Description

The present invention relates to an article transport apparatus that is applied to, for example, a construction site of a building under construction and is used when an article such as a construction material is transported.

Conventionally, there is an article conveyance device including a plurality of conveyance carriages (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). Some of these types of article conveying devices are applied to, for example, the construction site of a building under construction, and convey articles such as small beam units that are construction materials. For example, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, such a conventional article transport device includes four transport carts 1 a, 1 b, 1 c, 1 d and one distribution board 2. As shown in FIG. 12, each transport carriage 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d includes a frame body BD, drive wheels DW, driven wheels OW, and control means CO, respectively.

The frame body BD is for placing an article 3 such as a construction material thereon. The drive wheel DW incorporates a drive source DR such as an electric motor, and is a wheel that rotates when the drive source DR is driven. When the driven wheel OW drives the drive source DR to rotate the drive wheel DW, and the transport wheels 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d move by the rotation of the drive wheel DW, the transport wheels 1a, 1b, 1c, It is a wheel that rotates following the movement of 1d. These drive wheels DW and driven wheels OW are placed on guide rails 5a and 5b attached to the floor 4, as shown in FIGS. The guide rails 5a and 5b form a pair of two and constitute the guide means 5, and are arranged so as to maintain a constant distance from each other. The guide means 5 guides the moving direction of the transport carriages 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d.

The control means CO is for performing drive control of the drive source DR. Such control means CO is provided with a first cable C1 and a second cable C2, as shown in FIGS. The first cable C1 has one end attached to the control means CO, the other end attached to the drive wheel DW, and the control means CO and the drive source DR built in the drive wheel DW. It is an electrical connection. The first cable C1 is provided with power wiring. The second cable C2 has one end attached to the control means CO and the other end provided with the first engaging portion 6a of the connector 6, and the control means CO and the first engaging portion 6a. Are electrically connected to each other. The second cable C2 is provided with power wiring. The first engaging portion 6a is attached to a second engaging portion 6b described later, and constitutes the connector 6 with the second engaging portion 6b.

The distribution board 2 applies the voltage of the power source 7 to the drive wheels DW via the control means CO (power is supplied to the drive source DR). As shown in FIG. 11, the third cable C3 And a fourth cable C4 and a switch (switch means) SW arranged in a manner displaceable between an open state and a closed state.

The third cable C <b> 3 has one end attached to the distribution board 2 and the other end attached to the power supply 7, and is electrically connected to the distribution board 2 and the power supply 7. The third cable C3 is provided with power wiring.

As shown in FIG. 9, the fourth cable C4 is provided along the ceiling 8 of the floor on which the article conveying device is provided, and one end is attached to the distribution board 2, as shown in FIG. In addition, the second engaging portion 6b of the connector 6 is provided at the other end, and the distribution board 2 and the second engaging portion 6b are electrically connected. This fourth cable is provided with power wiring. The other end of the fourth cable C4 is suspended from the ceiling 8 so that the first engagement portion 6a can be attached to the second engagement portion 6b.

The connector 6 includes a first engagement portion 6a and a second engagement portion 6b. When the first engagement portion 6a is attached to the second engagement portion 6b, the second cable C2 and the fourth cable C4 are provided. Are connected to each other.

The switch SW is arranged on the control panel 2 in such a manner that it can be displaced between a closed state in which the drive control of the drive source DR can be performed by the control means CO and an open state in which the drive control of the drive source DR cannot be performed by the control means CO. It is set up. Therefore, when the switch SW is displaced to the closed state, the voltage of the power source 7 can be applied to the drive source DR, and the first cable C1, the second cable C2, the fourth cable C4, and When the connector 6 is in the live line state and the switch SW is displaced to the open state, the voltage of the power source 7 cannot be applied to the drive source DR, and the first cable C1 and the second cable C2, the fourth cable C4, and the connector 6 are in a non-live line state.

Such an article conveying device displaces the switch SW to the closed state, and drives the driving wheel DW by, for example, controlling the driving source DR by the control means CO, and conveys it by rotating the driving wheel DW. While moving the trolley | bogie 1b, the articles | goods 3 mounted on the conveyance trolley | bogie 1b can be conveyed.

By the way, in the article transport apparatus as described above, since the transport carts 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d each have the control means CO, the parts cost of the transport carts 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d becomes expensive, thereby There has been a problem that the article conveying device becomes expensive.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an article conveying apparatus having a low component cost.

