Description
The present invention relates to a control valve and a pipe network remote monitoring and control system using the control valve, and more particularly to a control valve for arbitrarily controlling the flow rate or pressure of fluid in water flowing through the pipe network and a pipe network remote control using the control valve. The present invention relates to a supervisory control system.
A conventional fluid control device is composed of a single valve and a single sensor. That is, when controlling the flow rate and pressure of fluid in the piping network, a sensor such as a flow sensor or a pressure sensor having a single function is installed at a location different from the valve for the valve installed in the piping network. The fluid is controlled based on signal values such as flow rate and pressure obtained from these.
For example, as a conventional fluid control device, the measurement data of one pressure sensor is used to prevent the back flow of the fluid in the piping, and the downstream side of the valve is different from the installation location of the valve. There is a sensor provided with a pressure sensor (for example, Patent Document 1). According to the conventional fluid control device, the value of the pressure signal measured by the pressure sensor is compared with a predetermined pressure signal, so that the valve is fully closed before the back flow is reached. It is said that fluid control can be performed to prevent back flow from downstream to upstream.
However, in such a conventional fluid control device, only one pressure signal detected on the downstream side or upstream side of the valve is used for fluid control. Therefore, in order to perform advanced control such as measuring the flow rate, flow velocity, pressure, and flow direction in the piping network and performing other controls such as prevention of backflow more precisely in real time, a flow meter, pressure gauge, There is a problem that separate installation of a pressure control valve, a flow control valve, an on-off control valve, a backflow prevention valve, an emergency shut-off valve, a water hammer absorber, etc. is required. In addition, when installing a conventional fluid control device, it is necessary to install control devices and sensors according to the valve and control purposes at different locations from the valve, and set the control conditions based on the installation status. There is a problem that installation cost and labor are high. Furthermore, since the installation location of the valve and the installation location of the control device or sensor are different, there is a problem that it takes time and cost to install, adjust, and maintain them.
As described above, in the conventional fluid control device, the valve, the control device, and the sensor are configured to perform their functions in a state where they are individually installed, so that a failure of the valve as the fluid control device can be prevented. The diagnostic function could not be obtained, and only a slight abnormality in the functions of the control device and the sensor itself was recognized. Accordingly, remote operations such as diagnosis of piping network breakage and emergency closing of necessary parts of the pipe network due to breakage have not been desired.
Also, if you want to monitor and control the flow rate, flow velocity, pressure and flow direction in the piping network, a special control program is tailored to the status of the piping network and the individual installed devices installed in the piping network. There is a problem that the cost is high and it takes time.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described various problems, and an object thereof is a fluid control device in which a valve, a sensor, a drive device, and a control device (including an arithmetic device and a communication device) are integrally formed. A control valve that is easy to install, requires little effort for adjustment and maintenance, and constantly measures the fluid pressure before and after the valve, and monitors and controls the difference from any set value. It has fluid control functions such as constant flow control, constant pressure control, water hammer prevention, backflow prevention, emergency shut-off, etc., and self-diagnosis of valve failure or prediction of failure occurrence is possible. It is to provide a control valve that does not require new creation. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pipe network remote monitoring and control system capable of monitoring, diagnosing and controlling a control valve with an external terminal such as a personal computer using a communication means, and further capable of monitoring, diagnosing and controlling the piping network. .
The control valve according to
As this, by providing the flow resistance portion between the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor, the pressure difference between the pressure at the pressure and position of the second pressure sensor at the location of the first pressure sensor becomes large Therefore, the flow rate is clearly understood.
In particular, the orifice portion to be water flow resistance means is to be formed on the upstream side of the Ichi圧 force sensor and the valve body, the influence of turbulence and two-layer flow with respect to the second pressure sensor is minimized.
Control valve according to
The control valve according to
The piping network remote monitoring and control system according to
According to the control valve of the first aspect, the pipe, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, and the valve body driving device are integrally formed around the valve body, and the first pressure sensor and the first pressure sensor Since it has a control means to control the valve body drive device by calculating the drive amount of the valve body based on the detection data of the two pressure sensors, constant flow control, constant pressure control, water hammer prevention, backflow prevention, emergency shutoff It is possible to perform fluid control such as that, installation is easy, and there is an effect that adjustment and maintenance are not troublesome. In addition, it is not necessary to create a new control program in accordance with the positional relationship and installation state of valves and sensors. In addition, the detection values of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are recorded in the data logger, and compared with the current value, the control valve functions normally, and the diagnosis of whether the fluid is flowing normally It is possible to predict the occurrence of valve failure and perform self-diagnosis. In addition, a full bore type valve such as a ball valve or a gate valve with little pressure loss when the valve body is fully opened is provided by an orifice portion as a water flow resistance means provided in the piping and between the first pressure sensor and the valve body. Even if it exists, the difference of each detected pressure of a 1st pressure sensor and a 2nd pressure sensor becomes large, and there exists an effect that a flow volume can be understood clearly. In addition, since the orifice that serves as the water flow resistance means is formed on the upstream side of the first pressure sensor and the valve body, the influence of turbulence and the like can be minimized, and the difference in the detected pressure by each sensor becomes clearer. Measurement accuracy such as flow rate is improved .
According to the control valve of the second aspect , in addition to the effect of the first aspect, since the control means is formed integrally with the control valve, the
According to the control valve of the third aspect , in addition to the effect of the first or second aspect , the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are arranged so as not to obstruct the water flow in the pipe. Since turbulent flow and cavitation in the pipe can be prevented, more accurate measurement values can be obtained.

