Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection structure between a pole and a small table in an open space structure in which a person can freely interact in a relatively wide space such as an office room or a pavilion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, it has been advocated that the offices will be opened and communication will be activated, but a relatively large space such as an office room or pavilion will be partitioned to conduct business talks with customers. When building a reception space, a collaborative space for sharing opinions, a meeting space for simple meetings, a relaxing space for change of mind or a library space for reading books, magazines, etc. Conventionally, a structure in which a room is constructed by standing and covering between pillars with a wall, or a structure in which a space is partitioned by a partition to obtain a required space is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in any of the above, the required space is defined by walls and partitions, so that the spatial structure constructed for the required purpose is only partially open to other external spaces. Since they are connected in such a relationship, they have not been a completely free space structure to achieve the purpose of activating communication by opening offices. In addition, if a fixture such as an electric device is attached to a pillar, wall, or partition that is necessary for the work, for example, a table on which small items are mounted, there is a restriction on the installation location in order to install it in a partitioned space. There was no freedom in mounting height and orientation.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation. In order to open an office or the like, the spatial structure constructed for a required purpose is sufficiently open to other external spaces. It is a connected structure (hereinafter, such a space structure is defined as a “shared space structure”). In the connection structure between the pole and the fixture of this shared space structure, the connection and disassembly are performed. It is an object of the present invention to be able to perform the above work quickly, and to ensure that both of them are firmly fixed at the time of connection and that there is a degree of freedom in the mounting height and orientation of the fixture.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a connecting structure between a pole and a fixture according to the present invention includes a base member installed at a predetermined position on a floor, a pole extending upward from the base member, and upper ends of at least three or more poles. A common space structure formed by a combination with a frame member that is supported in a substantially horizontal state by being engaged with each other, and formed in a vertical groove portion extending from the upper end side to the base end side formed on the pole. A receiving member for sliding fitting is provided, and a fixture fixing member for supporting the fixture outside the groove is provided in a screwed state with the receiving member. The receiving member and the fixture fixing member are the fixtures by sandwiching the right and left engaging pieces free end on the left and right sides of the opening facing the outside of the groove is spaced apart facing each other and fixed to the pole, at both ends of the frame member, the pole top end to the groove Are al fitted possible frame for receiving members formed, it is characterized in that to allow the receiving groove and sharing member for furniture.
According to this feature, since the groove formed in the pole extends from the upper end side to the base end side, the pole and the fixture can be connected and disassembled along the groove portion, and the work can be performed quickly. The fixture mounting height can be freely selected, and the fixture mounting direction is determined according to the groove formation position, so if the orientation of the groove is taken into account when setting up the pole, the fixture can be installed in any direction Can be directed to. Further, the pole and the fixture can be reliably coupled via the locking piece. And the groove part extended from the upper end side formed in the pole to the base end side can be used together for frame member coupling | bonding and fixture coupling | bonding.
[0007]
In the connecting structure of the pole and the fixture according to the present invention, it is preferable that the pole is formed in a columnar shape, and a large number of the groove portions are formed on the outer circumference of the pole.
In this way, a large number of groove portions can be formed, and the degree of freedom in the mounting direction of the fixture is increased by that number.
[0008]
In the connecting structure of the pole and the fixture according to the present invention, it is preferable to supply power by wiring a power supply line from the base end side of the pole to the fixture along the groove portion through the base member.
If it does in this way, a power supply line can be wired using a groove part, for example, a small table can be attached to the fixing member for furniture, and a personal computer etc. can be set on it, and office work can be done.
[0009]
According to the connecting structure of the pole and the fixture of the present invention, the power supply line is routed from the base end side of the pole through the base member to the inside of the groove portion to the electric device attached to the tip of the pole or the frame member. It is preferable to supply.
If it does in this way, a power supply line can be wired to electric equipments, such as a lighting fixture in the upper part of a shared space structure using a slot part which is not used.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, FIG. 1 shows an overall view of a shared space structure 1 constructed as a work space. The shared space structure 1 is composed of a base member 2. In this embodiment, four poles 3 (shown as 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) and a frame member 4 are combined. This shared space structure 1 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. As already defined, the shared space structure 1 is a space structure composed of four base members 2, four poles 3a to 3d, and five frame members 4. It is a structure that can be connected to the external space in a fully open relationship. That is, in this embodiment, a portion surrounded by the poles 3a and 3b and the frame member 4, a portion surrounded by the pole 3b, the pole 3c and the frame member 4, and two portions surrounded by the upper three frame members 4 are provided. Are connected to the external space in an open relationship.
