【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper cup used in a microwave oven.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, paper cups have been widely used for hot beverages and instant foods in vending machines. Moreover, although it is not common, the paper cup containing a drink, a side dish, etc. is also cooked directly using a microwave oven.
[0003]
However, when the contents are put into a general-shaped paper cup and cooked with a microwave oven, there is a problem in that the stringing portion at the bottom of the paper cup may be burnt. The cause is considered as follows. The cellulose in the paper material pulp basically absorbs microwave microwaves. Therefore, the paper thickness increases and the heat generation amount increases in the overlapping portion of the paper. However, the surface area is small and the amount of heat released is small, so that the generated heat is accumulated, causing the temperature to rise and causing scorching. However, if the contents are present, the heat generated and accumulated on the paper is taken away by the contents, so that it is difficult for charring to occur. In addition, irradiation with microwaves from both the inside and outside of the yarn twisting portion also causes a burn. That is, in the normal paper cup, as shown in FIG. 7, the threaded portion 3 has a structure having a threaded portion 3 as a joining portion of the body member 1 and the bottom member 2, so that the threaded portion 3 touches the contents. However, it is easy to heat up, and it is easy to be burnt because microwaves are irradiated from both inside and outside.
[0004]
In order to solve this problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-11541 discloses a microwave oven paper cup having a shape that does not have a yarn twisting portion. Actually, in the microwave oven paper cup having a shape not provided with the yarn twisting portion as shown in FIG.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the microwave oven paper cup not provided with the above-described yarn twisting portion, the joining portion of the body member 1 and the bottom member 2 is insufficient as compared with the case where the yarn twisting portion is provided. There is a problem that occurs.
[0006]
The present invention provides a microwaveable paper cup that does not leak and does not burn in any part of the paper cup when contents such as beverages and instant food are placed in the paper cup and cooked in a microwave oven.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of studying to solve the above problems, the microwave oven paper cup of the present invention is a paper cup composed of a trunk member and a bottom member, and the bottom surface of the bottom member is formed into an arcuate concave shape in the inner direction, The outer peripheral edge of the bottom member is bent downward to form a bent portion, and the bent portion is sandwiched between the folded portion where the lower end portion of the trunk member is folded inward and the lower end portion of the trunk portion, and bonded by thermocompression bonding. A yarn twisting portion is formed, and the yarn twisting portion is folded inward.
[0008]
According to the present invention, the contents such as beverages and instant food are put into the paper cup by folding the threaded portion of the paper cup inward, and the contents are not leaked when cooked in the microwave. In addition, it is possible to obtain a microwave oven paper cup that does not cause burning in any part of the paper cup.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 7, the general paper cup “a” is a bent portion in which the outer peripheral edge of the bottom member 2 is bent downward to form a bent portion 22, and the bent portion 5 is folded inward at the lower end portion of the body member 1. 12 and the lower end portion of the body portion 11 are formed by thermocompression bonding and joining. This joined portion is referred to as a yarn twisting portion 3, and the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2 is raised to the bottom. A part of the yarn twisting portion 3 is heated in a microwave oven and burnt.
[0011]
FIG. 1 shows an example of a first embodiment of a microwave oven paper cup according to the present invention. The microwave oven paper cup A, like a general paper cup, is composed of a body member 1 and a bottom member 2 and has a thread binding portion 3 that is a joint portion between the body member 1 and the bottom member 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the yarn twisting portion 3 of “a” is folded inward so as to be in contact with the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2.
[0012]
In addition, since a force to return to the original is applied to the threaded portion 3 folded inward, the threaded portion 3 is folded inward at the same time in order to prevent the stability on the plane from being deteriorated. The inner surface of the rib portion 3 can be fixed to the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2 by bonding or heat bonding.
