Claims (1)
- センサおよびアンテナが内部に組込まれたタイヤの製造方法において、
アンテナワイヤを第1、第2の自由端を有する所定の形状に形成するステップと、
前記第1、第2のアンテナの自由端の間に、トランスポンダの継手領域を形成するステップと、
前記トランスポンダの継手領域の識別マークを組込むステップと、
前記アンテナワイヤを、タイヤ製造工程中に、タイヤの中で硬化させるステップと、
前記トランスポンダの継手領域の位置を、前記識別マークによって同定するステップと、
前記アンテナの両端を、硬化後の工程で、前記センサに接続するステップと、
を有し、
前記トランスポンダの継手領域の識別マークを組込む前記のステップは、
前記アンテナの前記両自由端を、重なり領域が形成されるように互いに重ねるステップと、
前記重なり領域の少なくとも一部を、前記識別マークとして機能する少なくとも一層の、タイヤ硬化工程中にタイヤ合成物に固着しない選択された材料からなる層で覆うステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする、タイヤの製造方法。
