前記認識対象分子を含む可能性のある試料水を送り込む配管と、
前記配管に接続され、前記試料水に対して標識発光物質を添加する標識発光物質添加部と、
前記試料水中の認識対象分子と前記添加された標識発光物質とを反応させる標識発光物質反応部と、
前記標識発光物質反応部からの反応後試料水を導入し、この導入した反応後試料水に接触するように前記認識材料が配設された反応後試料導入部と、
前記反応後試料導入部に配設された前記認識材料に対して発光を行う発光器、及び該発光に基づき該認識材料から発せられる光を受光する受光器を有する光検出部と、
を備え、前記所定物理量の変化として前記受光器の受光量の変化を用いた、
ことを特徴とする分子認識センサを提供するものである。

Claims (2)
- 分子インプリンティングにより作成された認識材料を認識対象分子が存在する可能性のある環境下に設け、この認識材料が有する鋳型部に認識対象分子が捕捉されたときの所定物理量の変化に基づき、認識対象分子の有無を検出する分子認識センサにおいて、
前記認識対象分子を含む可能性のある試料水を送り込む配管と、
前記配管に接続され、前記試料水に対して標識発光物質を添加する標識発光物質添加部と、
前記試料水中の認識対象分子と前記添加された標識発光物質とを反応させる標識発光物質反応部と、
前記標識発光物質反応部からの反応後試料水を導入し、この導入した反応後試料水に接触するように前記認識材料が配設された反応後試料導入部と、
前記反応後試料導入部に配設された前記認識材料に対して発光を行う発光器、及び該発光に基づき該認識材料から発せられる光を受光する受光器を有する光検出部と、
を備え、前記所定物理量の変化として前記受光器の受光量の変化を用いた、
ことを特徴とする分子認識センサ。 - 前記認識材料の鋳型部は、複数種類の前記認識対象分子を捕捉可能なものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分子認識センサ。