[0013]
FIG. 2 shows an example of the second embodiment of the microwave oven paper cup according to the present invention. The microwave oven paper cup B includes a body member 1 and a bottom member 2 in the same manner as a general paper cup, and a paper cup having a thread binding portion 3 that is a joint portion between the body member 1 and the bottom member 2. The thread binding portion 3 of the paper cup b in which the bottom surface 21 of the bottom member 2 of a is concave on the inner surface side is folded inward and is in contact with the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2 as shown in FIG. By making the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2 concave on the inner surface side, the angle at which the threaded portion 3 is folded is 90 degrees or more, and wrinkles generated when folded can be absorbed and reduced. The stability at is improved.
[0014]
Next, a method of manufacturing the microwave oven paper cups A and B according to the present invention will be described.
[0015]
The paper cup a before folding the yarn twisting portion 3 inward has a general paper cup shape, and is formed by a paper cup molding machine from the body member blank 10 and the bottom member blank 20 as shown in FIG. Generally, the body member blank 10 is punched in advance in the previous process, and the bottom member blank 20 is punched on a paper cup molding machine.
[0016]
The process for producing the paper cup a using the body member blank 10 and the bottom member blank 20 will be briefly described. First, in order to bond the body member blank 10 into a cylindrical shape, a bonding portion of the body member blank 10 is attached. Is preheated with hot air to melt the resin on the surface. Next, the body member blank 10 is wound around a body winding mold (mandrel), pressure-bonded, and bonded to the tubular body member 1a. Subsequently, the cylindrical body member 1a is punched in advance and fitted into a mandrel on which a bottom member blank 20 formed in a paper dish shape is placed, and at the same time, the resin at the bonding portion between the cylindrical body member 1a and the bottom member blank 20 Preheat with hot air. And the lower end of the cylindrical trunk | drum member 1a is turned inside, the outer peripheral edge bent below the bottom member blank 20 is inserted | pinched, and it crimps | bonds and forms the thread twist part 3, The trunk | drum member 1 and the bottom member 2 are attached. Join. Further, the upper end of the cylindrical body member 1a is curled outward to form the top curl portion 13, and the formation of the paper cup a is completed.
[0017]
In the case of the microwave oven paper cup B according to the second embodiment, the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2 of the paper cup a is further formed in a concave shape on the inner surface side to form a paper cup b. This processing includes a method of performing a paper cup molding process and a method of post-processing. In the former method, when the bottom member blank 20 is formed into a paper dish shape and fitted into a mandrel, the peripheral portion of the bottom member blank 20 is bent and the center portion is also formed into a concave shape, thereby forming the bottom member 2. A paper cup in which the bottom surface portion 21 is concave on the inside is formed. In the latter method, after the paper cup a is formed by a general method, the bottom surface portion 21 is formed in a concave shape on the inner surface side by pressing.
[0018]
And in order to manufacture the microwave oven paper cups A and B, the thread binding portions 3 of the paper cups a and b are folded inward. In this step, first, the yarn twisting portion 3 is tilted 45 degrees or more inward by a method as shown in FIG. Next, by the method as shown in FIG. 4B, the twisted portion 3 that has been brought down by hot pressing or ultrasonic welding from above and below is crushed and melted and solidified to form a flat shape. At this time, it can also be fixed to the bottom surface portion 21 by an adhesive or heat bonding.
[0019]
Next, the composition of the material used for the microwave oven paper cup of the present invention is based on the fact that paper is the main strength material and the innermost layer has a thermoplastic resin. Examples thereof include paper layer / polyethylene resin layer, polyethylene resin layer / paper layer / polyethylene resin layer, foamed polyethylene resin layer / paper layer / polyethylene resin layer, polypropylene resin layer / paper layer / polypropylene resin layer, and the like.
[0020]
As the paper used as the main strength material, it is preferable to use a cup base paper having good suitability for paper cup molding. The basis weight is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 150 to 300 g / m @ 2 in view of paper cup molding suitability.
[0021]
The thermoplastic resin used in the innermost layer protects the contents, especially the function that does not leak even when liquid substances are added, and the function that enables the body part to be bonded together and the body part and the bottom part to be bonded by heat sealing It is necessary to have. Specific examples include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer. As thickness, the range of 15-60 micrometers is preferable. These thermoplastic resins are formed in the innermost layer by extrusion processing or laminating processing.
