で表される一次関数でなる応力σyで表すことができる、ということであり、そして、そのことは、本発明者等によって、種々の実験の結果、はじめて確認されたものである。
σy=a×σi−b (ただし、a=7.9〜8.3、b=260〜310) ………(2)
で表される応力σyを、目的とする試料5の降伏応力として、演算により求める。

Claims (1)
- 試料に、平面でなる先端面を有する柱形圧子でなる圧子を、上記試料が弾性変形し次で弾塑性変形するように、荷重をかけて押し込んで、上記試料に圧痕を付し、
その際における、上記圧子の上記試料への押し込み荷重とその押し込み荷重における上記圧痕の深さとからなる押し込み荷重・圧痕深さデータを取得し、
その押し込み荷重・圧痕深さデータから、それを用いて描くことができる押し込み荷重−圧痕深さ特性線上の変曲点における押し込み荷重を、変曲点応力σiとして演算により求め、
その変曲点応力σiを用いて、
σy=a×σi−b (ただし、a=7.9〜8.3、b=260〜310 )
で表される応力σyを、目的とする上記試料の降伏応力として演算により求めることを特徴とする降伏応力測定法。
