本発明に係る角形ルーバーの取り付け構造は、ボックスの壁面には取り付け穴のみを設ける。角形ルーバーを取り付け穴にボックスの外側から嵌め込み、角形ルーバーの側部に設けた爪部を取り付け穴端縁に引っ掛ける。それから、ボックスの内側からは、ねじ溝を有する固定具を角形ルーバーのねじ部に嵌合させ、角形ルーバーをボックスの壁面に固定する。

以上述べたように、本発明に係る角形ルーバーの取り付け構造は、ボックスには、角形ルーバーに対向する丸形又は角形による取り付け穴を設けると共に、角形ルーバーはルーバー部にボックスに当接するベース部を形成し、ルーバー部の四隅にねじ部と、側部に爪部を設け、ルーバー部をボックスの外側から取り付け穴に突出し、ルーバー部のねじ部に対向する位置にねじ溝を有する固定具をボックスの内側から嵌合させるため、高い寸法精度も要求されず、容易に取り付けが可能である。また、角形ルーバーであるにもかかわらず、取り付け穴は、角穴、丸穴のどちらでも取り付け可能である。