[0022]
Actually, when the microwave oven paper cup having the above-described configuration is used in a microwave oven, the contents are heated, so that it is difficult to hold it directly by hand, and a microwave oven paper cup with better heat insulation is required. Accordingly, in order to provide heat insulation, the microwave oven paper cups A ′ and B ′ as shown in FIG. 5 in which the heat insulation cover 4 is wound around the outer periphery of the body of the above-described microwave oven paper cups A and B are used. You can also.
[0023]
As the shape of the heat insulating cover 4, as described above, in addition to the shape attached in close contact with the outer surface of the body 11 of the microwave oven paper cups A and B, the upper end of the cover body 41 of the heat insulating cover 4 is The cover upper curled portion 42a (FIG. 6a) or the upper end portion may be folded inward to form a cover upper bent portion 42b (FIG. 6b). Further, the lower end portion of the cover body 41 of the heat insulating cover 4 is curled inward, and the lower cover curl portion 43a (FIG. 6c) or the lower end portion is folded inward to form the lower cover bent portion 43b (FIG. 6d). The formed shape can be obtained. Further, the cover upper curl portion 42a or the cover upper bent portion 42b is formed at the upper end portion of the cover body 41 of the heat insulating cover 4, and the cover lower curled portion 43a or the cover lower bent portion 43b is formed at the lower end portion. be able to. By adopting this shape, the diameter of the cover upper curl portion 42a or the cover lower curl portion 43a or the cover upper bent portion 42b is provided between the body 11 of the microwave oven paper cups A and B and the cover body 41 of the heat insulating cover 4. Alternatively, since the gap 5 having an interval corresponding to the thickness of the lower cover bent portion 43b is formed, heat insulation can be ensured over the entire length in the vertical direction of the microwave oven paper cups A ′ and B ′.
[0024]
The heat insulating cover 4 is attached to the outer periphery of the trunk portion 11 of the microwave oven paper cups A and B, but is not necessarily attached to the entire outer periphery, and is shorter than the vertical length of the trunk portion 11 of the microwave oven paper cups A and B. In addition, it can be attached to the upper part of the outer surface of the body 11.
[0025]
Moreover, the material used for the heat insulation cover 4 is a material which has heat insulation, for example, a paperboard, a piece of corrugated paper, corrugated paper, embossed paper, foamed paper, etc. can be used.
[0026]
The mainly used paperboard is a paperboard having a smooth surface such as a coated ball, a manila ball, and an ivory, and the thickness is preferably in the range of 200 to 400 g / m 2 .
[0027]
There are various types of corrugated cardboard such as A, B, E, and F stages. From the viewpoint of winding the paper cup body a, flexible F or E stages are preferable. Further, a so-called single-sided cardboard without a single-sided liner may be used, and a stepped core may be used by being exposed to the outer surface. Furthermore, corrugated cardboard that has been corrugated can be used.
[0028]
Unlike normal cardboard, this embossed paper is obtained by embossing a core paper with a depth of 1 to 2 mm such as a dotted pattern or a lattice pattern and bonding it to a liner paper. The liner paper can be bonded to one side or both sides. Corrugating medium in the range of 100~180g / m 2, the liner paper can be used in a range of 200~270g / m 2. Further, like the cardboard, there is a heat insulating effect, and the design can be enhanced by printing a pattern or the like on the liner paper on the surface.
[0029]
The configuration of the foamed paper is basically a foamed thermoplastic resin layer / paper layer / thermoplastic resin layer. Specifically, a laminate having a constitution of a foamed low density polyethylene resin layer / coated paper / a mixed resin layer of a low density polyethylene resin and a high density polyethylene resin is used. In the case of winding in the microwave oven paper cups A and B, a foamed resin layer may be provided on the surface, or a non-foamed resin layer may be provided on the surface.
[0030]
Applications of the microwave oven paper cup of the present invention are containers for instant foods that are warmed such as instant noodles, or containers for hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and soup.
