. The adjustment screw 16 is attached to the adjustment screw arrangement box 36 so as not to move in the axial direction by an engaging portion (not shown). Therefore, the adjusting screw 16 rotates on the spot and does not move in the axial direction. Further, the engagement portion 37 of the screw with the tool is exposed on the end face of the adjustment screw arrangement box 36 as shown in FIGS.
[0028]
The band 5 is a thin steel plate having elasticity, and is formed by bending a single steel sheet. The shape of the band 5 is as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, and is folded back from the center in the form of a hairpin, and a sliding path 38 is formed by the respective inner surfaces. That is, in the band 5, the steel plate is folded back from the center portion, and the pair of steel plates 5a and 5b are opposed to each other. The pair of steel plates 5a and 5b are open at one end and closed at the other end. There is a gap between the steel plates 5 a and 5 b, and this gap functions as the sliding path 38. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the left end of the drawing is closed, the right portion is open, and a series of passages from the open end of the right end to the closed portion of the left end is formed.
[0029]
The shape of the sliding path 38 is roughly divided into four parts as shown in FIG. That is. The sliding path 38 formed by the band 5 is functionally composed of a fitting port portion 6, an elasticity adjusting portion 7, a guide portion (tapered portion) 8, and a fitting portion 9.OneIt is divided into parts. Here, the fitting opening 6 has two opposing steel plates 5a and 5b positioned substantially in parallel. The gap of the band 5 at the fitting opening 6 is larger than the width of the protrusion 3.
[0030]
In the elasticity adjusting portion 7, the two opposing steel plates 5a and 5b are provided with a taper of about 30 °. Further, the band 5 passes through a slit 12 of a slider 11 described later in the elasticity adjusting unit 7.
[0031]
The guide portion (taper portion) 8 is a portion where a taper having a smaller angle than the above-described elasticity adjusting portion 7 is formed. In this embodiment, the distance between the ends of the guide portion 8 is narrowed little by little so that the opening interval is smaller than the width of the protruding portion 3. The total length of the guide portion (tapered portion) 8 is the longest of the four portions of the fitting port portion 6, the elasticity adjusting portion 7, the guide portion (tapered portion) 8, and the fitting portion 9, and is about 40 mm to 80 mm. .
[0032]
The fitting portion 9 is located at the end of the guide portion 8 and is a portion where the width of the two steel plates 5a and 5b is suddenly widened. In the fitting portion 9, the opening interval is widened so as to be larger than the width of the projection portion 3, and the fitting portion 9 is closed at the left end. Of the fitting part 9DirectionThis length is longer than the length of the projection 3, and is therefore designed to have a dimension that allows the projection 3 to be fitted and accommodated in the fitting portion 9. As shown in FIG. 3, the slider 11 constituting the slide adjusting portion 14 is configured by a sliding portion 11a having a substantially “U” shape and a support plate 13 provided on the back surface of the sliding portion 11a. . That is, the sliding part 11a has two side surfaces and a bottom surface, and the other surfaces are released. And the slit 12 is provided in two side surfaces. On the other hand, the support plate 13 is a wall body erected perpendicularly to the bottom plate of the sliding portion 11a, and has a screw hole 15 in the center.
[0033]
The above-described band 5 is arranged in the band arrangement box 35 so that the fitting portion 9 is on the back side with respect to the opening end surface. Further, the folded portion of the band 5 is sandwiched between the inner wall on the back side of the band arrangement box 35 and the protrusion 10 d, and the band 5 does not fall out of the band arrangement box 35. In particular, since the folded portion of the band 5 and the protrusion 10d are engaged, the movement of the band 5 in the longitudinal direction is prevented. When the band 5 is arranged in the band arrangement box 35, the distance from the side surface 10 b on the open side of the band arrangement box 35 to the fitting part 9 is from the end of the above-described Kamoi side member 31 to the protruding part. It is equal to the distance up to 3.
[0034]
The slider 11 is disposed in the slide adjusting portion 14 of the band arranging box 35 in the “co” state where the substantially “ko” -shaped open side is opened upward. The support plate 13 of the slider 11 protrudes into an adjustment screw arrangement box 36 provided on the lower outer side of the box 10. That is, the inside of the adjustment screw arrangement box 36 is a rectangular parallelepiped small chamber, and the support plate 13 is disposed in the small chamber.
