Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a mounting bracket used for mounting a decorative roof bar that attaches a decorative roof bar to a metal roof or a wall surface lying on a metal roof plate to give an accent to a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Metal roofs, which are relatively lightweight and have good strength, are used in various buildings such as ordinary houses and public facilities because they have a small load on the roof base frame and can be easily combined using nails and screws. . In roof ridges using a metal roof, a horizontal roofing method is frequently used because unit roof plates formed in a predetermined size are used.
In the horizontal method, the eaves side metal roof plate 1 is fixed to the base plate 2 with nails, screws, bolts, etc., and then the eaves side metal roof plate 1 on the ridge side of the eaves side metal roof plate 1 on the ridge side metal roof plate 1 The ridge side metal roof plate 1 connected to the eaves side metal roof plate 1 is fixed to the base plate 2 (FIG. 1). Thereafter, the same operation is repeated, and the metal roof plate 1 is laid from the eaves toward the building side. On the metal wall surface, the molded metal plate is laid down by the same method.
[0003]
Since the metal roof plate 1 and the metal wall surface that are lying on the side are laid flat on the entire roof surface, the impression given to the viewer is weak. Therefore, recently, it has been studied to attach a decorative roof bar 3 extending in the ridge direction from the eaves to the side roof, or to attach a decorative roof bar to the metal wall surface in the vertical direction to accentuate the roof or the wall surface. The present inventors have also developed a horizontal roof to which a decorative roof bar is attached, and some of them have been introduced in JP-A-9-195450 and JP-A-9-324506.
[0004]
The mounting bracket 4 used when attaching the decorative roof tile 3 to the horizontal metal roof is formed with a tongue piece 4a inserted into the connecting portion between the eaves side metal roof plate 1 and the ridge side metal roof plate 1 at the tip. The inserted piece 4b is provided (FIG. 2). The rising portion 4c rising from the insertion piece 4b on the opposite side of the tongue piece 4a is folded back, and then becomes a holding piece 4d bent to the ridge side. The bolt 4e is fixed to the insertion piece 4b, and the nut 4f is screwed into the tip of the bolt 4e protruding through the bolt hole formed in the holding piece 4d. When the nut 4f is tightened, the presser piece 4d is elastically deformed and approaches the tongue piece 4a. A support plate 4g is fixed to the rising portion 4c with rivets 4h. The support plate 4g is a side plate 4i that is bent on both sides in the ridge direction, and a long hole 4j through which a bolt for attaching the decorative tile rod 3 is inserted is formed in the side plate 4i.
[0005]
After the tongue piece 4a is inserted into the gap between the connecting portions of the eaves side metal roof plate 1 and the ridge side metal roof plate 1, the mounting bracket 4 is elastically deformed by screwing the nut 4f into the bolt 4e and the holding piece 4d downward. Then, the eaves side end of the ridge side metal roof plate 1 is fixed by being sandwiched between the tongue piece 4a and the press piece 4d. Next, the decorative roof rod 3 is applied so as to cover the mounting bracket 4, the long hole 4 j is aligned with a rivet hole (not shown) formed in the decorative roof rod 3, and a makeup is applied to the side plate 4 i of the mounting bracket 4. The riveting bar 3 is riveted.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the mounting bracket 4, the tongue piece 4 a and the presser piece 4 d sandwiching the end of the eaves side of the metal roof plate 1 and the side plate 4 i for fixing the decorative roof rod 3 are located on the opposite side of the bolt 4 e. In this positional relationship, when the distance from the tongue piece 4a and the presser piece 4d to the long hole 4j is long and the decorative tile 3 fixed to the side plate 4i is affected by wind pressure or the like, the tongue piece 4a and the presser piece 4d are centered. The rising portion 4c side is likely to rise. When the gap between the metal roof plate 1 and the decorative tile rod 3 increases due to the rising of the rising portion 4c, not only does the appearance deteriorate, but air is blown into the interior of the decorative tile rod 3 that is hollow. There is a possibility that the decorative tile 3 is detached from the metal roof plate 1.
