Description
The present invention relates to a decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent weather resistance and a high-brightness metallic feeling.
Conventionally, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a metallic feeling is generally produced by kneading a vinyl chloride resin with a colorant, aluminum metal powder, and the like and forming them into a thickness of several tens to several hundreds of μm. For example,

On the other hand, in the pearl-like pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, there is a pearl-like vinyl chloride pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a pearl pigment and a transparent vinyl chloride-based resin film layer are laminated in order to improve outdoor weather resistance. It is disclosed in Patent Document 2. In this configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, a transparent vinyl chloride resin layer 4 is laminated on an acrylic pressure-sensitive
In the above background, in order to obtain a decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a brightness feeling, it is considered desirable that the aluminum metal powder is in a layer portion on the front side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet rather than the colored layer. For this reason, it is conceivable to form a laminate having a multilayer structure. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a colored vinyl chloride resin produced by kneading a vinyl chloride resin and a colorant in the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5. The layer 6 was laminated, and on the colored vinyl chloride resin layer 6 side, a metallic vinyl chloride resin layer 8 produced by kneading vinyl chloride resin and aluminum metal powder in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 was laminated. A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which products are further laminated is conceivable.
However, although this pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a high-brightness metallic feeling, the aluminum metal powder in the vinyl chloride resin has a catalytic action for decomposing the vinyl chloride resin, so that the weather resistance is not sufficient. .
An object of this invention is to provide the metallic adhesive sheet for decorations which is excellent in a weather resistance and has a high-intensity metallic feeling in view of the said present condition.

Details of the present invention will be described below.
The decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention contains an acrylic resin layer (A) containing an ultraviolet absorber and having a total light transmittance of 85% or more for visible light, and the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive contains aluminum metal powder and a pearl pigment. The metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B), the colored soft vinyl chloride resin layer (C), and the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (D) are laminated in this order.
The configuration of the decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view for explaining the configuration of the decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is formed by laminating an acrylic resin layer A, a metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B, a colored soft vinyl chloride resin layer C, and an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer D in this order. It has become.
The acrylic resin used in the acrylic resin layer (A) in the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, (meth) acrylic acid esters such as methyl (meth) acrylate and butyl (meth) acrylate and derivatives thereof are mainly used. The thing made into a component is mentioned. Especially, what has these components as a structural component and the component which provides softness | flexibility, such as isobutylene and butadiene, is preferable. Here, methyl (meth) acrylate means methyl methacrylate or methyl acrylate.
The acrylic resin layer (A) needs to contain an ultraviolet absorber. When the acrylic resin layer (A) corresponding to the surface layer portion of the decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention contains an ultraviolet absorber, the weather resistance is excellent.
The acrylic resin layer (A) preferably has an ultraviolet absorptivity of 90% or more because the weather resistance over time is poor when the ultraviolet absorptivity is low. In order to make the ultraviolet absorption rate 90% or more, the acrylic resin layer (A) can be obtained by containing an ultraviolet absorber.
The ultraviolet absorber is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include salicylate series, o-hydroxybenzophenone series, o-hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole series, and the like. Of these, those having a high molecular weight are preferred because of their excellent stability over time.
As for content of the said ultraviolet absorber, 0.5-6 weight part is preferable with respect to 100 weight part of acrylic resins. When the content is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the effect of improving the weather resistance is reduced, and when it exceeds 6 parts by weight, the surface of the acrylic resin layer (A) may bleed out or the transparency may be inferior. There is.
In the present invention, the acrylic resin layer (A) needs to have a total light transmittance of 85% or more for visible light. When the total light transmittance is less than 85%, the transparency may be inferior, the brightness may be lowered, and the color of the colored soft vinyl chloride resin layer (C) as the lower layer may be dull.
The said total light transmittance means the total light transmittance (%) of the acrylic resin layer (A) measured, for example using the turbidimeter.
The acrylic resin layer (A) is made into an acrylic resin sheet by molding an acrylic resin containing an ultraviolet absorber into a sheet shape, and is suitable as an acrylic resin sheet in a method for producing a decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet described later. Used for.
As for the thickness of the said acrylic resin sheet, ie, the thickness of an acrylic resin layer (A), 15-80 micrometers is preferable. When the thickness is less than 15 μm, the workability of producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet by laminating may be reduced, and it may be difficult to increase the ultraviolet absorption rate to 90% or more. As a result, workability may be reduced.

The metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) preferably contains 1 to 30 parts by weight of aluminum metal powder with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. When the aluminum metal powder is less than 1 part by weight, it becomes difficult to express a metallic feeling, and when it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the adhesive strength may be lowered.
The metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) preferably contains 1 to 25 parts by weight of a pearl pigment with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Therefore, the decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention has a metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) containing 1 to 30 parts by weight of aluminum metal powder and 1 to 25 parts by weight of pearl pigment with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is preferable that it is contained.

The method for producing the second pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is not particularly limited. For example, the metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) is coated with a metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive solution that becomes the metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) and dried. Then, a method of laminating an acrylic resin sheet to be the acrylic resin layer (A) under heating to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with release paper, and the like can be mentioned. The release paper is peeled off when the second adhesive sheet is laminated on the first adhesive sheet.
(Function)
The metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for decoration of the present invention is more on the front side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet than the soft vinyl chloride resin layer (C) in which the metal metal pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) contains aluminum metal powder and the aluminum metal powder is colored. Therefore, a high-brightness metallic feeling is expressed, and the inclusion of the pearl pigment makes the color tone deeper and more bright. Furthermore, since the upper layer of the metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) containing the aluminum metal powder and the pearl pigment is an acrylic resin layer (A) with good transparency, it has a deep color tone and a high brightness metallic feeling. A metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for decoration can be obtained.
Further, the decorative metallic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention does not cause the catalytic action of decomposing the vinyl chloride resin by the aluminum metal powder because the aluminum metal powder is not in direct contact with the vinyl chloride resin, and the vinyl chloride resin is hardly deteriorated. Furthermore, since the acrylic resin layer (A) corresponding to the surface layer portion contains an ultraviolet absorber, deterioration due to ultraviolet rays can be prevented, and thus weather resistance is excellent.
Since this invention consists of the above-mentioned structure, it became possible to obtain the metallic adhesive sheet for decorations which is excellent in weather resistance and has a high-intensity metallic feeling.