[0035]
As described above, the support screw holes 18a and 18b are provided at both ends of the adjustment screw arrangement box 36, the adjustment screw 16 is provided inside, and the adjustment screw 16 is supported by the support holes 18a and 18b. It can be rotated. The adjustment screw 16 holds the support plate 13 by passing through the screw hole 15 of the support plate 13 of the slider 11. A screw portion 17 is provided on the outer periphery of the center portion of the adjustment screw 16, and the screw portion 17 is screw-engaged with the screw hole 15 of the support plate 13. As described above, since the adjusting screw 16 does not move in the axial direction, when the engaging portion 37 with the tool exposed at the end portion is rotated, the support plate 13 that engages with the screw portion 17 moves in the axial direction. . Accordingly, when the adjusting screw 16 is rotated, the sliding portion 11a of the slider 11 is linearly moved in the axial direction by the band arranging box 35.
[0036]
As described above, the slits 12 are provided on both side surfaces of the slider 11, and the elasticity adjusting portion 7 of the band 5 passes through the slit 12, and the fitting opening 6 extends from the outside of the slider 11 to the band arranging box 35. It is assembled in a state extending to the open end side.
[0037]
The Kamoi side member 31 demonstrated above is attached to the upper corner | angular part of the sliding door 2 like FIG. Further, when mounting the head member 31, consideration is given so that the end surface of the head member 31 is flush with the end surface of the sliding door 2.
[0038]
The situation when the sliding door 2 having the above structure is closed will be described with reference to FIG. When the sliding door 2 is closed, the main body portion 4 moves together with the sliding door 2 in the right direction in FIG. 5, and the main body portion 4 approaches the protrusion 3 on the Kamoi 1 side. Here, since the upper surface 10 a and the side surface 10 b of the band arrangement box 35 of the main body portion 4 are opened, the protruding portion 3 suspended from the upper head 1 can enter the main body portion 4. As the sliding door 2 moves, the fitting port 6 of the band 5 is first put on the protrusion 3 (see FIG. 5a).
[0039]
Further, the movement in the right direction continues, and the guide portion 8 hangs on the projection portion 3 through the elasticity adjusting portion 7 (see FIG. 5b). In the guide portion 8, since the band 5 has elasticity, the guide portion 8 is pushed and expanded to the projection portion 3, and the main body portion 4, the sliding door 2, and the guide portion 8 sandwich the projection portion 3. The one-piece movement continues. At this time, the sliding path 38 of the guide portion 8 is urged in the narrowing direction by the elasticity of the band 5 itself, so that a frictional force due to the elastic pressure is generated between the guide portion 8 and the protruding portion 3. The sliding door 2 continues to move to the right in the drawing while being forcibly decelerated. The guide portion 8 is tapered, and the width of the sliding path 38 becomes narrower toward the back, and a stronger braking force works as the sliding door 2 approaches the end of the duck 1.
[0040]
When the sliding door 2 is in a closed state, the fitting portion 9 is hung on the protruding portion 3, and finally the protruding portion 3 is fitted in the fitting portion 9, and the sliding door 2 is moved. It is stopped (see FIG. 5c).
[0041]
Moreover, since the connection part of the fitting part 9 and the guide part 8 is narrow, the projection part 3 once fitted in the fitting part 9 is hard to escape from the fitting part 9. That is, when the protruding portion 3 reaches the fitting portion 9 as the sliding door 2 moves, the protruding portion 3 hardly moves to the guide portion 8. Therefore, even if the sliding door 2 hits the door frame side vigorously, the sliding portion 3 is fitted with the fitting portion 9, so that the sliding door does not repel and remains closed. Thus, if the degree of relaxation of the impact between the end face of the sliding door 2 and the pillar / wall is sufficiently safe and the sliding door 2 can be opened and closed smoothly, it can be used as it is. On the other hand, if the degree of relaxation of the impact between the end face of the sliding door 2 and the pillar / wall when the sliding door 2 is closed is not sufficiently safe, or if the sliding door 2 is not opened and closed smoothly, the following adjustment is performed. First, the adjusting screw 16 of the slide adjusting unit 14 is rotated using a screwdriver or the like. Here, in the sliding door repulsion prevention device 30 of the present embodiment, since the engaging portion 37 with the screwdriver of the adjustment screw 16 is exposed on the end surface of the sliding door 2, the adjustment screw 16 can be easily rotated. . That is, the adjusting screw 16 can be rotated without removing the sliding door 2.
