上述した従来の容器では、食する度毎にスプーンや箸を使用するために使用後にはその都度洗浄しなければならないという面倒がある。また、内容物は半流動状であることから、以下の種々の問題がある。即ち、スプーンや箸では掬い難いために取り出す際に食卓上に落として汚すことが多い、適量を一度で取り出すことが難しい、容器の口が汚れるために蓋が粘着して閉めずらくなったり開けずらくなってしまう、容器の口を蓋で完全に密閉出来ない状態になるために内容物が乾燥したり変質する場合があり、細菌が繁殖する虞もあることである。そこで、チューブ容器のような押出し容器を使うことが考えられるが、内容物の性状に適合したものでないと吐出口が詰まってしまうという問題や、逆に吐出口を下に向けただけで内容物が吐出口から流れ出てしまうという問題がある。

本発明は上述した従来技術の問題点に鑑み本願発明者が鋭意研究した結果なされたもので、容器を押圧するだけで内容物を絞り出すことができるからスプーンや箸を洗浄する面倒がない、絞り出す際に食卓上を汚すことがない、容器の吐出口が汚れないので蓋が粘着することがないし完全に施蓋できるので内容物の乾燥や変質を抑えることができる、必要量だけを吐出することができる、吐出口は清潔に保つことができるから衛生上安全である、といった幾多の実用上の利点がある半流動状加工水産物の押出し容器を提供することを目的とする。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づき詳述する。図において、1は例えば半流動状加工水産物であるイカ塩辛を収容するための絞出し容器を示す。2は該絞出し容器1を形成する容器本体で、該容器本体2は例えばポリプロピレン等の合成樹脂により底部2A(図示せず)、胴部2B及び円錐状の肩部2Cを一体に成型したものからなり、胴部2Bは絞り出しが容易なように薄肉に形成して柔軟性を持たせてある。3は前記容器本体2の上端に突出形成され、先端開口が吐出口3Aになった円筒状の吐出口部で、該吐出口部3は外周面に雄ねじ3Bが形成してあり、吐出口3Aを閉塞するキャップ4を着脱可能に螺合するようになっている。

なお、上述した実施の形態では塩辛や魚卵漬け等の半流動性水産加工物を収容物としたが、本発明による絞出し容器はほっけ、スケトウダラ、真鱈、鮫、イカ等の魚類のすり身や、鳥、豚、牛等の肉類の練り物を絞り出す容器に使用しても好適である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上詳述した如く構成したから、下記の諸効果を奏する。
(1)請求項1に記載の発明によれば、容器本体を絞出し可能な柔軟性を有するものに形成し、その中に材料の太さ或は直径を該吐出口の内径に対して31〜35%の値に設定した半流動上加工水産物を収容する構成にしたから、箸やスプーンを使わずに、容器を絞るだけで必要量を円滑に吐出させることができる。
(2)請求項2に記載の発明によれば、容器本体を絞出し可能な柔軟性を有するものに形成し、その中に収容する半流動状加工水産物は増粘剤を添加することにより流動性を高めた構成にしたから、摩擦力の高い魚卵を主材料とする半流動状加工水産物であっても吐出口で詰まることなく容易に吐出することができる。
(3)また吐出口部は、先端が開口し内周面が先細り円錐状に形成したから、半流動状加工水産物の主材料である魚卵を吐出する際に損傷することがないし、吐出口部で詰まることなく円滑に吐出することができる。
(4)増粘剤は、加工水産物に対して0,2〜0,3重量%添加することにより、硬さによって摩擦力の高い魚卵を主材料とする半流動状加工水産物も吐出口から円滑に吐出することができる。
(5)請求項1及び2のいずれの発明によっても、容器本体を絞るだけで半流動上加工水産物を吐出させることができるから、スプーンや箸を洗浄する面倒がない、スプーンや箸を使用する必要がないので子供や高齢者でも吐出する際に食卓上を汚すことがない、容器の口が汚れないので蓋が粘着したり完全に施蓋できないといった従来技術の欠点を解消することができる、吐出口は清潔に保つことができるから衛生上安全である、といった幾多の優れた効果を奏することができる。