[0011]
Next, a specific structure of the shared space structure 1 used in this embodiment will be described. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the base member 2, the pole 3, and the frame member 4. The base member 2 is always in a horizontal state even when the floor surface is slightly deformed or inclined by adjusting the position of several adjusters 8 provided at the bottom of the floor 7 that delimits the outline of the space structure. It is configured so that it can be maintained. The base end of the pole 3 is detachably fixed to the pole 3 by a screw member 2a inserted from the floor 7 side of the base member 2 to the pole 3 side. The coupling method of the pole 3 and the base member 2 is not limited to this, and a conventional well-known coupling means between a bar and a base supporting it may be adopted. The upper end of the pole 3 is detachably fixed to the frame member 4. The top cap 15 has a threaded male screw 15X at the bottom center, and is screwed to a female thread 3X formed at the upper center of the pole 3 so as to cover the groove 9 formed in the pole 3. It is fixed to the pole 3.
[0012]
FIG. 3 is a top view of the pole 3. In this embodiment, eight substantially U-shaped groove portions 9 whose outer portions are slightly expanded on the circumference extend in the vertical direction, and face outward of the respective groove portions 9. A part of the groove 9 is covered on both the left and right sides of the opening 9a by left and right locking pieces 10 whose free ends face each other and are separated from each other. In this embodiment, since the groove portion 9 is formed as a columnar pole, a relatively large number of groove portions 9 can be formed, and therefore the mounting direction of the frame member 4 can be selected. Further, the pole shape is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be a quadrangular prism shape in which four groove portions are formed.
[0013]
FIG. 4 shows a frame receiving member 11 that can be slidably engaged with one of the groove portions 9 from the upper side to the lower side. FIG. 4 (a) is a side view thereof, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a top view of the receiving member 11 and shows the shape of the head portion 11a, and FIG. 4C is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ of FIG. When the frame member receiving member 11 is inserted from above the groove portion 9 formed in the pole 3, the substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional convex portion 11b of the frame member receiving member 11 shown in FIG. The frame receiving member when it is slidably engaged with the U-shaped groove portion 9 and the locking head portion 11a larger than the groove portion 9 is engaged with the upper end portion of the pole 3, as indicated by the phantom line in FIG. 11's downward movement stops. As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the receiving member 11 has two female screw portions 11c and two fitting holes 11d, and a bolt 13 (threaded to the female screw portion 11c). As shown in FIG. 5, the frame receiving member 11 moves toward the frame fixing members 12 attached to both ends of the frame member 4 so that the frame receiving member 11 can be engaged with the locking piece 10.
[0014]
FIG. 5 is a side view of the fixing member 12 for the frame. On one side of the fixing member 12, two fitting protrusions 12d for fitting with the fitting holes 11d of the frame receiving member 11 of FIG. In addition, a through hole 12c that receives a bolt 13 that can be screwed into the female screw portion 11c of the frame receiving member 11 and a seat portion 12c ′ of the head portion 13a of the bolt 13 are formed. On the other hand, columnar protrusions 12a that are fitted to the frame member 4 are provided at two positions on the opposite side of the frame fixing member 12 opposite to the side on which the fitting protrusion 12d is formed, and the frame shown in FIG. A through-hole provided in the fastening member 12 with a bolt 14 to be inserted into the hollow portion of the upper beam 4a and the lower beam 4a ′ constituting the member 4 and to be fitted and locked, and to further secure this fitting and coupling. The beams 4a and 4a ′ are screwed into the solid portions through 12b. Both beams 4a and 4a ′ are welded with an intermediate member 4b shown in FIG. 2 for reinforcement.
[0015]
6A and 6B are diagrams in which the frame member 4 is connected and fixed to the pole 3, FIG. 6A is a side view, and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ of FIG. In the connecting and fixing method, first, the frame fixing member 12 is attached to both ends of both beams 4a and 4a 'by bolts 14, and the fitting hole 11d of the frame receiving member 11 is fitted into the fitting protrusion 12d of the frame fixing member 12. The frame receiving member 11 attached to the end of the frame member 4 is moved downward along the groove 9 from above the two poles 3 that are fitted and integrated, and the position of the receiving member 11 Insert until the locking head 11a is engaged with the upper end of the pole 3. In this state, even if the worker releases his hand from the frame member 4, the frame member 4 is dropped downward by the locking head 11 a, and the horizontal movement of the frame member 4 is performed by the two poles 3, 3. Since it is blocked by 3, it is easy to move on to the next work. Next, the bolt 13 is inserted into the through hole 12c of the fastening member 12, the tip end portion of the bolt 13 is screwed into the female screw portion 11c of the frame receiving member 11, and the bolt 13 is screwed from this state. Since the receiving member 11 is prevented from rotating in the groove 9, the frame receiving member 11 is moved to the right in FIG. 6B by the screw action, and the fastening member 12 is moved to the left. By moving and finally clamping the locking piece 10 formed in the groove 9 of the pole 3 between the frame receiving member 11 and the frame fixing member 12 formed at the end of the frame member 4, The frame member 4 is securely connected and fixed to the pole 3.
[0016]
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the entire fixture fixing member 16 for supporting fixtures such as a small table 22 (see FIG. 1) and electrical equipment, and includes two cradles 16a for screwing the fixture. A bolt hole 16b for fixing the fixture member 16 to the pole 3 is formed by 16a and a bolt 18 (see FIG. 8).