[0042]
When the adjustment screw 16 rotates, the support plate 13 screwed to the screw portion 17 of the adjustment screw 16 moves in the horizontal direction, and the slider 11 moves linearly in the horizontal direction together with the support plate 13. When the slider 11 moves in the axial direction, the contact position between the slit 12 provided in the sliding portion 11a of the slider 11 and the band 5 changes.
[0043]
On the other hand, since the elasticity adjusting portion 7 that is a portion that contacts the slit 12 of the band 5 is provided with a taper, the opening side of the band 5 is narrowed or loosened according to the movement of the slider 11. Therefore, the interval of the band 5 is changed by rotating the adjusting screw 16 and moving the slider 11. For example, when the adjusting screw 16 is rotated from the state of FIG. 4A and the slider 11 is moved to the opening side (right side of the drawing), the opening interval of the guide portion 8 of the band 5 is as shown in FIG. Since the frictional force due to the pressure that is narrowed and the protrusion 3 when the sliding door 2 is closed is sandwiched between the guide portions 8 increases, the impact between the end surface of the sliding door 2 and the pillar / wall is weakened.
[0044]
On the contrary, when the slider 11 moves to the left, the opening interval of the guide portion 8 of the band 5 is widened, and the friction caused by the pressure at which the projection portion 3 is closed by the guide portion 8 of the band 5 when the sliding door 2 is closed. Since the force is reduced, the sliding door 2 is opened and closed more smoothly than before the adjustment, but the impact between the sliding door end face and the pillar / wall when closed is stronger than before the adjustment. Therefore, before the first use of the sliding door 2 of the present invention, after the sliding door 2 is closed, the sliding door 2 is closed when the sliding door 2 is closed by repeating the opening and closing of the sliding door 2 and the adjustment of the adjusting screw 16 as described above. It is desirable to appropriately adjust the degree of impact between the end face of the door and the pillar / wall and the smoothness when the sliding door 2 is opened and closed. In the embodiment described above, the sliding path 38 is made of an elastic band. However, for example, the sliding path 38 is made of a resin having excellent slidability, and the resin is made of an elastic body such as a spring or rubber. The stenosis direction may be urged.
[0045]
In the embodiment described above, the sliding door repulsion prevention device is attached to the upper portion of the sliding door 2, but it may be attached to the lower portion, that is, the sill side.
[0046]
(Embodiment 2)
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the repulsion prevention device according to the second embodiment of the present invention as seen from above. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the sliding door repulsion prevention device (not including the movement adjustment unit) of the present invention as seen from the lower side. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a band and a slider of the sliding door repulsion prevention device of FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 7 (a) and a cross-sectional view taken along line BB (b). 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. 7 for explaining the operation when the slider of the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus is moved.
[0047]
In the following, the same members as those in the first embodiment will be described with the same reference numerals. 7 to 11, 1 is a duck (track), and 2 is a sliding door. Reference numeral 50 denotes a sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The sliding door repulsion prevention device 50 according to the present embodiment is roughly configured by the head member 31 and the main body 4.
[0048]
While the structure of the head member 31 and how to attach it to the head (track) 1 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the main part 4 is composed of a box 10 and a band 5 as shown in FIGS. Although it is the same as that of Embodiment 1 mentioned above by the point which has the slide adjustment | control part 14, in this Embodiment, the junction part 48 for movement is further added. This will be sequentially described below.
[0049]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the box 10 has a band arrangement box 35, and its main body is the same as that of the first embodiment, but is molded integrally with the box 10 instead of the adjustment screw box. The screw base 45 is provided on the bottom surface of the box body 10 on the sliding door end side. Grooves 46 a and 46 b are provided on the bottom surface of the screw base 45. The groove 46a passes through the longitudinal center line of the screw base 45 to both ends of the screw base 45, and the groove 46b is near the end on the sliding door end side and is orthogonal to the groove 46a. The adjusting screw 16 is rotatably accommodated in the groove 46a. A C ring 47 is attached between the screw portion of the adjustment screw 16 and the screw head 16a, and the C ring 47 is forcibly fitted into the groove 46b. As a result, the adjusting screw 16 is supported by the groove 46b via the C ring 47 and can rotate in the groove 46a, but is restricted by the C ring 47 and prevented from moving in the axial direction.
