Description

The present invention relates to an anti-skid device for sliding door shoji that is attached to a corner portion of the lower and eaves of the sliding door shoji to prevent the sliding door from swinging.

Patent Document 1 discloses a steady rest for sliding door shoji that fits between an indoor side wall and an outdoor side wall of the bag and is attached to the bag. In this sliding door shodder, the lower frame rail is disposed in the lower steadying groove provided on the lower surface, and when the sliding door shoji tries to swing indoors and outdoors, the lower frame rail is placed on the groove wall of the lower steadying groove. The finding surface is in contact to prevent the shoji from swinging.
On the other hand, it is known that the shoji and lower arm of the shoji are fixed in a watertight manner by screwing.
However, in the above-mentioned known technology, when external pressure is applied to the shoji due to wind and rain, the joint between the heel and the recumbent is pushed indoors, and the lower heel is deformed due to distortion in the direction in which the heel and the recumbent bend at the joint. There is a risk that water will leak due to gaps at the joints away from the heel.

Utility Model Registration No. 2520498

In order to prevent such distortion, if the lower lid and the heel are firmly joined to increase the water tightness of the joint between the lower heel and the heel, the number of screwing points increases and the assembly of the shoji is inferior. There is a problem.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the anti-sliding device for sliding door shoji which can improve the water-tightness of the junction part of a lower eyelid and a collar without increasing a screwing location.

The invention according to claim 1 is attached to the corner portion of the lower rod and the heel, and includes a lower heel mounting portion, a heel mounting portion, a lower stabilization groove, and a heel stabilization groove, The lower heel mounting part is fitted between the indoor side wall and the outdoor side wall of the lower heel and is mounted inside the lower heel, and the heel mounting part is fitted between the indoor side wall and the outdoor side wall of the heel. It is mounted in the bag and engages with the prospective wall of the bag to restrict the movement of the lower plate in the longitudinal direction, and the lower steady stop groove is provided on the lower plate mounting part and the lower surface of the bag mounting part, and The groove wall abuts against the lower frame rail finding surface to prevent the lower frame rail from being shaken, and the vertical swing groove is provided on the vertical surface of the vertical frame provided on the vertical surface of the vertical frame. When the groove is positioned in the groove, the groove wall abuts against the locating surface of the ridge to prevent the frame from swinging.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the sliding door shoddle is mounted, the sliding door shoddle is pushed from the bottom in the corner portion of the lower arm and the lower arm to lower the lower arm mounting portion. Fitting between the indoor side wall and the outdoor side wall of the coffin and fitting the coffin mounting part between the indoor side wall and the outdoor side wall of the coffin, Attached across the.
The sliding door shoddle is fitted to the heel and lower heel and holds them together, and the heel mounting part is restricted by the heel prospective wall, so that the movement of the lower heel longitudinal direction is restricted. Even if the joint is pushed indoors by the external pressure of wind and rain, it is difficult for the lower heel to separate from the heel, and it is possible to prevent a gap from being formed in the joint between the heel and the lower heel. Without increasing the number of screwing points for fixing the door, it is possible to improve the water tightness of the joint portion between the heel and the lower heel, and the assembly of the shoji is good.
When the lower frame rail is inserted into the groove and the sliding door shoji tries to swing indoors and outdoors, the lower frame rail's locating surface comes into contact with the groove wall of the lower frame groove and against the lower frame rail. Prevent sliding door sliding. Furthermore, when the shoji is closed and the ridge provided on the prospective surface of the heel frame is located in the heel steady groove, and the sliding door shoji tries to swing indoors and outdoors, the locating surface of the heel frame ridge is prevented from wobbling. Abuts against the groove wall of the groove to prevent the frame from swinging. Therefore, in the state where the sliding door shoji is closed, it is possible to prevent the indoor and outdoor shakes at the two places of the lower swing prevention groove and the wrinkle prevention groove, and the swing prevention performance is high.

Next, the attachment, action, and effect of the sliding door shoddle 1 according to this embodiment will be described.
The sliding door shoddle 1 is attached by pushing the sliding door shoddle 1 from below in the corner portion of the lower arm 5 and the foot 7 to connect the lower arm mounting portion 9 to the indoor side wall 5a of the lower arm 5. And between the lower wall 5 and the flange 7 by fitting the flange attachment portion 11 between the indoor side wall 7a of the flange 7 and the outdoor wall 7b. Install. The swing door 1 can be easily attached to the sliding door 3 by pushing.
The sliding door backrest 1 is fitted to the heel 7 and the lower heel 5 to hold both together, and the heel mounting portion 11 is engaged with the prospective walls 7c and 7d of the heel 7 Since the movement of the hook 5 in the longitudinal direction is restricted, the lower hook 5 is difficult to be separated from the hook 7 even if the joint 20 is pushed in the direction of bending indoors due to the external pressure of wind and rain. Since it is possible to prevent a gap between the collar 7 and the lower collar 5 due to the movement of the collar 5, the joint 20 between the collar 7 and the lower collar 5 without increasing the number of screwing points (FIG. 1A). In addition, in this embodiment, the engaging portions 19a and 19b provided on the saddle mounting portion 11 are respectively provided on the indoor side surface side and the outdoor side. Since the side wall and the upper surface are respectively engaged with the prospective wall 7c of the flange 7, the movement of the lower flange 5 in the longitudinal direction is firmly suppressed. I can.
When the lower frame rail 21 is inserted into the groove and the sliding door shoji 3 tries to swing indoors and outdoors, the lower steadying groove 13 causes the finding surface 21a (or 21b) of the lower frame rail 21 to move downward. The groove wall 13a (or 13b) is abutted to prevent the sliding of the groove wall sliding door 3.
Further, when the sliding door shoji 3 is closed (see FIG. 1A) and the protrusion 25 provided on the side face of the eaves frame 23 is positioned in the eaves prevention groove 15, the sliding door shoji 3 is directed indoors and outdoors. When it tries to swing, the finding surface 25a (or 25b) of the protrusion 25 of the flange frame abuts against the groove wall 15a (or 15b) of the flange stop groove 15 to prevent the sliding door shoji 3 from swinging indoors and outdoors. To do. Therefore, in the state where the sliding door shoji 3 is closed, the sliding door shoji 3 can be prevented from swinging in the indoor and outdoor directions at two locations of the lower anti-skid groove 13 and the anti-skid groove 15, so that the anti-sway performance is high.