[0007]
In view of this, the present inventor has proposed a mounting bracket in which the long hole 4j formed in the side plate 4i is positioned closer to the tongue piece 4a and the holding piece 4d than the bolt 4e (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-310012 ). When the proposed mounting bracket 4 is used, the fixing position of the decorative tile rod 3 can be set at a position close to the eaves side end portion of the ridge-side metal roof plate 1, and the moment applied to the fixed portion of the decorative tile rod 3 is small, which depends on the wind pressure. Lifting of the mounting bracket 4 and the decorative roof bar 3 is prevented.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a further improvement of the previously proposed mounting bracket, and by incorporating a decorative tile rod fixing piece with a wide mounting arm, near the ridge side end of the eaves side metal roofing board at the lower edge of the side panel Alternatively, the object is to press the vicinity of the upper part of the lower metal forming plate and to more securely fix and hold the decorative brick rod by the reaction force, and to make it possible to attach the decorative brick rod having excellent corrosion resistance.
[0009]
In order to achieve the object, the decorative metal rod mounting bracket of the present invention is a connecting portion between a ridge-side metal roof plate and an eave-side metal roof plate of a side-by-side metal roof or an upper-side metal of a side-by-side metal wall surface. a decorative tile bar mounting bracket that is mounted on the connecting portion of the forming plate and the lower side metal molding plate, a tip ridge-side metal roof plate or the upper side metal forming plate and eaves side metal roof plate or the lower side metal forming plate The mounting arm extends in the ridge direction from both sides of the seating piece that rises from the rear end of the seating part that is inserted into the gap between the seating part, and the flat part that is fixed to the standing part of the seating piece and supports the decorative tile rod from the inside. The base end portion is inserted between the decorative tile rod fixing piece, the standing portion of the seating piece, and the flat portion of the decorative tile rod fixing piece, near the eave side end portion of the ridge side metal roof plate or the upper side metal forming The presser fitting formed at the tip of the presser part that is pressed near the lower part of the plate and the seating piece The nut is attached to the leg part that is inserted into the bolt hole and protrudes from the bolt insertion hole of the presser fitting. By tightening the nut, the presser part of the presser fitting is made near the eaves side end of the ridge side metal roof plate or the upper metal forming plate Bolts to be pressed in the vicinity of the lower part of the door, and the mounting arm of the decorative tile rod fixing piece protrudes downward from the flat surface, and when the decorative tile rod is attached, the lower edge of the mounting arm passes through the decorative roof rod It contacts the ridge side vicinity of a metal roof board, or the lower part vicinity of an upper stage side metal forming board, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

Embodiment
As shown in the exploded perspective view of FIG. 3, for example, the decorative tile rod mounting bracket A according to the present invention is fixed to the seating piece 10 and the seating piece 10 arranged on the metal roof plate 1 (FIG. 1) with rivets 21. The decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 and the holding piece 30 into which the base end portion 31 is inserted into the slit 11 formed in the seating piece 10 are provided. In the following description, the present invention will be described in detail by taking as an example the attachment of a decorative tile rod to a metal roof that is on the side, but the same method is applied to a wall surface that is constructed by lying on a metal plate. Needless to say, a rod is attached.
The seating piece 10 is an insertion part 13 in which the front end (lower right side in FIG. 4) of the seating part 12 in contact with the surface of the metal roof plate 1 is slightly inclined upward. A bolt hole 14 into which the bolt 40 is inserted is provided in the center of the seating portion 12. The periphery of the bolt hole 14 is slightly raised to accommodate the head 41 of the bolt 40. The bolt hole 14 is formed in a rectangular shape, and the bolt 40 is prevented from rotating when the rectangular portion 43 formed between the head portion 41 and the leg portion 42 of the bolt 40 is fitted. The bolt 40 does not need to be separated from the seating piece 10, and a bolt that is fixed to the seating piece 10 by welding or the like and can stand up is also usable. Beads 15 and 15 are formed on both sides of the bolt hole 14 in the seating portion 12. The bead 15 reinforces the seating portion 12 and increases the resilience of the seating portion 12.
[0011]
An upright portion 16 in which the slit 11 is formed rises from an end opposite to the insertion portion 13. A bead 17 having substantially the same shape is also formed on the standing portion 16 continuously from the bead 15. The upper part of the slit 11 is an insertion part 18 slightly raised on the ridge side, and when the decorative roof rod fixing piece 20 is fixed to the standing part 16 with the rivet 21 inserted into the rivet holes 19 and 22, the decorative tile A gap into which the base end portion 31 of the presser fitting 30 is inserted is formed between the flat surface portion 23 of the rod fixing piece 20 and the upright portion 16. Instead of the rivet 21, the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 can be fixed to the seating piece 10 by bolts, welding or the like.