[0050]
The band 5 is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, and is formed by bending a thin strip of steel having elasticity into a hairpin shape, and the inner surface of the hairpin forms a sliding path 38.
[0051]
The sliding path 38 is divided into four parts as shown in FIG. 11 that function in the same manner as in the first embodiment. That is, there are four portions, that is, the fitting port portion 6, the elasticity adjusting portion 7, the guide portion (taper portion) 8, and the fitting portion 9. However, the configuration of the elasticity adjusting portion 7 is different from that of the first embodiment, and the band 5 is a contact portion 7a in which the end portion on the guide portion 8 side is bent in an L shape outwardly as shown in FIG. 7a is contacted with an end 11b of a slider 11, which will be described later, and the elasticity of the band is adjusted. The band 5 is bent into an L shape from the abutting portion 7 a, and the elasticity adjusting portion 7 ends at a point where it comes out of the end portion 11 b of the slider 11, and reaches the fitting opening 6. Therefore, in the second embodiment, the elasticity adjusting portion 7 is in a very narrow range including the abutting portion 7a. The external shape of the slider 11 constituting the slide adjusting unit 14 is similar to that of the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9, the slider 11a having a substantially “U” shape and the bottom surface of the slider 11a are formed. It is comprised by the support plate 13 provided in the downward direction of the edge part by the side of the guide part 8. FIG. That is, the sliding part 11a has a bottom surface and two side surfaces, and the other surfaces are released. The support plate 13 is a wall body erected perpendicularly to the bottom plate of the sliding portion 11a, and has a screw hole 15 in the center. However, in the present embodiment, the sliding portion 11a is a simple plate having no slit.
[0052]
The slider 11 is arranged in the elasticity adjusting portion 7 of the band 5 in the box 10 with the sliding portion 11 a in the “U” state with the substantially “U” -shaped open side upward. The support plate 13 of the slider 11 protrudes downward and comes into contact with the end face of the screw base 45 provided on the lower outer side of the box body 10 on the side opposite to the sliding door end, so that the screw hole 15 and the adjusting screw 16 are engaged. Is supported by the adjusting screw 16.
[0053]
As described above, the adjusting screw 16 is housed in the groove 46a of the screw base 45, is supported by the groove 46b via the C ring 47, and can rotate while being prevented from moving in the axial direction. Therefore, when the adjustment screw 16 is rotated, the support plate 13 of the slider 11 engaged with the screw portion 17 moves in the axial direction, and the sliding portion 11a moves linearly in the axial direction in the box body 10.
[0054]
A method for adjusting the elasticity of the band 5 by the slider 11 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. First, the adjusting screw 16 of the slide adjusting unit 14 is rotated by using a screwdriver or the like. When the adjusting screw 16 rotates, the support plate 13 screwed to the screw portion 17 of the adjusting screw 16 moves in the axial direction, and the support plate 13 and the slider 11 move linearly in the axial direction. When the slider 11 moves in the axial direction, a pressing stress is applied to the contact portion 7a of the elasticity adjusting portion 7 of the band 5 that is in contact with the end portion 11b of the sliding portion 11a of the slider 11, and the guide portion of the band 5 is moved. 8 is bent inward. Therefore, the interval of the band 5 is changed by rotating the adjusting screw 16 and moving the slider 11. For example, when the adjusting screw 16 is rotated from the state of FIG. 11A to move the slider 11 to the opening side (right side of the drawing), the opening interval of the guide portion 8 of the band 5 is as shown in FIG. Since the frictional force between the projection 3 and the guide 8 when the sliding door 2 is closed is increased, the impact between the end surface of the sliding door 2 and the pillar / wall is weakened. When the adjusting screw 16 is rotated from the state of FIG. 11B and the slider 11 is moved to the side opposite to the opening (left side of the drawing), the guide portion 8 of the band 5 is opened as shown in FIG. The space is widened, and the frictional force between the projection 3 and the guide 8 when the sliding door 2 is closed is reduced, so that the impact between the end surface of the sliding door 2 and the pillar / wall is strengthened.
