Description

The present invention relates to a curtain core material that is suitable for formation of creases and folds and does not cause breakage, and a curtain using the curtain core material.

The conventional curtain core material is knitted with a plurality of composite filaments as warp yarns and monofilaments as weft yarns as in Patent Document 1, and the composite filament material is coated with a low melting point sheath material, and the sheath material is melted. As a result, the core material is knitted as a single yarn and is also attached to the monofilament of the weft yarn, and the multifilament as the warp yarn as in Patent Document 2, and the core-sheath type composite fiber and the monofilament as the weft yarn. The core yarn is coated with a melt layer having a low melting point, the melt of the melt layer unifies the core yarn and the monofilament, and the warp yarn multifilament is also attached.

The conventional curtain is folded on the curtain rail, so that the upper end of the curtain fabric is folded downward as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 of Patent Document 3, and the curtain core material is inserted between the folded portion and the curtain fabric. That is, the curtain core material is sewn in a sandwich state, or the end portion of the folded portion is sewn to the curtain fabric to form a bag portion, the curtain core material is put in the bag portion, and the core is placed on the upper end portion of the curtain. After forming the ground part, the interlining part is folded back and sewn as in Patent Document 4, and creases are provided in the interlining part at a required interval, and creases are formed between the creases as in Patent Documents 5 and 6. Was.

The curtain core material is required to be soft in the longitudinal direction and have high rigidity in the width direction. However, in the curtain core material of Patent Document 1, the warp yarn is 100% core-sheath type composite fiber and the weft yarn is 100% monofilament. As the curtain core is pulled diagonally, the contact between the weft and the warp will be peeled off.
In any case, there has been a demand for a curtain core material that does not cause a loss of aesthetics, a decrease in function, a decline in commercial value, etc. due to breakage.

When the folds are formed only on the interlining portion of the curtain fabric, the folded portion between the folds protrudes to the room side as shown in FIG. 6 and Patent Documents 5 and 6, so that the curtain looks bad and the room space becomes narrow. There was also a problem. In order to solve this problem, when folding the window side fold in advance, put the folded curtain in a vacuum pot and crease it, or apply heat steam directly to the curtain fabric to make the crease, There is a problem that it takes time to form the folds, and the mass productivity is poor and the cost becomes high.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and the object of the invention is a curtain core material suitable for formation of folds and folds, and which does not cause collapse. A curtain using the curtain core material is provided.

In order to achieve the above object, the curtain core material of the present invention according to claim 1 is obtained by heat-processing a tape-shaped woven fabric of appropriate width composed of weft yarns and warp yarns. The weft yarn is a monofilament and the monofilament. A fold is a decorative portion obtained by folding and sewing curtain fabric in the width direction, and is also referred to as a tuck. pleats).

Since the curtain core material of the present invention has the above structure, the following effects can be obtained.
The curtain core material according to claim 1 melts the melt layer of the warp core-sheath composite fiber and the weft-sheath composite fiber by heat treatment to fix the monofilament of the weft and the core yarn, Since the flat yarn is also fixed, the texture of the woven fabric is very stable, and the collapse of the fabric can be prevented while maintaining the flexibility in the longitudinal direction. In particular, as the warp after the heat treatment, the core material and the flat yarn are alternately knitted, so that the core material can be easily bent in the longitudinal direction, that is, it is easy to bend, and the return of the fold is reduced. . As a result, the attachment to the curtain fabric is remarkably simple and easy, and contributes to the formation of pleats and folds that look good after installation.
In addition to the characteristics of the first aspect, the curtain core material of claim 2 is not easily peeled off because the monofilament of the weft and the core material are firmly fixed by melting of the molten layer.

Since the curtain of the present invention is as described in claim 3 , the following effects are obtained.
Since the curtain core material of the present invention is sewn on the interlining portion of the curtain fabric, when forming a fold or crease by folding a part of the interlining portion in the curtain width direction, the formation of the crease or crease is easy, Moreover, the disappearance of formed folds and folds is small.
Also, the folds that continue to the folds and the folds between the folds appear beautifully. In particular, by forming the folds between the folds on the window side, it is more aesthetic than the case where the folds between the folds are projected to the room side, and the decorativeness is improved. Furthermore, the formation of the folds is much easier and easier than the formation of the folds using a vacuum kettle or heat steam.

An embodiment of the curtain core material according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. A tape-shaped fabric T having an appropriate width H knitted with weft yarns 3 and warp yarns 4 is heat-processed. The filament 6 and the core-sheath type composite fiber 7A provided with the melt layer 9A on the outer periphery of the horizontal core yarn 8A are used as two sets as one set, the flat yarn 5 as the warp yarn 4, and the core-sheath type composite fiber 7A for the weft yarn. The core-sheath composite fibers 7B for warp yarns are alternately interwoven, the melt layers 9A, 9B of the core-sheath composite fibers 7A, 7B are melted by heating, and the transverse core yarn 8A and the monofilament 6 are fixed. The intersecting portion with the longitudinal core yarn 8B and the intersecting portion with the flat yarn 5 are also fixed.

Since the curtain core material of the present invention has the above-described structure, first, two sets of monofilaments 6 and core-sheath type composite fibers 7A are used as weft yarns 3, and warp yarns 4 with respect to the weft yarns 3 as core-sheath type composite fiber 7B and flat type. The yarn 5 is alternately knitted to form a tape-shaped fabric T having a core width H, and the fabric T is higher than the melting point of the molten layers 9A and 9B, and the monofilament 6 and the double-core yarns 8A and 8B Heat treatment is performed at a temperature lower than the melting point of the flat yarn 5, only the melted layers 9A and 9B of the core-sheath type composite fibers 7A and 7B are melted, and the monofilament 6 and the horizontal core yarn 8A are fixed by the melting. And the horizontal core yarn 8A are integrated, and the vertical core yarn 8B and the flat yarn 5 are also fixed.
The monofilament 6 and the flat yarn 5 are not firmly fixed, but the fixing force between the horizontal core yarn 8A and the monofilament 6> the fixing force between the horizontal core yarn 8A and the vertical core yarn 8B> the vertical core yarn 8B and the monofilament The fixing force between the horizontal core yarn 8A and the flat yarn 5 is as follows.
Since the weft 3 after the heat processing is composed of the monofilament 6 and the weft core yarn 8A, a relatively large tension is secured and the waist becomes strong while having flexibility in the length direction.
Since the warp yarn 4 after the heat processing is knitted alternately with the warp core yarn 8B and the flat yarn 5 rich in flexibility, it can be easily folded and folded in the longitudinal direction.

A multifilament made of polyester fiber is used as the core yarns 8A and 8B of the core-sheath type composite fibers 7A and 7B, and the melting layers 9A and 9B have a lower melting point than the core yarns 8A and 8B, the monofilament 6 or the flat yarn 5 (130 to 210 ° C.) polyester is used.
Although it is preferable that the arrangement of the two monofilaments 6 and the core-sheath type composite fiber 7A constituting the weft 3 is constant, the core-sheath type composite fiber 7A is arranged on the outside with the monofilament 6 inside, or the sheath The monofilament 6 may be arranged on the outside with the mold composite fiber 7A on the inside.
The ratio of the thickness and width of the flat yarn 5 is appropriately selected according to the degree of flexibility required for the curtain interlining 2, but is preferably 1: 1.3 to 1: 6, particularly 1: 2 to 4. The rigidity at the time of bending the curtain interlining 2 in the vertical direction can be reduced, and the repulsive force can be reduced.