The above-mentioned object, other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description of the best mode for carrying out the invention with reference to the drawings.
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a control valve according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and a configuration diagram including a control device and a remote monitoring control device. The
The
A valve
The valve
A circular flange-shaped first
The
Here, as a pressure sensor used for the
In addition, the
In the
As described above, the
The
When the respective pressure measurement data 140a and 150a measured by the
In the
Further, when the pressure value measured by the
The remote
In addition, you may make it provide the function to display data in a personal computer or a portable terminal. Further, the remote
Hereinafter, the control flow of the control device in the present embodiment will be described in detail.
FIG. 2 shows a control flow of this embodiment accompanying measurement by the
Conversely, when the water flow is flowing in the direction from the
The sampled measurement value is A / D converted and subsequently converted to a pressure value (S3). Then, the pressure value: AP measured by the
Here, first, a comparison is made between ΔPdn (S6) and ΔP, which are set time: pressure drop limit value per T (S7). When ΔP <ΔPdn (S8), it is determined that the pressure is rapidly decreasing (S9), and the valve body is driven from the
Further, a comparison is made between ΔPup (S11) and ΔP which are set time: T pressure increase limit value per T (S12). When ΔP> ΔPup (S13), it is determined that the pressure is rapidly increasing (S14), and the valve body is driven from the
(S19)。 Further, when ΔP ≧ ΔPdn (S16) or ΔP ≦ ΔPup (S17), that is, when ΔP and ΔPdn are substantially equal, it is determined that the pressure is stable (S18), and the current state of the valve is maintained. (S19).
Further, in parallel with the above processing, the pressure value measured by the first pressure sensor 140: AP (S4) detects a decrease in the pressure of the

FIG. 3 shows a control flow of the present embodiment accompanying measurement by the
As described above, when the measurement data is sent from the
Here, in this embodiment, the control can be performed by switching between the constant flow control and the constant water pressure control. First, the constant flow control will be described.
First, when the pressure value BP measured by the
Subsequently, a comparison is made with a differential pressure setting value: DPdef (S35) set to obtain a desired flow rate (S36). This differential pressure set value: DPdef is used for the flow rate control.
When DP <DPdef (S37), it is determined that the flow rate is less than the desired amount (S38), and the
Further, when DP> DPdef (S43), it is determined that the flow rate is larger than the desired amount (S44), and the
Next, constant water pressure control will be described. First, the pressure value BP measured by the
FIG. 4 shows a control flow of the present embodiment for the I / O controller constituting the
In this
Further, the pressure on the secondary side of the
Furthermore, since the
Further, the
Further, since the remote
In the
In addition, the remote
Further, in the log data of the pressure value obtained from the pressure measurement data 140a measured by the
Furthermore, in the log data of the pressure value obtained from the pressure measurement data 140a measured by the
Note that these controls can be achieved not only by the remote
Next, a water storage device using a control valve according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

Hereinafter, the processing content processed by the
Subsequently, the driving amount of the valve body is calculated using the calculated differential pressure and water level data. Before that, in the
In addition, when comparing the set value of the preset water level and the calculated water level data, when it is recognized that the water level has dropped, so that water can be supplied by opening the

Here, further, the control flow of the control device in the present embodiment will be described in detail.

If CP> Level-3 (S121) or CP <Level-4 (S122), it is determined that the water level is intermediate (S123), and the current state of the valve is maintained (S124). Here, the intermediate water level is a water level between the water supply start water level and the water supply stop water level.

Then, first, the

The
Here, the
The
The cross-sectional shape of the
