この発明の点火薬は、含有量が55〜75質量%であるジアゾジニトロフェノール(以下、「DDNP」ということがある。)と、含有量が16〜26質量%であるトリニトロレゾルシン鉛((以下、「トリシネート」ということがある。)と、含有量が残存量である炭素質成分とを含有してなることを特徴とする。
この発明の点火装置は、枠体内に無橋型電極が配置され、前記無橋型電極の少なくとも一方の電極が、前記枠体内に設けられた薬室に充填された前記(1)の点火薬に接してなり、かつ前記無橋型電極が圧電素子に接続されてなることを特徴とする。
この発明の信号照明弾発射装置は、略直方体に形成され、その一端に開口部を有するカバーと、前記開口部から前記カバー内に挿入して収容された装置本体とからなり、前記装置本体には、前記(2)の点火装置と、前記点火装置に連設された光薬が充填された弾倉と、前記弾倉に前記点火装置によって発火させた光薬を信号照明弾として発射させる信号照明弾発射孔とを備えてなることを特徴とする。
〔点火薬の調製例〕
まず、ニトロセルロースを酢酸エチルに溶解して、ニトロセルロース溶液を調製した。次いで、前記ニトロセルロース溶液に、DDNP、トリシネート及び炭素質成分(ケッチェンブラック)を、混合した。このようにして調製された点火薬は、泥薬の形態を呈していて、その組成は、DDNP65質量%、トリシネート21質量%及び炭素質成分14質量%であった。
前記点火薬を内径17mmの銅管内に充填し、前記銅管に圧電素子(チタン酸バリウム)によって電圧を印加して、前記点火薬の発火試験を実施した。この発火試験は、同様の試験を5回実施し、全ての発火試験において、前記点火薬は発火した。
〔点火装置の作製例〕
図1及び2に示す点火装置1を作製した。
枠体5は、Alにより形成し、電極3−1(無橋型電極)としてはCuを用い、その脚線3−2には、ビニール被覆線を用いた。薬室4に、前記点火薬の調製例により調製された点火薬(泥薬)を塗り込め、酢酸エチルを揮発させることによって、表面にニトロセルロースの被膜が形成された点火薬5を前記薬室4内に充填した。
〔信号照明弾発射装置の作製例〕
図3及び4に示す信号照明弾発射装置10を作製した。
弾倉9は、Alにより形成し、蓋部材11は、紙により形成した。速火線13は、糸に黒色火薬を染み込ませ、線状に形成したものを用いた。この速火線13の燃焼伝播速度は、120m/secである。
前記信号照明弾発射装置10−2に、圧電素子7(チタン酸バリウム)によって電圧を印加して、前記信号照明弾発射装置10−2の信号照明弾発射試験を実施した。この信号照明弾発射試験は、同様の試験を3回実施した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (2)
- 枠体内に無橋型電極が配置され、前記無橋型電極の少なくとも一方の電極が、前記枠体内に設けられた薬室に充填された点火薬に接してなり、かつ、前記無橋型電極の他方の電極が0.8〜1.5mJの電気エネルギーを発生させる圧電素子に接続されてなり、前記点火薬が、含有量が55〜75質量%であるジアゾジニトロフェノールと、含有量が16〜26質量%であるトリニトロレゾルシン鉛と、含有量が残存量である炭素質成分とを含有してなることを特徴とする点火装置。
- 略直方体に形成され、その一端に開口部を有するカバーと、前記開口部から前記カバー内に挿入して収容された装置本体とからなり、前記装置本体には、請求項1に記載の点火装置と、前記点火装置に連設された光薬が充填された弾倉と、前記弾倉に前記点火装置によって発火させた光薬を信号照明弾として発射させる信号照明弾発射孔とを備えてなることを特徴とする信号照明弾発射装置。
