本発明は、身体障害者や養護老人等の入浴に供される安全機能付き入浴装置に関する。

従来技術の実開平7−37175号公報には、支柱、担架、脚部、昇降式ストレッチャー、昇降式浴槽、下方空間、浴槽本体、入浴装置、昇降式浴槽の底面又は昇降式ストレッチャーの上面に設けられるスイッチ、押圧部、制御回路等からなる入浴装置が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来装置は、上昇する浴槽が担架に衝突し担架を持ち上げると、担架に繋がる脚部も持ち上げられ、脚部に設けられたスイッチが浴槽に当たって作動させられ、浴槽が上昇を停止し、担架の損傷を回避するというものである。

前述の従来装置では、衝突を検出する部位が最初に衝突する衝突部位とは離れた異なる部位である。検出部位と衝突部位が同一部位でなく離れている故に衝突現象の検出の速さが劣り、及び正確さにも劣る。

本発明の目的は、上記課題を解決したものであり、入浴操作時の、入浴者の安全を図り、浴槽及び搬送車の破損を防ぎ、安全に入浴できる安全機能付き入浴装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決しようとする手段】
即ち本発明は、入浴する湯を溜める浴槽(3)と、入浴者を載せた載部(4)を該浴槽(3)に進入させて入浴を行なう搬送車(5)とからなり、少なくとも前記浴槽(3)又は載部(4)のいずれかを昇降させて入浴する入浴装置(1)において、昇降する側の装置に昇降位置センサー部(6)及び該センサー部(6)の検知信号により作動する昇降制御部(54)を設け、昇降位置センサー部(6)は、浴槽高さセンサー(9)と浴槽高さ記憶機能(24)、及び/又は搬送車高さセンサー(10)と搬送車高さ記憶機能(29)とからなり、該高さセンサー(9)(10)の検出値が該記憶機能(24)(29)に予め記憶された所定の高さに至ると昇降する側の装置に係る昇降部材が自動停止し、浴槽(3)と載部(4)の衝突を防止し入浴動作を安全に行なえる安全機能付き入浴装置である。又、前記浴槽(3)及び搬送車(5)が昇降可能である入浴装置(1)において、昇降可能な浴槽(3)及び昇降可能な搬送車(5)の両機器にそれぞれ昇降位置センサー部(6)が設けられ、両機器には、昇降位置センサー部(6)から得た自己機器の高さを互いに相手機器に報知する報知手段(45)、及び、両機器の高さを比較する高さ比較器(44)が設けられ、浴槽(3)の底面(37)と載部(4)との衝突を防止するように、前記昇降可能な浴槽(3)と昇降可能な搬送車(5)が所定の距離に接近すると高さ比較器(44)が作動し浴槽(3)又は搬送車(5)の昇降作動が停止する。更に、前記浴槽(3)及び/又は搬送車(5)が昇降可能である入浴装置(1)において、浴槽(3)と搬送車(5)の衝突を防止するように、搬送車(5)を所定位置に係止すると浴槽(3)及び/又は搬送車(5)が昇降可能となる位置決めセンサー部(14)を床(13)に設けることを特徴とする。更に又、浴槽(3)の下部に、搬送車(5)の脚部が差し込まれる切り欠き(18)が設けられ、搬送車(5)と浴槽(3)の衝突を防止するように、浴槽(3)と搬送車(5)の両機器に亘って、搬送車(5)が浴槽(3)の所定位置に接合すると作動する中央検出部(20)が設けられ、該中央検出部(20)は、搬送車(5)の脚部(17)に設けられる中央被検出器(21)と、浴槽(3)の裏面27における切り欠き(18)の平面視略中央位置の一箇所に設けられ、浴槽(3)の正面側から又は背面側から近づく前記中央被検出器(21)を検出する中央検出器(22)とからなり、前記中央検出部(20)が作動すると、浴槽(3)及び/又は搬送車(5)が昇降可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の入浴装置1は、筐体2でなる昇降可能な浴槽3と入浴者を運び入浴者を浴槽3に入れる昇降可能な搬送車5とから構成する。
入浴に際して、搬送車5を浴槽3に横着けし、搬送車5に設けられる載部4を前記浴槽3内の上方に移動させ、前記浴槽3を上昇させ、前記載部4上の入浴者を入浴させる。

浴槽3に設けられた昇降位置センサー部6の浴槽高さセンサー9は、浴槽3の高さを検出する。
昇降位置センサー部6の浴槽高さ記憶機能24は、予め設定した浴槽3の高さを記憶する。

図1、2、3、4に本発明の第1実施例を示す。入浴装置1は、筐体2でなる浴槽3と、載部4を有し該浴槽3に載部4を進入させて入浴を行なう搬送車5とからなる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、昇降する側の装置に昇降位置センサー部6及び該センサー部6の検知信号により作動する昇降制御部54を設け、昇降位置センサー部6は、浴槽高さセンサー9と浴槽高さ記憶機能24、及び/又は搬送車高さセンサー10と搬送車高さ記憶機能29とからなり、該高さセンサー9、10の検出値が該記憶機能24、29に予め記憶された所定の高さに至ると昇降する側の装置に係る該昇降部材が自動停止し、浴槽(3)と載部(4)の衝突を防止し入浴動作を安全に行なえるようにするものである。本発明が昇降可能な浴槽3と非昇降の搬送車5の組み合わせ(=第1の組み合わせ)でなる入浴装置では、前記昇降可能な浴槽3が所定の高さに至ると、昇降位置センサー部6が作動し浴槽3の昇降作動が停止する。