In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the present invention includes a plurality of transport carriages provided with a drive source, and a control unit that performs drive control of the drive sources. According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the article conveying apparatus according to the first aspect, wherein a connector for detachably connecting a driving source of each conveying carriage to the control means, and the connector in a live state. Switch means for displacing to a live line state and a remote controller for displacing the connector between a live line state and a non-live line state by operating the switch means are provided.

According to the article conveying apparatus according to the present invention, the apparatus includes a plurality of conveying carts provided with a driving source and a control unit that performs driving control of the driving sources, and the controlling unit controls the driving sources of the plurality of conveying carts. Therefore, only the cylindrical portion 66b of the traveling wheel 66 is placed on the bottom plate portion 71b, and the flange portion 66c is located in a lateral region of the bottom plate portion 71b. The top plate portion 71c is a portion to which the first bracket 73 is attached.

Such a 2nd guide means 70 is provided in the aspect which covers the movement area | region of conveyance trolley | bogie 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d so that the traveling body 40 can move with the movement of conveyance trolley | bogie 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d. is there. Specifically, the length of the second guide rail 71 is at least the same as the length of the first guide rails 23a and 23b, or the length is longer than the length of the first guide rails 23a and 23b. It is provided on the ceiling 27 above the first guide rails 23a, 23b.

When the wall portion 71a of the second guide means 70 is inserted between the traveling wheel 66 attached to the twelfth rod-shaped member 60 of the traveling body 40 and the traveling wheel 66 attached to the thirteenth rod-shaped member 61. The control panel 30 is suspended from the second guide rail 71. Moreover, in this state, the moving direction of the traveling body 40 is guided by the second guide means 70.

In the article transport apparatus having such a configuration, a case will be described in which, for example, the transport cart 10b that transports the article 13 is switched to a new transport cart 10a. In the following description, it is assumed that the control means 32 and the transport carriage 10b are electrically connected and the switch 33 is in a closed state.

First, the operator operates the push button of the operation unit 35 to displace the switch 33 in the closed state to the open state. If the switch 33 is displaced to the open state, it becomes impossible to apply the voltage of the power source 26 to the drive source 16, and therefore it becomes impossible to control the drive source 16 by the control means 32. The cable C15, the first cable C11, and the connector 17 are in a non-live line state.

Next, the operator removes the first engagement portion 17a of the connector 17 from the second engagement portion 17b. Next, the worker moves from the transport cart 10b that transported the article 13 to the new transport cart 10a while holding the second engaging portion 17b.

Next, the worker attaches the second engagement portion 17b of the connector 17 to the first engagement portion 17a that is electrically connected to the drive source 16 of the transport carriage 10a. Thereafter, the operator operates the push button of the operation unit 35 to displace the switch 33 in the open state to the closed state. When the switch 33 is displaced to the closed state, the voltage of the power source 26 can be applied to the drive source 16, so that the drive control of the drive source 16 can be performed by the control means 32, and the fifth cable C15, the first cable C11, and the connector 17 are in a live line state.

In this state, if the driving wheel 15 is rotationally driven by driving the drive source 16 while performing drive control by the control means 32, the transport carriage 10a moves while being guided in the moving direction by the first guide means 23. The article 13 placed thereon is conveyed. In addition, the traveling body 40 moves while being guided in the moving direction by the second guide means 70 as the transport carriage 10a moves.

According to such an article conveying apparatus, the number of control means 32 can be made smaller than the number of conveying carts 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d. Therefore, an inexpensive article conveying apparatus can be provided. In addition, when the transport carts 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d that transport the article 13 are switched by the remote controller 34, the distance that the worker moves between the displacement of the switch 33 and the attachment / detachment of the connector 17 can be shortened. Accordingly, it is possible to improve workability when switching the transport carriages 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d that transport the article 13.

In the above-described embodiment, the articles 13 are not simultaneously transported by the four transport carts 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d, and the transport carts 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d are moved one by one. The description has been made on the case of conveying the article 13. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the above-described effects can be obtained as long as the number of control means 32 is smaller than the number of transport carriages 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the switch 33 is described as being disposed on the power supply side of the connector 17 and on the ground side of the control means 32. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the switch 33 may be disposed on the power source side of the connector 17 and on the power source side of the control means 32.