[0017]
FIG. 8 is a partially enlarged view showing a state in which the small table fixing member 16 is coupled to the pole 3. The convex receiving member 17 is slidably fitted into the groove portion 9, and at a desired height, The receiving member 17 and the fixture fixing member 16 are clamped between the engaging pieces 10 formed in the groove portion 9 by bolts 18 and fixed to the pole 3. Such a coupling means is almost the same as the method for coupling and fixing the frame receiving member 11 and the frame fastening portion 12 to the pole 3 described above, but what is important during assembly is that before the frame member 4 is assembled. It is necessary to slide the receiving member 17 into the groove portion 9 in advance from above (if the base member 2 is attached to the pole 3, it can be slid from below).
[0018]
The construction method for constructing the shared space structure 1 of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 will be described. First, four base members 2 are placed at predetermined positions on the floor 7 that defines the outline of the shared space structure 1. 2 is installed while adjusting the adjuster 8 shown in FIG. 2 so that the levelness can be maintained even if the floor is slightly deformed or inclined. Next, the base ends of the four poles 3a to 3d are fixed to the base member 2 by screw members 2a inserted from the floor 7 side of the base member 2 to the pole 3 side, and the four poles 3 are brought into a vertical state. Make them independent. It is also possible to use a base member 2 and a pole 3 integrated in advance. The base 2 of the pole 3b is larger than the other base members 2, but this is only a large size to support the table 20, and it is structurally not different from the other three base members 2. .
[0019]
After the four poles 3 are self-supporting vertically, the receiving member 17 is slidably engaged with the groove 9 from the upper end of the pole 3 and lowered to a desired height position, and the fixture member 16 for the fixture is tightened by the bolt 18 as described above. It is attached and fixed to the pole 3 by the method. In this case, the receiving member 17 and the fixture fixing member 16 may be temporarily fixed with the bolt 18 in advance, and then the receiving member 17 may be fitted into the groove portion 9 from the upper end of the pole 3. The fixture is placed on the cradle 16a, 16a of the fixture fixing member 16 and screwed. Needless to say, the fixture member 16 may be attached after the frame member 4 described later. However, it is necessary to pay attention because the direction of the fixture is determined depending on which groove portion 9 is slidably engaged. The frame member 4 is attached to the upper end of the pole. The locking head 11a having a shape larger than the groove 9 is formed above the groove 9 in which the frame receiving member 11 attached to both ends of the frame member 4 is formed on the pole 3. 3 until it engages with the upper end of the frame 3, the frame fastening member 12 and the frame receiving member 11 are screwed together with two bolts 13 to sandwich the locking piece 10, Fixing to pole 3 ends.
[0020]
Finally, the top cap 15 is fixed to the top of the pole 3 by screwing a threaded male screw 15X provided at the center of the bottom with a female thread 3X formed at the center of the top of the pole 3. Since the top cap 15 covers the groove 9 from above, even if the connection between the pole 3 and the frame member 4 can be loosened, the locking head portion 11a of the receiving member 11 is held by the top cap 15, The frame member 4 can be prevented from coming out upward.
[0021]
Both the receiving member 17 and the frame receiving member 11 are convex so that they can be slidably engaged with the groove 9 formed in the pole 3 in the above-described embodiment. An engaging recess that can be slidably engaged with the protrusion formed on the pole may be formed on the receiving member and the frame receiving member side. In this embodiment, the shared space structure using four poles has been described. However, the number of the shared space structures is not limited to four, and a plurality of three or more may be used depending on the size of the shared space structure.
[0022]
After that, according to the purpose of use of the shared space structure, an accessory is arranged to make it easy to use. In the example shown in FIG. 1, pots for foliage plants are placed on the small table 22, but it is used on the pole 3 so that electric devices including a TV and a personal computer can be used on the small table 22. It is also possible to wire the power supply line 19 to the small table 22 by using the not-grooved groove portion 9 as a route for the wiring.
[0023]
As another modification, as shown in FIG. 1, when an electric device such as a lighting fixture 21 is provided at the uppermost end of the pole 3b, the unused groove portion 9 formed in the pole 3 is similarly wired. It is also possible to supply electric power by wiring the electric power supply line 19 along the groove portion 9 to an electric device such as the illuminator 21 attached to the tip of the pole.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
[0025]
(A) According to the invention of claim 1, since the groove portion formed in the pole extends from the upper end side to the base end side, the mounting height of the fixture can be freely selected, and the formation position of the groove portion Since the installation direction of the fixture is determined according to the direction of the fixture, if the direction of the groove is taken into consideration when the pole is set up, the fixture can be oriented in a desired direction. Further, the pole and the fixture can be reliably coupled via the locking piece. And the groove part extended from the upper end side formed in the pole to the base end side can be used together for frame member coupling | bonding and fixture coupling | bonding.
[0027]
( B ) According to the invention of claim 2 , a large number of groove portions can be formed, and the degree of freedom of the mounting direction of the fixture is increased by that number.
