The present invention relates to an elevator user guidance system for guiding a visually handicapped person to a waiting place in front of a landing button or an elevator arrival machine at an elevator hall.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a visually handicapped person carries a walking stick equipped with a wireless signal transmission / reception device at the tip, and walks a marker that responds to a question signal transmitted from the transmission / reception device and returns an answer signal. An apparatus has been proposed that is embedded along a guide route to guide a visually impaired person to walk.
In the conventional walking guidance device of Patent Document 1 described above, a visually handicapped person must carry a special transmission / reception device, and does not give consideration to a visually handicapped person who does not have a transmission / reception device.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a visually impaired person using an elevator is guided to walk before a landing button or an elevator arrival car without carrying a special transmission / reception device. The purpose is to obtain an elevator user guidance system.
In the elevator user guidance system according to the present invention, the elevator user guidance system is arranged around the hall of a plurality of elevators and guides the elevator user. A sensor for detecting a pedestrian located above the elevator platform, a visually impaired person recognition means for recognizing a visually impaired person based on the walking speed of the pedestrian detected by the sensor, and provided in the vicinity of the elevator platform A plurality of first directional speakers which are arranged in the visually impaired person walking guidance announcement zone and give a pedestrian an audio announcement of walking guidance from above, between the visually impaired person walking guidance announcement zone and the elevator platform A pedestrian is visually recognized by a plurality of second directional speakers that are two-dimensionally arranged in the visually impaired person walking guidance zone and that output audible sound in a directional manner to the pedestrian from above and a visually impaired person recognition means. When it is recognized that the person is a handicapped person, the first directional speaker makes a voice announcement explaining the walking guidance, and a plurality of second directional speakers are provided. By chromatography mosquitoes, by outputting sequentially audible sound comprises a guide means for guiding the visually impaired to hall button of the elevator, induction means, variable emitted from the second directional speaker toward the guiding destination The pitch of the audible sound emitted from the second directional speaker is lowered as the pitch of the audible sound is increased and the distance from the guidance destination is increased .
As described above, the present invention is an elevator user guidance system that is arranged around a hall of a plurality of elevators and guides the elevator user, and is a sensor that is arranged above the circumference of the elevator hall and detects a pedestrian. The visually impaired person recognition means for recognizing that the person is visually impaired by the walking speed of the pedestrian detected by this sensor, and is arranged in the visually impaired person walking guidance announcement zone provided around the elevator platform , A plurality of first directional loudspeakers that make a voice announcement of walking guidance from above , two-dimensionally arranged in a visually impaired walking guidance zone provided between the visually impaired walking guidance announcement zone and the elevator platform. a plurality of second directional speaker for outputting audible sound directionally from above the pedestrian, and visually impaired recognition means If more pedestrian was recognized to be a visually impaired, the first directional speaker performs voice announcement of the walking-induced description, a plurality of second directional speaker, to output a sequential audible sound The guidance means for guiding the visually impaired person to the elevator hall button is provided , and the guidance means increases the pitch of the audible sound emitted from the second directional speaker as it approaches the guidance destination, and from the guidance destination.
The elevator user guidance system according to the first embodiment is configured as shown in FIG. 1, and detects the presence or absence of pedestrians and the number of passengers waiting for the elevator using the
Next, a processing procedure from the start of the elevator user guidance system to pressing of the hall button will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
First, the presence or absence of a pedestrian is detected by the sensor 2 (step S1), and a healthy person who determines whether the pedestrian is a healthy person or a visually impaired person based on the walking speed of walking in the healthy person / visually impaired
Next, the subroutine (visually impaired person recognition means) for checking the judgment of the healthy person / the visually impaired in step S2 of FIG. 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
The pedestrian who entered the healthy person / visually impaired
Next, the walking guidance announcement check in step S4 of FIG. 2 will be described based on FIG.
The visually
Next, the walk button front walking guidance check (guidance means) in step S5 in FIG. 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
It is checked whether or not the visually

Next, the walking guidance sound erasure check in step S43 in FIG. 5 will be described with reference to FIG.
The movement of the visually
As an example, as shown in FIG. 1, in a landing where there are a plurality of elevators A 1a,
For a visually
Furthermore, for the visually
Moreover, even if it is a visually

According to the first embodiment, a visually impaired person is detected at a hall of a plurality of elevators, and even if a visually impaired person does not have a special transmission / reception device, a hall button is provided by a super-directional speaker provided on the ceiling. Walking can be guided to the front.

The passenger guidance device of the second embodiment has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, and has a processing procedure from pressing the landing button to getting on the visually impaired car as shown in the flowchart of FIG.
First, based on FIG. 7, the processing procedure from pressing the landing button to getting on the visually impaired car will be described. Step S63 will be described in the third embodiment.

Next, the car arrival check in step S67 of FIG. 7 will be described using the flowchart of FIG.
After checking whether the car has arrived (step S101) and detecting the opening of the door (step S102), a voice announcement is supplied only to the waiting place before the arrival car (step S103).
As an example, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, in a hall where there are a plurality of elevators A 1a,
As for the movement from the front of the landing button to the waiting
Thereafter, a car of the elevator A 1a arrives, and when the door is opened, a voice announcement is supplied, for example, “I will go up, please be careful with the door”. If there is no visually impaired person in the waiting
According to the second embodiment, the visually impaired person can be guided to walk to the elevator arrival car after operating the landing button.
FIG. 10 is a subroutine showing a processing procedure for checking the number of waiting passengers in the arrival number machine of the elevator user guidance system according to
The walking guidance device of the third embodiment has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, and after the arrival number of the elevator is determined at step 63 in the flowchart of FIG. 7, the number of passengers waiting for the arrival number is checked. It is a thing.
Next, the check of the number of passengers waiting for arrival at step S63 in FIG. 7 will be described with reference to the flowchart in FIG.
The number of passengers waiting in the waiting area before the arrival number is detected. When there are three or more passengers (step S111), guidance for visually handicapped persons is announced at the waiting place before the arrival number (step S112, notification means).
As an example, as shown in FIG. 1, for example, four people are waiting in the waiting
According to the third embodiment, it is possible to prevent an accident or a problem from occurring in the waiting place by detecting the number of waiting customers in the waiting place in front of the elevator arrival car and calling attention.
In addition, since there may be an escort by a healthy person, there is an effect that a visually impaired person can form a landing space that makes it easier to use the elevator.