[0055]
Next, the site | part which moves the sliding path 38 newly added to this Embodiment is demonstrated. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line DD (a) and a cross-sectional view taken along line EE in FIG. 7. FIG. 13: is the front sectional view (a) of the state in which the main body case of the said repulsion prevention apparatus for sliding doors was accommodated in the movement adjustment case, and its AA sectional drawing (b)-(d), (b) The state when the main body case is slid to one end by the movement adjustment slider is shown, (c) shows the state when the main body case is in the center, and (d) is the state when the main body case is slid to the other end. Indicates the state. FIG. 14 is an exploded perspective view showing a main part of the movement adjusting unit 60 of FIG. This will be sequentially described below.
[0056]
The movement adjustment unit 60 mainly includes a movement adjustment slider 61, a movement adjustment screw 62, and a movement adjustment case 70 for housing them. Separately from this, a moving joint portion 48 to be described later is provided integrally with the box body 10 in the main body portion 4.
[0057]
The movement adjustment case 70 is a rectangular box whose upper side is opened. The outer diameter of the movement adjustment case 70 is equal to the length of the box 10 of the main body 4, and the width is embedded in the upper corner of the sliding door. It is getting shorter. Further, the end side of the sliding door of the movement adjustment case 70 is provided with a circular hole 63 in the center of the lower part and a substantially rectangular opening 64 in the center of the upper end. The bottom of the inside of the movement adjustment case 70 is thickened at the end side of the sliding door to form a movement adjustment screw base 65, and the remaining part is flat. Grooves 67 a and 67 b are provided on the surface of the movement adjusting screw base 65. The groove 67a passes through the longitudinal center line of the surface of the movement adjusting screw base 65 to both ends of the screw base 65, and the groove 67b is near the end of the sliding door and is orthogonal to the groove 67a. The end of the sliding door of the groove 67a is opened in the hole 63.
[0058]
A movement adjusting screw 62 is accommodated in the groove 67 a, and the screw head 62 a is exposed to the hole 63. A C-ring 66 is attached between the screw portion 62b of the movement adjusting screw 62 and the screw head 62a, and the C-ring 66 is forcibly fitted and fixed in the groove 67b. It is supported by the groove 67b through the ring 66. As a result, the movement adjusting screw 62 is prevented from moving in the axial direction, and can rotate while staying in place by rotating the screw head 62a by applying a tool.
[0059]
The main part of the movement adjustment slider 61 is a rectangular plate 71 made of metal and has two slits on the center line in the length direction.75a,75b is provided. slit75a,75b is a substantially rectangular shape, and the length direction is provided with an inclination of about 30 degrees with respect to the length direction of the movement adjustment slider 61.
[0060]
The end of the movement adjustment slider 61 on the right side of the drawing is a partition plate 72 extending perpendicularly to the flat plate 71, and a screw hole 73 is provided at the center of the lower portion of the partition plate 72. The screw part 62b of the adjustment screw 62 is penetrated and engaged. Accordingly, the movement adjustment slider 61 is supported by the movement adjustment screw 62 and is configured to linearly move in the length direction along the inner bottom of the movement adjustment case 70 according to the rotation of the movement adjustment screw 62.
[0061]
The moving joint 48 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped provided on the opposite side of the screw base 45 on the lower side of the box 10 as shown in FIG. 7, and the width of the moving joint 48 is the same as that of the box 10 or Slightly short. The total length is shorter than that of the box body 10, and the height is slightly lower on the part of the screw base 45 side. Further, two columnar protrusions 49a and 49b are provided on the bottom line of the moving joint 48 on the center line in the length direction.
[0062]
The main body 4 and the movement adjusting unit 60 are overlapped as shown in FIG. 13A, and are integrated by placing the moving joint 48 in the movement adjusting case 70. At this time, the moving joint 48 is accommodated in the space between the partition plate 71 of the moving slider 61 and the left end of the movement adjusting case 70 without a gap that can move in the length direction. At the same time, the projections 49a and 49b on the bottom of the moving joint 48 are slits.75a,75b are engaged with each other. And the joint hole provided in the both side walls of the movement adjustment case 7076a,76b and the holes 52a and 51b provided on both side walls of the moving joint portion 48 are screwed through the pins 52a and 52b to secure the coupling between the main body portion 4 and the movement adjusting portion 60, and The main body 4 is prevented from moving in the length direction and the height direction.
