Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, road reflector by preparative with fittings is related to road reflection device attached to the post.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in order to ensure traffic safety such as vehicle travel and pedestrian traffic, road reflectors, road sign boards, and the like are attached to columns at road corners and places with poor visibility. Conventionally, as a mounting bracket for mounting such a road reflecting mirror or the like to a support column, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, a part of an annular sandwiching portion b corresponding to the outer periphery of the support column a is cut out and the opening thereof is opened. There is a projection in which a projecting piece c is protruded outwardly opposite to the edge, and a support piece d is projected by welding or the like on the opposite side of the projecting piece c. The mounting bracket inserts the support column a into the clamping part b, and clamps the projecting piece c with the tightening bolt e, thereby clamping the support column a with the clamping part b and using the support piece d for the road. It is made to fix to the attaching part provided in the back surfaces, such as a reflecting mirror.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when such a mounting bracket is mounted on a column a already installed, the mounting bracket is lifted to a height higher than the tip end of the column a, the column a is inserted into the sandwiching portion b, and is lowered to an appropriate position. After the slide, the clamp c is clamped between the projecting pieces c and fixed to the support column a. Therefore, a tall stepladder or the like corresponding to this work is required at the time of installation. In addition, it is necessary to perform dangerous work by climbing up and down a stepladder or the like, and further, it is very troublesome to remove the reflector in case of damage.
[0004]
In addition, since the attachment portion b has an annular shape, this mounting bracket requires a large space for packaging, and therefore the transportation efficiency is also poor. Furthermore, since the mounting bracket is required to have strength and rust resistance, it is generally made of a steel plate and is hot dip galvanized thereon as a rust-proofing treatment. As described above, the sandwiched portion b is annular. Because of its large volume, plating efficiency is also poor.
[0005]
The present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, the mounting is extremely easy, and upon mounting, without involving dangerous work, road reflector by further transportation or the like of the efficiency of the good sites with bracket It is intended to provide a road reflector attached to a column.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
That is, the road reflecting device according to the present invention is a road reflecting device in which a road reflecting mirror is attached to a support by a mounting bracket, and the mounting bracket includes a sandwich piece that is curved in a semicircular shape. A pair of mounting plate units each having a flat plate-like supporting piece extended thereto is formed as a pair, and a substantially T-shaped engagement portion is provided at the tip of the sandwiching piece of one mounting plate unit, At the tip of the sandwiching piece of the other mounting plate unit, there is provided a long hole-shaped locking hole that allows the engaging portion to be inserted and locked. Both mounting plate units can be connected by engaging the engaging portion with the locking hole of the other mounting plate unit, and the connection portion is connected to the portion near the support piece of the sandwiching piece of both mounting plate units. Tightening inserted to fasten between the clamping pieces of both mounting plate units Insertion hole of the bolt is bored Rutotomoni, part of the support offset of the insertion hole clipping piece drilled mutually spaced apart in order to clamp the clamping pieces of both the mounting plate unit by tightening bolt that is inserted through the insertion hole, tighten the clamping pieces of both the mounting plate unit linked, can be attached to the post by clamped posts by clamping pieces, in addition said clamping The tip of the portion closer to the support piece of the wearing piece is bent inward, the tip is bent outward, and the support piece is extended from the pinching piece, In both mounting plate units attached to the column, the flat plate-like support pieces of both mounting plate units are made to face each other, and in a state where the tightening bolts are tightened, they are made to face each other. These two support pieces are the road reflectors. The mounting part is fixed to the support piece in a state where the mounting part is inserted between the upright parts of the mounting part composed of a pair of upright pieces erected opposite to each other on the back surface, and the road reflector is attached to the support column. It is characterized by being attached.
[0007]
According to the present invention, the engaging portions of one mounting plate unit are locked in the locking holes of the other mounting plate unit to connect the two mounting plate units, and the inner surfaces of the sandwiched pieces of the connected mounting plate units Is attached to the side surface of the support column, and the mounting bracket can be attached to the support column by sandwiching the support column between the inner surfaces thereof. Therefore, since the mounting bracket can be attached from the side of the column, it is not necessary to lift the mounting bracket beyond the height of the tip of the column and attach it to the column as in the past, and no special tool is required for installation. It is very easy to attach, and can be easily removed even when the road reflector is broken, and it does not involve dangerous work such as stepping up and down.
[0008]
In addition, the mounting bracket is composed of two pairs of mounting plate units of almost the same shape, so that both mounting plate units can be stacked and stored compactly. Since the volume can be reduced, the plating efficiency is good even when hot dip galvanizing is performed.
[0009]
In addition, the conventional product has a sharp angle due to the protruding part located on the back side of the mounting bracket, but there is a danger in construction and removal. And work is safe.
[0010]