[0012]
The flat surface portion 23 of the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 is formed in a pentagon shape, a rectangular shape, or a semicircular shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the decorative tile rod 50. In the illustrated example, the shape is a pentagonal shape that supports a semi-cylindrical decorative roof rod 50 (FIG. 5), and the edge of the flat portion 23 becomes a support ridge 24 that supports the decorative roof rod 50 inside. A rivet hole 22 is formed at a position corresponding to the rivet hole 19 of the standing part 16.
The shape of the flat surface portion 23 is appropriately changed according to the cross-sectional shape of the decorative tile rod 50. When a semi-cylindrical decorative rod 50 (FIG. 6) is used, the flat portion 23 having a short height may be used, but for a decorative rod 50 having a large internal space, the size of the internal space is suitable for the internal space. The flat part 23 is designed.
[0013]
Mounting arms 25 extend from both sides of the flat portion 23 to the ridge side. The attachment arm 25 protrudes downward from the plane portion 23. The lower edge of the attachment arm 25 becomes a pressing side 26 that comes into contact with the metal roof plate 1 via the inner bent portion 51 (FIG. 5) of the decorative roof rod 50 when the decorative roof rod 50 is mounted.
A long hole 27 that is long in the ridge direction is formed in the mounting arm 25. The long hole 27 is preferably formed as close as possible to the ridge side edge portion of the mounting arm 25, and at least in the state where the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 is fixed to the seating piece 10, between the bolt 40 and the insertion portion 13. To be located. Due to this positional relationship, the rotational moment applied to the elongated hole 27 forming portion is greatly reduced.
[0014]
The presser fitting 30 has a base end portion 31 inserted through the slit 11 between the insertion portion 18 and the flat portion 23, and when the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 is fixed to the seating piece 10, Supported by holding. The presser fitting 30 includes a presser body 33 having a bolt insertion hole 32 formed in the center. At both side positions of the bolt insertion hole 32, beads 34, 34 effective for reinforcing and improving the elastic force are formed along the ridge direction. Further, when the nut 45 is screwed into the bolt 40, the periphery of the bolt insertion hole 32 is a raised portion 35 that protrudes upward so that the resilience effectively works.
[0015]
On the opposite side of the base end portion 31, the ridge side edge portion of the presser body 33 is folded to form a presser portion 36. It is preferable that the angle between the presser body 33 and the base end portion 31 is a slightly acute angle. As a result, the presser body 33 is slightly tilted upward with the proximal end portion 31 inserted between the insertion portion 18 and the flat portion 23, and the nut 45 is screwed into the bolt 40 via the washer 44. The screwing force of the nut 45 is efficiently used for elastic deformation of the presser body 33. The angle between the presser body 33 and the presser part 36 is not particularly limited as long as the lower end of the presser part 36 contacts the surface of the metal roof plate 1 directly or indirectly.
[0016]
Since the presser fitting 30 is separated from the seating piece 10 and the base end portion 31 is inserted between the insertion portion 18 and the flat portion 23, the presser fixture 30 can move in the vertical direction in FIG. The gap between the insertion part 13 and the presser part 36 can be adjusted according to the eaves side height (thickness) of the metal roof plate 1 that is covered with the roof to which the decorative tile 50 is to be attached.
An alignment mark 37 is engraved at the center in the width direction of the presser body 33 at a position where the presser part 36 bends from the presser body 33. Since the mark 37 is at the center of the presser body 33, there is no misoperation such as left alignment and right alignment, and the mounting bracket A can be obtained by aligning the mark 37 with the crease line drawn on the horizontal metal roof plate 1. Can be linearly arranged along the ridge direction.
[0017]
It is preferable to attach a cap 38 to the pressing portion 36. As shown in FIG. 3, the cap 38 has a substantially L-shaped cross section when viewed in the left-right direction of the roof, and when the cap 38 that covers the presser part 36 covers the vicinity of the presser part 36 of the presser body 33, the attached cap 38 is easily It will not leave. When the cap 38 is made of a transparent soft resin, the mark 37 can be observed through the cap 38 even in a state in which the holding portion 36 and the tip of the holding body 33 are covered with the cap 38. Alternatively, a mark can be engraved on the center of the cap 38 in the width direction, and this mark can be used as an index.
