Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for vertically moving a luggage floor body constituting a luggage room of an automobile.

As described in Patent Document 1, this type of prior art has the same predetermined height of two opposite side walls in a trunk floor in which a housing recess is formed in the center and a bottom plate is provided at the rear of a vehicle seat. Each step is provided with a stepped portion, a lower side of the stepped portion of one side wall is a substantially vertical wall surface, and the stepped portion of the other side wall is formed by a horizontal ridge protruding from the wall surface, and below the stepped portions. The plate-like floor lid (luggage floor body) having a width substantially equal to the width between the opposite side walls is provided (see Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-44872.

And in such a configuration, the plate-like floor lid has a width substantially equal to the width between the opposing side walls below the stepped portion, so that it can be placed on the floor bottom plate by closing the housing recess. It can also be installed on the above-mentioned stepped parts, and when it is installed on the stepped parts, it can be formed on the same horizontal plane as the upper surface of the seatback that has been tilted forward. It can be easily moved and installed at any position.

However, since such a conventional floor lid closes a comparatively wide receiving recess, it has a single-sheet structure, for example, to move up and down while the occupant lifts from the rear gate opening of an automobile, it is quite heavy. The passenger will be supported, and will impose a lot of work on the passenger.

In view of this, what has been devised to improve the conventional technique is known as shown in FIGS.

According to FIGS. 17 and 18, an accommodation recess b for accommodating a spare tire or the like is provided in a floor surface portion a of a luggage room f of an automobile, and a luggage floor body c that opens and closes the accommodation recess b is 1 as in the conventional technique described above. Although configured as a sheet, the luggage floor body c is moved from the state in which the accommodation recess b shown in FIG. 17 is closed to the same horizontal plane as the upper surface of the seat back d that is brought forward as shown in FIG. For this purpose, sliding shaft pins e are provided on both sides of the front end portion of the automobile of the luggage floor body c, and the sliding shaft pins e are formed in a semicircular arc shape that protrudes from the left and right side walls of the luggage room f to the rear side of the vehicle. It is inserted so as to be housed in the moving groove h, and is planted on one end side of the swing piece i.

The swing piece i has a rotation pin j planted on the other end side, and the other end side is rotated in the vertical direction of the automobile by pivoting the rotation pin j to the left and right side walls g of the luggage room f. It is configured as possible.

Further, one end side of the spring piece k is attached to the central portion of the swing piece i, and the other end side of the spring piece k is attached to the left and right side walls g of the luggage room f. Energized by k.

As a result of such a configuration, in the state where the accommodation recess b shown in FIG. 17 is closed by the luggage floor body c, the swing piece i is attached to one end side downward with the rotating pin j as the center by the biasing force of the spring piece i. Thus, the luggage floor body c is held on the lower side so as to close the housing recess.

From such a state, when the hand is placed on the rear end side of the luggage floor body c and the sliding shaft pin e is rotated about the sliding shaft pin e toward the rear side of the automobile, the swinging piece i becomes the urging force of the spring piece k. Against this, it swings around the pivot pin j.

In this state, the swing piece i swings and is in a substantially horizontal state as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 18, and the luggage floor body c is pushed in the forward direction of the automobile to attach the spring piece k. Invert the power.

As a result, the swing piece i is now swung to the front side of the automobile by the urging force of the spring piece k, and the slide shaft pin e moves along the slide groove h in accordance with this. The luggage floor body c is moved while rotating to the upper side as viewed in a two-dot chain line, and in this state, the rear end side of the automobile of the luggage floor body c is moved. By placing the luggage floor body c on the step n formed on the rear side wall m of the luggage room f, the front and rear ends thereof are moved to the upper stage side of the automobile by the urging force of the spring piece k and the step n. It is held on the same horizontal plane as the upper surface of the seat back d that has been tilted forward.

However, also in the prior art shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, in order to move the luggage floor body c to the upper side from the state where the luggage floor body c is located at the lower part of the automobile closing the housing recess b, for example, the sliding shaft pin e Is slid in the semicircular arc-shaped sliding groove h. Since the sliding groove h is formed in a semicircular arc shape, the rear side of the luggage floor body c is rotated while the rear side is rotated. In order to close the storage recess b from this state, the rear side of the luggage floor body c is also rotated to the opposite side to the front side while being pushed into the front side of the vehicle. Therefore, it is very difficult to smoothly operate a single heavyweight luggage floor body with one hand, for example, the lower surface side of the luggage floor body c with one hand. Support while, it is necessary to continue performing the above operation using the other hand, it takes a considerable accustomed to these operations.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for vertically moving a luggage floor body of an automobile configured so that the luggage floor body can be moved up and down with one hand.

In order to form the guide groove 9 configured as described above in the attachment body 7, as shown in FIG. 7, first, an intermediate member 7-1 made of a thick plate is interposed in the attachment body 7 formed of a thin plate. The base plate 7-2 made of a thin plate material is integrally polymerized with screws 7-3, and the groove shape formed on the attachment body 7 side and the intermediate material 7-1 is somewhat grooved. A guide groove 9 having a width is formed, and a pedestal portion 9 on which a hinge shaft guide piece 10 is swingably mounted is mounted on the abutting plate 7-2 side.

The horizontal guide groove portion 9c is configured such that the upper center portion is open and the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 can be inserted and assembled from the upper side.

In such a configuration, in the normal state shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the luggage floor body 5 is configured such that the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 is located at the lowermost end portion of the rear upper inclined groove portion 9a in the front of the automobile, and FIG. As shown, the storage recess 4 is closed at a lower position that is close to the floor surface portion 3.

