Claims (5)
- 衝撃装置に接続された工具に圧力パルスを与える手段を有し、前記圧力パルスを与える手段はエネルギー貯蔵スペースを含み、該スペースは衝撃装置の本体に配置され、衝撃装置の本体および独立した伝達要素によって境界が定められていて、該要素は衝撃装置の本体に対して工具の軸方向に沿って可動式に配置され、前記エネルギー貯蔵スペースは、弾性を有し可逆性の圧縮性のエネルギー貯蔵材料で充填されていて、該エネルギー貯蔵材料は液体であり、前記圧力パルスを与える手段は、エネルギー貯蔵材料の圧力を増大させることによって該材料を加圧状態にする手段を含み、該手段によれば、エネルギー貯蔵材料が所望の加圧状態にある時は前記伝達要素は衝撃装置の本体に対する所定の位置にあり、該位置から前記伝達要素は衝撃装置の本体より工具の方向へ動くことができ、前記圧力パルスを与える手段は、伝達要素を急激に解放して工具の方向へ動かす手段を含み、これによって、前記エネルギー貯蔵材料の加圧状態を急激に解放すると、該エネルギー貯蔵材料に貯蔵されたエネルギーが放出され、圧力パルスとして、伝達要素を通って直接、または間接的に接触した前記工具に伝わることを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項1に記載の衝撃装置において、前記エネルギー貯蔵材料を加圧状態にする手段は、作動液スペースとしての役割を果たす作動シリンダを含み、前記伝達要素は伝達ピストンであり、該ピストンは前記作動シリンダ内に配置され、作動シリンダに向けられたフランジを有し、作動シリンダに作動液を供給したり作動シリンダから圧力を解放したりする手段を有することを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の衝撃装置において、前記伝達要素のうち前記エネルギー貯蔵スペースに面する面積は、前記伝達要素のうち前記工具の側の前記作動液スペースに面する面積より小さく、さらに、前記衝撃装置は、前記エネルギー貯蔵スペースに連結する手段と、前記エネルギー貯蔵スペースと前記作動液スペースとを相互に接続することによって高圧の前記作動液を前記作動液スペースから低圧の前記エネルギー貯蔵スペースへ流入可能とする手段とを含むことを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の衝撃装置において、前記エネルギー貯蔵材料が所望の加圧状態にある時、前記伝達要素は前記衝撃装置の本体に対して所定の位置に置かれることを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の衝撃装置において、前記エネルギー貯蔵材料が所望の加圧状態にある時、前記伝達要素は前記所望の加圧状態に対応する位置に置かれることを特徴とする衝撃装置。
