Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hood with a window for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a hood with a window that is preferably used in a vehicle called an open car or a cabriolet and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, hoods used for open cars must be foldable. For this reason, synthetic resin sheets rich in flexibility have been widely used for window members of hoods. A transparent plastic plate was also used (for example, JP-A-2-197414).
[0003]
However, synthetic resin sheets and transparent plastic plates have the following problems, and the vitrification of window members has been required. That is, there is no provision of a hot wire for anti-fogging, transparency is not so good, and it deteriorates with time, and there are problems with durability such as scratch resistance and weather resistance.
[0004]
Therefore, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-28935, a “convertible top” in which the glass plate and the hood are fixed together with a frame member formed by integrally molding the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate and the inner peripheral portion of the hood with a synthetic resin. Assembly "is disclosed.
[0005]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-197414 discloses a “window assembly device for fixing to a soft roof” in which a transparent soft plastic material is used for a window member and is removable.
[0006]
In detail, as shown in FIG. 6 (note that the reference numerals have been rewritten), the hood roof 108 includes a window glass 101 made of a transparent soft plastic material and a hood cover 102 made of a weather-resistant / moisture-proof fiber material. A support band 107 of the zipper fastener 103 is fixed at the inner periphery of the window. The other support band 106 of the zipper fastener is fixed by adhesion or (and) sewing at a sufficient distance from the peripheral edge of the hood cover 102. Further, a peripheral strip 104 is disposed between the hood cover 102 and the window glass 101.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-28935, a synthetic resin frame member is required to fix the glass plate and the hood, but from the viewpoint of design, a hood with a window that does not require a frame member is required. .
[0008]
Furthermore, a glass plate having a curved surface is also required for a glass plate used as a window member from the viewpoint of design. When bonding the curved glass plate and the hood member, the following problems may occur. In other words, the fabric or the like used for the hood member is woven in a planar manner during manufacture, although it has flexibility and expands and contracts. For this reason, when trying to match the flatly woven hood member with the curved surface of the curved glass plate, there is a dislike that wrinkles are inevitably generated.
[0009]
In the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-197414, a fastener is required to make the window member removable, and a member called a peripheral strip is required between the window member and the hood cover.
[0010]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hood with a vehicle window that can withstand repeated folding even when a rigid glass plate is used as a window member without requiring a resin frame member.
Furthermore, it aims at providing the hood with a window which uses a curved glass plate as a window member, and its manufacturing method.

[0019]
The feature of the method for manufacturing a hood with a window for a vehicle according to the present invention is that when the curved glass plate and the hood member are bonded, the hood member is developed on a mold having a predetermined concave curved surface, and the curved glass plate and the hood member are further developed. Is provided on the mold with a support member that keeps a predetermined distance.
For this reason, it is a manufacturing method of the hood with a window for vehicles in which a hood member does not generate soot easily.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a hood 1 with a vehicle window. A glass plate 3 as a window member is bonded to the hood member 2. Further, the glass plate 3 is provided with a hot wire 10 for anti-fogging.
[0022]
(First embodiment)
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view for explaining an adhesion portion of a hood with a vehicle window according to the present invention. The surface 21 disposed on the outer side of the cloth, which is a hood member, is waterproofed. The waterproofing may be performed by applying and impregnating a synthetic resin to the fabric, or may be a laminate structure of the fabric and the synthetic resin sheet. In the following description, the hood member is described as a fabric.
[0023]
The hood member is provided with an opening serving as a window. In order to bond the waterproofed surface and the glass surface, the peripheral edge of the opening is folded back so that the waterproofed surface is on the outside, and is bonded with, for example, an adhesive for cloth. Further, the folded portion may be sewn.
[0024]
The reason for providing the folded portion is as follows. For example, it is difficult to directly bond the fabric and the glass plate and to prevent the cut surface at the opening of the fabric from being exposed.
[0025]
It is preferable that a primer is applied to the folded portion as a pretreatment for adhesion. Moreover, it is preferable that the primer is also applied to the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate. Examples of this primer include, for example, VC-250, G (MS-90) manufactured by Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., if a one-component moisture-curing urethane adhesive is used.
[0026]
And as an adhesive agent which adhere | attaches the surface of the fabric and the glass surface which were waterproofed, what has elasticity is used. At this time, an adhesive suitable for the waterproof material may be selected. Examples include a one-component moisture-curing urethane adhesive, and specific examples include HAMATITE WS-70 manufactured by Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. Also, a one-component heat-curable silicone adhesive may be used.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the adhesive is applied so as to cover the end face of the glass plate.
[0027]
In addition, in order to improve the external appearance characteristic, the ceramic print may be given to the outer periphery adhesion | attachment part of the said glass plate.
[0028]
The hood member bonded to the glass plate as described above is attached to the vehicle body in combination with the framework member forming the hood structure.
[0029]
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 3 shows a modification of the first embodiment. In this 2nd Embodiment, the cover which covers this part is further provided in the vehicle inside peripheral part of the glass plate of 1st Embodiment. For example, the cover may be attached to the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate with an adhesive and attached to the hood member by sewing.
In consideration of folding, it is preferable that the middle part of the cover is not adhered to the glass plate or the hood member and is not fixed.
[0030]
In the above description, the cloth is used as the hood member. However, the hood member may be waterproof leather.
[0031]
In the first and second embodiments described above, an antifogging hot wire may be provided on the glass plate as necessary. As is well known, this heat ray may be formed by screen printing a silver paste, or a heating wire may be provided.
[0032]
(Production method)
Next, the manufacturing method will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, a mold 6 having a predetermined concave curved surface is prepared. On the formwork, the hood member 2 processed in advance so as to have predetermined dimensions and openings is developed. Subsequently, the curved glass plate 3 processed in advance to have a predetermined size and curved surface is placed on the support member 7 provided on the mold. And the said opening peripheral part and the said glass plate outer peripheral part are adhere | attached.
[0033]
It said support member at this time, it is preferable to have a dimension for holding the glass plate outer peripheral portion and the opening edge at predetermined intervals. Here, an adhesive may be applied in advance to the peripheral edge of the opening or the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate, and these may be pressed and bonded. Moreover, you may adhere | attach, filling an adhesive agent from a nozzle etc. in this space | interval.
The dimension of the holding member may be determined so that the interval at this time is 0.3 to 2.0 mm, preferably 0.5 to 1.0 mm.
[0034]
The support member may have an annular shape, or may include a plurality of members as long as it can support the glass plate.
[0035]
A primer 8 is applied as a pretreatment for adhesion to the folded portion and the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the hood with a vehicle window according to the present invention, a rigid glass plate and a hood member are bonded with an elastic adhesive.
For this reason, even if the hood is used for the window member, even if the hood is expanded and folded, the hood member and the glass plate are hardly peeled off and have sufficient durability.
[0037]
Since the hood with a window for a vehicle according to the present invention does not require a frame member, a clean appearance can be obtained in terms of design.
[0038]
Further, since the window member is made of a glass plate made of an inorganic material, it has excellent durability such as scratch resistance and weather resistance, and transparency is also maintained.
[0039]
Further, in the method for manufacturing a hood with a window for a vehicle according to the present invention, when the curved glass plate and the hood member are bonded, the hood member is developed on a mold having a predetermined concave curved surface. A support member that maintains a predetermined interval is provided on the mold.
For this reason, it has the characteristic that a wrinkle does not generate | occur | produce easily in a top member.