In order to move the luggage floor body 5 upward from the vehicle as shown in FIG. 5 from such a state, first, as shown in FIG. 4, a hole-like handle provided on the rear end side of the luggage floor body 5 in the vehicle. Holding the portion 5c, the rear end portion side of the luggage floor body 5 is lifted and the pulling operation is performed.

As a result, the sliding hinge portion 8 slides toward the upper rear side of the rear inclined groove portion 9a, gradually raises the luggage floor body 5, and reaches the first communicating portion 9b. 10 abuts on the first guide piece 10a and swings the hinge shaft guide piece 10 counterclockwise to move to a position facing the horizontal guide groove 9c as shown in FIG.

When the luggage floor body 5 is further pulled to the rear side of the automobile 1 from this state, as shown in FIG. 12, the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 reaches the automobile rear end of the horizontal guide groove 9c.

At this time, since the hinge shaft guide piece 10 swings clockwise by its own weight and returns to its original position, if the luggage floor body 5 is pushed into the front side of the automobile 1 this time, the sliding hinge shaft 8 When the roller 8a slides on the hinge shaft guide piece 10 toward the vehicle front side of the horizontal guide groove portion 9c as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 13 and contacts the second guide piece portion 10b of the hinge shaft guide piece 8, By forcibly swinging the hinge shaft guide piece 8 counterclockwise, the second guide piece 10b closes the second communication portion 9e as shown in FIG.

When the luggage floor body 5 is further pushed into the front side of the automobile 1 from this state, the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 is moved to the second guide piece portion 10b of the hinge shaft guide piece 10 as shown in FIG. And reaches the front end of the automobile 1 in the horizontal guide groove 9c.

In this state, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 9, the luggage floor body 5 is flush with the upper surface of the rear seat 1 c that is moved to the upper portion of the automobile 1 and brought forward.

At this time, the rear end side of the luggage floor body 5 is supported on a stepped portion 7c formed on the rear side wall 7b of the attachment body 7.

When the driven hinge shaft 8 reaches the front end of the automobile 1 in the horizontal guide groove portion 9c, the hinge shaft guide piece 10 swings clockwise by its own weight, and the blockage of the second communication portion 9e is released. The

Therefore, from this state, by lifting the rear end portion of the luggage floor body 5 and retracting it to the rear of the automobile 1, the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 as shown in FIG. The weight 5 of the body 5 moves from the second communicating portion 9e through the front upper inclined groove portion 9b to the lowermost end portion of the rear upper inclined groove portion 9a, and the luggage floor body 5 is moved to the automobile as shown in FIGS. It will return to the state moved below.

In the embodiment according to the present invention configured as described above, the selection of the vertical movement of the luggage floor body 5 is such that the rear upper inclined groove portion 9a, the front upper inclined groove portion 9b, and the horizontal, which are each configured by a linear groove shape. Since the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 is slid in the guide groove 9 constituted by the guide groove portion 9c, only the operation of pulling or pushing the luggage floor body 5 linearly in the front-rear direction of the automobile 1 is performed. It is possible to reduce the operation force of the luggage floor body 5 and enable one-handed operation.

Furthermore, in the state where the luggage floor body 5 is positioned on the upper side of the automobile 1, the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 is positioned and supported on the front end side of the automobile 1 in the horizontal guide groove portion 9c. Since it can be positioned substantially on the upper side of the automobile 1, the step 7 c that supports the rear end of the luggage floor body 5 is at most the rear wall 7 b of the attachment body 7 on the rear wall side of the luggage room 2. As a result, the luggage floor body 5 can be supported in a small space between the rear seatback 1c and the luggage room 2. There is no need to provide a receiving surface.

In the above description, the luggage floor body 5 is installed on the left and right side walls 2a of the luggage room 2 via the attachment body 7. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the left and right side walls of the luggage room 2 are not limited thereto. You may make it install directly in 2a. In this case, the guide groove 9 is directly formed in the left and right side wall portions 2 a of the luggage room 2.

In the above description, the guide groove 9 publication-shaped portion inclined groove 9a or the front upper inclined groove portion 9b is formed in a straight line shape, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and may be slightly curved.

FIG. 16 shows another embodiment according to the present invention.

According to FIG. 16, the pressing springs 11 and 12 are attached to the lowermost end portion of the rear upper inclined groove portion 9a and the rear end portion of the horizontal guide groove portion 9c, respectively, so that the impact of the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 comes into contact. The plate spring piece 13 is attached to the wall portion of the front upper inclined groove portion 9b immediately before the rear upper inclined groove portion 9a communicates, and the tip of the plate spring piece 13 is moved rearward. The roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 is slanted and protruded toward the upper inclined groove 9a, and the impact when the roller 8a of the sliding hinge shaft 8 slides from the front upper inclined groove 9b to the rear upper inclined groove 9a due to its own weight. The sound is prevented and the operation feeling of the luggage floor body 5 is improved, and other configurations are the same as those of the above embodiment.

In all the embodiments described above, the floor portion 3 located on the lower side of the luggage room 2 is provided with a storage recess 4 that is open at the top and stores a not-shown spare tire or the like. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the storage recess 4 may not be provided.

As described above, according to the present invention, the vertical movement of the luggage floor body is performed while sliding the sliding hinge shaft in the guide groove constituted by the linear groove shape. It can be performed only by pulling or pushing in a straight line, reducing the operating force of the luggage floor body and enabling one-handed operation, so that the housing recess recessed in the luggage floor of the car is opened and closed It is suitable for an apparatus for moving up and down the luggage floor of an automobile that can move the vertical position of the luggage floor relative to the luggage floor.