[0063]
The main body part 4 and the movement adjusting part 60 are embedded in the upper corner of the sliding door 2 in an integrated state as described above. At this time, a part of the right end of the screw base 45 of the main body 4 is exposed to the opening 64 at the right end of the movement adjustment case 70. Therefore, in a state where the main body 4 and the movement adjustment unit 60 are integrated and attached to the sliding door 2, the screw head 16a of the adjustment screw 16 and the screw head 62a of the movement adjustment screw 62 are from the end of the upper corner of the sliding door 2. Both are exposed and can be turned with a tool from the outside.
[0064]
Next, the operation of the movement adjusting unit 60 will be described with reference to FIG. Since the deviation in the width direction between the track and the sliding door is too large due to the initial manufacturing error and deformation due to continued use, it is not possible to cope with only by adjusting the opening width of the guide portion 8 of the sliding path. If the closure is not satisfactory, make the following adjustments:
[0065]
The front sectional view of the main body 4 and the movement adjusting unit 60 when attached to the sliding door 2 is as shown in FIG. 13A, and the plan sectional view is as shown in FIG. 13C.
[0066]
In the sliding door repelling prevention device 50 of this embodiment, when the tool is applied to the screw head 62a and the movement adjusting screw 62 is rotated, the movement adjusting slider 61 engaged with the screw portion 62b is moved in the length direction at the upper end of the sliding door. Move straight. Here, in the sliding door repulsion prevention device 50 according to the present embodiment, the screw head 62a (engagement portion) of the movement adjusting screw 62 is also exposed at the end face of the sliding door 2, so that the movement adjusting screw 62 can be easily rotated. is there. That is, the movement adjusting screw 62 can be rotated without removing the sliding door 2.
[0067]
More specifically, in the sliding door repulsion prevention apparatus 50 of this embodiment, when the movement adjustment screw 62 is rotated in the normal (right) direction, the movement adjustment slider 61 is pulled and moves in the right direction in the figure. At this time, the protrusions 49 a and 49 b on the lower bottom portion of the moving joint portion 48 of the main body portion 4 are slits of the movement adjusting slider 61.75a,75Since each of them is engaged with b, a force that moves the moving joint 48 obliquely to the front of the figure works, but the moving joint 48 is prevented from moving in the length direction.PartThe whole of 4 slides in the width direction on the near side. (See FIG. 13B))
[0068]
When the movement adjusting screw 62 is rotated in the opposite direction (left), the movement adjusting slider 61 is pushed and moves in the left direction in the figure. At this time, the protrusions 49a and 49b are slits.75a,75Since each of them is engaged with b, a force to move the moving joint portion 48 to the diagonally inner side of the drawing works, but the moving joint portion 48 is prevented from moving in the length direction.PartThe whole of 4 slides in the back width direction. (Refer to FIG. 13 (d))
[0069]
As described above, when the sliding path 38 accommodated in the box 10 is moved in the width direction by the movement adjusting unit 60, the deviation in the width direction between the projection 3 of the head 1 and the sliding path 38 is corrected. When sliding door 2 is closed, the two sliding doors hit the pillar / wallRuThe degree of impact and the smoothness of opening and closing the sliding door are adjusted appropriately. In the above description of the embodiment, the adjustment screw 16 and the movement adjustment screw 62 both employ a structure in which the C-rings 47 and 66 are used to prevent movement in the axial direction. Without using a collared screwuseMay be.

[0071]
In addition, since a mechanism for adjusting the strength of the brake is provided, the smoothness of opening and closing the sliding door can be appropriately maintained.
[0072]
In addition, the sliding door repulsion prevention device of the present invention includes a mechanism that allows the sliding door side portion to move in the width direction of the track. Sliding door repulsion can be caused even if the displacement in the width direction is excessive and the positional relationship between the sliding door side portion and the sill side portion of the sliding door repulsion prevention device is inappropriate and the adjustment of the brake strength is invalid or insufficient. By adjusting the positional relationship between the sliding door side part and the sill side part of the prevention device, it is possible to appropriately maintain the degree of impact of the sliding door hitting the pillar / wall when closing the sliding door and the smoothness of opening and closing the sliding door. .