[0018]
The decorative tile rod 50 attached to the horizontal roof via the mounting bracket A includes an inner bent portion 51 that matches the effective length w in the ridge direction of the metal roof plate 1 as shown in FIG. The inner bent portion 51 is formed by cutting the end portion in the width direction of the metal cut plate into a predetermined shape and then bending the end portion in the width direction inward of the decorative tile rod 50. The inner bent portion 51 is also useful for improving the stability of the decorative tile 50 arranged on the side roof.
The level difference h between the eaves side inner bending part 51 and the ridge side inner bending part 51 is set to be equal to the level difference h between the eaves side metal roofing board 1 and the building side metal roofing board 1 lying side by side. Although FIG. 5 shows the decorative tile rod 50 having a semi-cylindrical appearance, it goes without saying that the decorative brick rod 50 can be formed into various shapes according to user needs. Further, the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 of the mounting bracket is selected according to the shape of the decorative rod 50.
[0019]
A plurality of rivet insertion holes 52 are formed in the semi-cylindrical base 53 along the longitudinal direction of the decorative tile rod 50 at a position slightly on the eaves side from the stepped portion. The rivet insertion holes 52 are formed at the eaves side end and the ridge side end of the decorative roof rod 50, and are also formed at the intermediate semi-cylindrical base 53. The distance L between the rivet insertion holes 52 and 52 adjacent to each other in the ridge direction is set to an integral multiple (specifically, 1 to 4 times) the ridge direction effective length w of the metal roof plate 1.
Next, an operation of attaching the decorative tile rod 50 to the side roof using the mounting bracket A will be described.
The metal roof plate 1 is rolled up in multiple stages from the eaves to the ridge according to the conventional method. A step h (FIG. 6) is generated between the eaves side metal roof plate 1 and the ridge side metal roof plate 1. The ruled line is drawn linearly from the ridge to the eaves, the mark 37 is aligned with the ruled line, and the insertion part 13 is inserted into the connecting part between the eaves side metal roof plate 1 and the ridge side metal roof plate 1. .
[0020]
If the insertion part 13 is inserted until it hits the locking protrusion 1a, the distance from the eaves end side end surface of the ridge side metal roof plate 1 to the long hole 27 becomes constant. Although a plurality of mounting brackets A are inserted along the ridge direction, the interval between the mounting brackets A adjacent in the ridge direction is made to coincide with the distance L between the rivet insertion holes 52 and 52 formed in the decorative tile rod 50. .
Since the insertion part 13 inclines slightly upward from the seating part 12, it is pressed from the downward | lower direction to the latching protrusion 1a of the ridge side metal roof board 1. FIG. The seating portion 12 is seated on the surface of the eaves side metal roof plate 1. Since the marks 36 are aligned with the ruled lines of the plurality of mounting brackets A inserted, they are linearly arranged along the ruled lines from the ridge to the eaves.
[0021]
For each mounting bracket A, when the nut 45 is fastened to the bolt 40 and the presser body 33 is pressed down, the presser part 36 is pressed against the end of the metal roof plate 1 on the eaves side. As a result, the eaves side end of the metal roofing board 1 is elastically sandwiched between the insertion part 13 and the holding part 36, and the mounting bracket A is fixed to the eaves side end of the ridge side metal roofing board 1. . At this time, since the cap 38 is attached to the presser portion 36, the surface of the metal roof plate 1 is not tacked by the press of the presser portion 36.
[0022]
After attaching a plurality of mounting brackets A to the metal roof plate 1 at a predetermined interval, the decorative tile rod 50 is covered with the mounting bracket A. The eaves side end of the wing side decorative tile 50 is covered with the ridge side end of the eaves side decorative tile 50 by aligning the rivet insertion holes 52. When the decorative roof bar 50 is mounted, the left and right inner bent portions 51 located at the position corresponding to the mounting bracket A are pushed and spread, and the expanding force is released when the inner bent portion 51 gets over the mounting arm 25. At this time, the surface of the metal roof plate 1 is slightly elastically deformed to form a gap with the mounting arm 25, and the inner bent portion 51 is inserted into the gap by the elastic restoring force of the decorative roof rod 50. After inserting the inner bent portion 51, when the decorative tile rod 50 is slightly slid to the ridge side, the step of the decorative tile rod 50 comes into contact with the step portion of the metal roof plate 1.
