Description
The present invention relates to a muscle training device for performing muscle training by stimulation of electrical signals.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a muscle training device that stretches and contracts a muscle by stimulation of an electric signal is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
According to these muscle training devices, muscle training is performed by repeating muscle tension and relaxation for a predetermined time. Such conventional muscle training is called normal training.
Here, today, muscle training called slow training is known. Slow training is muscle training performed not by repeating muscle tension and relaxation for a predetermined time but by holding the muscle tension for the predetermined time. For example, in the bending and stretching exercises such as squats, the state of the middle waist may be maintained for several seconds, or in the abdominal muscle exercise, the upper body may be maintained in a state of being arranged between 90 ° and 180 ° with respect to the lower body.
That is, by keeping the muscles in a tense state for a long time, blood vessels are pressed against the muscles, resulting in poor blood flow. Then, since blood flow is bad, a lot of fatigue substances accumulate. This is the same as if many muscle tissues were broken, as after intense exercise. Therefore, the brain assumes that many muscle tissues are broken, and promotes the secretion of growth hormone in order to regenerate those muscle tissues.
The muscle tissue is increased by the growth hormone secreted in large quantities.
By the way, it has been proved that a higher effect can be obtained by organizing exercises after the slow training.
However, the conventional muscle training device can perform organizing exercises, but cannot perform slow training, which is inconvenient and inconvenient.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a muscle training apparatus that can be used not only for normal training but also for slow training and capable of performing efficient and effective muscle training. The purpose is to provide.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following means.

Switching means and detection means for detecting a muscle evoked electrical signal (EMG) emitted from the muscle due to muscle tension, the instruction means instructing the start of the slow training, and after the start step When the muscle-inducing electrical signal is detected by the detection means, And sustain step for instructing to maintain the current posture of the person, when the maintenance predetermined time step has elapsed, and executes the end step of instructing the end of the slow-training.

Hereinafter, a muscle training device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a muscle training device as an embodiment of the present invention.

A liquid crystal display panel (instruction means) 3 is provided as a display means on the front surface of the

Further, an operation button (switching means) 20 for turning on / off the power, up / down of various set values, and mode selection / switching is provided on the front surface of the
発信回路35は、演算制御を司る制御部としてのCPU(Central Processing Unit:パルス信号発生手段、指示手段、切り換え手段、検出手段)36を備えている。
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the

Further, the
FIG. 3 is a data configuration diagram showing data stored in the
The EEPROM 46 stores first pulse
The first pulse
The second pulse
In addition, Preferably, it is good to set it as the structure which has a rest process following a 3rd process. Here, in the first process, the amplitude of the output voltage Vp is increased from zero to the sustain amplitude voltage in the second process within a rise time (Ramp up Time). In the second process, the amplitude of the output voltage Vp is maintained at a constant value for a predetermined time. In the third process, the amplitude of the output voltage Vp is decreased from the sustain amplitude voltage of the second process to zero within the fall time (Ramp down Time). The muscles may be rested by providing a resting process (Off Time).
The third pulse
The fourth pulse
The
In addition, as pulse train signals, combination data of stationary pulse train signals (TENS) and pulse train signals (EMS) according to customer's purpose of use are recorded. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a combination of the type of exercise and the purpose of use is registered. The types of exercise include motocross, soccer, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, running, volleyball, basketball, rugby, mountain biking, triathlon and the like. Uses include warm-up, capillary filling, muscle mass, maximum force, instantaneous force, resistance, endurance, active recovery, muscle recontraction, back pain, patella chondritis, ankle arthritis, back pain, rhomboid ligament pain , Ankle sprain, pain treatment, muscle tightening. Since the purpose of use differs depending on the type of exercise, typical ones with a ◯ mark are registered in the pulse train signal table.

When one of the TENS mode, EMS mode, BST mode, and MCR mode (normal training mode) is selected, the
The current value, frequency, and pulse width value of these signals are displayed as a first output
The steady pulse train signal (TENS), pulse signal (EMS), burst micro pulse train signal (BST) or micro current signal (MCR) output from the
On the other hand, when the slow training mode is selected by the
FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing the processing procedure of the
When the
Next, the
On the other hand, when determining that the predetermined time has elapsed (step 104: YES), the
Further, when the muscle-inducing electrical signal from the
Next, the
Then, the
Next, the
Thereby, the processing of the
Then, the user performs normal training with the
When it is desired to change the output intensity during the training, the
As described above, according to the
Furthermore, since the instruction for starting the normal training is automatically and continuously performed after the instruction for the end of the slow training, it is possible to reliably guide from the slow training to the normal training.
In the above embodiment, the above five modes can be selected. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the slow training mode and any one of the four normal training modes are combined. A combined training mode may be added so that a total of six modes can be selected alternatively.
When the combination training mode is selected, the
Here, when normal training is performed after the slow training, the muscle training effect and the diet effect by effectively burning fat are improved by the action of the growth hormone secreted by the slow training.
In the present embodiment, since the slow training mode can be automatically shifted to the normal training mode, the slow training and the normal training can be continuously performed without performing the switching operation.
As a means for attaching two pairs of
Further, although 10 is substituted into the variable i and the number of repetitions of the slow training is set to 10 times, the number is not limited to this, and the number can be changed as appropriate. In particular, it is preferably set in the range of 5 times or more and 10 times or less.
In addition, although the number of repetitions of slow training is fixed at 10, the present invention is not limited to this, and the operator may be able to set the number of repetitions according to his / her preference. In this case, a variable a or the like is prepared, and the
In addition, the instruction of training is displayed on the liquid