[0023]
When the inner bent portion 51 of the decorative roof rod 50 is inserted into the gap between the mounting arm 25 of the mounting bracket A fixed to the end of the eaves side metal roof plate 1 and the eaves side metal roof plate 1, the mounting arm 25 is Since it is wide, the pressing side 26 is pressed against the vicinity of the upper part of the eaves-side metal roofing board 1 through the inner bent portion 51 of the decorative roof bar 50. Accordingly, the decorative tile rod 50 is in close contact with the ridge-side metal roof plate 1, and the mounting state of the mounting bracket A itself is strengthened by the reaction force. Further, since the decorative tile rod 50 is firmly attached via the mounting bracket A, the distance L between the adjacent rivet insertion holes 52 can be set large, and the work man-hours such as riveting required for fixing the decorative tile rod 50 can be reduced. It becomes possible to do.
[0024]
In addition, since the vicinity of the ridge side of the pressing side 26, the inner bent portion 51, and the eaves side metal roof plate 1 is in contact with the nectar, the lateral running of the rainwater flowing along the roof inclined surface is prevented, and the mounting bracket A Rainwater does not flow into the interior. Even if it flows in, rainwater flows out from the mounting bracket A through the gap g between the flat portion 23 and the eaves-side metal roof plate 1. Therefore, there is no moisture remaining inside the mounting bracket A, and the mounting structure is resistant to corrosion.
The distance from the eaves side end face of the ridge side metal roof plate 1 to the long hole 27 is constant, and the distance from the portion having the step h to the rivet insertion hole 52 is also fixed. Further, since the distance between the mounting brackets A adjacent to each other in the ridge direction is made to coincide with the distance L between the adjacent rivet insertion holes 52, 52, one rivet insertion hole 52 corresponds to the length of the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20. When aligned with the holes 27, the remaining rivet insertion holes 52 also face the other long holes 27.
[0025]
Therefore, a rivet (not shown) is inserted into the long hole 27 of the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 and the rivet insertion hole 52 of the decorative tile rod 50, and the semicylindrical base 53 of the decorative tile rod 50 is inserted into the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20. Riveting. At the connection portion between the eaves-side decorative tile rod 50 and the ridge-side decorative tile rod 50, the rivet insertion hole 52 at the ridge-side end portion of the eaves-side decorative tile rod 50 and the eaves-end side end portion of the ridge-side decorative tile rod 50 A rivet is inserted into the rivet insertion hole 52 and is riveted to the mounting bracket A in a state where the eaves-end side decorative roof rod 50 and the ridge-side decorative roof rod 50 overlap each other. It is also possible to fix the semi-cylindrical base 53 to the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 of the mounting bracket A by bolting instead of riveting.
[0026]
The decorative tile rod 50 attached to the horizontal roof through the mounting bracket A is a semi-cylindrical shape with a step h corresponding to the step h between the eaves side metal roof plate 1 and the ridge side metal roof plate 1. It has a base 53. Therefore, the step h of the metal roof plate 1 is absorbed by the step h of the decorative roof rod 50, and no gap is generated between the metal roof plate 1 and the decorative roof rod 50.
Moreover, since the inward bending part 51 is in surface contact with the surface of the metal roofing board 1, the decorative tile rod 50 is stably arranged, and the corners of the flat part 23 are in contact with the inner surface of the decorative tile rod 50 at a plurality of locations, so The shape stability of the attached decorative brick 50 is also improved. Moreover, since the long hole 27 of the decorative tile rod fixing piece 20 is brought close to the eaves side end surface of the ridge side metal roof plate 1, the moment applied to the portion where the decorative tile rod 50 is riveted is reduced, and the mounting bracket A Is prevented from lifting.
In this way, the decorative roof bar 50 attaches the metal roofing plate 1 to the mounting bracket A by a simple operation of inserting the mounting bracket A into the eaves end of the metal roofing plate 1 and riveting the decorative roofing bar 50 to the mounting bracket A. It can be mounted on a horizontal roof that has been rolled up in multiple steps.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the decorative tile rod mounting bracket of the present invention adopts a method in which the inner bent portion of the decorative tile rod is inserted into the narrow gap between the mounting arm of the decorative tile rod fixing piece and the metal roof plate. Therefore, the pressing side at the lower edge of the mounting arm comes into contact with the metal roof plate or the metal formed plate through the inner bent portion. Therefore, the decorative tile rod is closely attached to the metal roof plate or the metal molded plate, the mechanical strength is improved, and the attachment structure is strong against corrosion without rain water remaining inside the attachment fitting.
