Description

The present invention relates to an improvement in a support device used for supporting a supported body so that the level of the supported body can be adjusted, that is, the height can be adjusted.

As a device for adjusting one component of an office chair with respect to the other component, an adjustment device comprising a guide path provided in any one of these components and a latching element provided in the other component There is. However, in this apparatus, since the latching pin is jerky in the meandering guide path at the time of adjustment, the adjustment operation requires habituation.

In addition, a guide pin provided on a stopper that is rotatably provided on the fixed plate is engaged with any one of the positioning grooves provided on the movable plate in a multi-stage in the vertical direction by the elastic force of the spring. There is a desk with an adjustment mechanism. However, in this desk, since the stopper is always urged by the spring so that the guide pin is engaged with the positioning groove, the spring needs to have an appropriate durability. In addition, a metal spring must be selected as the spring.

The main problem to be solved by the present invention is that, in this type of support device that supports the supported body so that the height can be adjusted, a portion that tends to deteriorate with time can be eliminated and the number of parts can be reduced as much as possible. There is in point to do.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, the support device has the following configurations (1) to (5).
(1) A support device that supports a supported body so that the level of the supported body can be adjusted.
(2) a first member attached to either one of the support and the supported body;
(3) a second member attached to the other side of these,
(4) The first member includes a latching pin, and holding means for elastically pushing back the latching pin to the latching position when the latching pin is moved in a direction to be laterally removed from the latching position on the virtual reference vertical line. Has
(5) The second member includes a plurality of engaging portions of the engaging pin on the reference vertical line, and includes side guide portions of the engaging pin between the engaging portions adjacent to each other in the vertical direction.

The supported body is supported by the support body via the support device by engaging the engagement pin with one of the engagement portions provided in multiple stages. When the supported body is moved in such a direction as to release the engagement between the engagement pin and the engagement portion, the engagement pin is guided to the side guide portion while the elastic force is stored in the holding means and is once moved to the side. After that, it is pushed back on the reference vertical line by the bullet of the holding means and enters the next-ranking engaging portion to engage with the engaging portion. As a result, the height of the supported device can be adjusted. Since the hooking part is on the reference vertical line, and the holding means repels and pushes back when the hooking pin moves in a direction away from the reference vertical line, the hooking pin is hooked to one of the hooking parts. In the supported state of the supported body, it is possible to prevent the holding means from storing the elastic force.

The first member includes a rotating part that rotates about a horizontal axis that is positioned on a reference vertical line, and a hook pin may be provided on the rotating part. In this case, since the engaging pin and the horizontal axis are positioned at a vertical interval on the reference vertical line along the load direction of the supported body at the engagement position, the load of the supported body is most reasonably received. In addition, it is possible to stably maintain the attitude of the engaging pin at the engaging position.

The holding means may be configured by an elastic piece that holds an end portion side opposite to an engaging pin side end portion sandwiching a horizontal axis in the rotating part. In this case, the hooking pin can be positioned on the reference vertical line by the elastic piece, and the rotation of the rotating part that causes the hooking pin to be released from the reference vertical line is made elastic. It can be allowed by deformation. The elastic piece is elastically deformed when the engaging pin is removed laterally from the reference vertical line, and the engaging pin is positioned on the reference vertical line by subsequent elastic recovery. In other words, the elastic piece is not deformed in the support state of the supported body in which the engagement pin is engaged with the engagement portion, and since such deformation is not always applied, it is difficult to deteriorate over time. Further, the elastic piece can be provided integrally with the first member by plastic molding, and the number of parts can be prevented from being increased unnecessarily.

The second member includes a central cam portion and a guide path that goes around the central cam portion,
The central cam portion has a hooking portion and a side guide portion on one side across the reference vertical line,
The second member has a lower guide portion that guides the engaging pin that has been unengaged with the lowermost engaging portion to the other side across the reference vertical line,
There may be provided an upper guide part that guides the engaging pin reaching the upper end of the guide path through the other side across the reference vertical line to the uppermost engaging part.
In this case, from the state in which the latch pin is engaged with the lowermost engagement portion and the supported body is supported, this engagement is released, and the engagement pin is again engaged with the uppermost engagement portion to support the supported body. A supported state can be created.

The second member may be provided with an introduction path that communicates with the guide path and allows the engagement pin to be introduced from the outside. In such a case, the engaging pin of the first member can be inserted into the guide path of the second member using such an introduction path, and both members can be slidably combined with respect to the other member.

According to the present invention, when the engaging pin provided in the first member attached to either one of the support and the supported body is removed from the reference vertical line, it is pushed back by the holding means, and the other side thereof. Since the engaging portion of the engaging pin is provided in multiple stages on the second member attached to the holding member, in a state where the engaging pin is engaged with one of the engaging portions, the elastic force is not accumulated in the holding means. Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult to deteriorate the components that cause such elastic force over time. As a result, there is no problem in configuring the holding means with a plastic material, and in such a case, the holding means can be easily provided integrally with the first member, so that the total number of components can be reduced as much as possible. Can do.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

In addition, FIG. 1 shows here the support | pillar body Mb which supports this top plate Ma, and the 1st member 1 attached to the support body B side in the structural example which used the support apparatus concerning embodiment for supporting the top plate Ma. As a separated state, FIGS. 2 and 3 show cross-sectional views of the main part of the configuration example. 4 shows the first member 1 constituting the support device, FIG. 5 shows the second member 2, and FIG. 6 shows the second member 2 viewed from the opposite side to FIG. Yes. 7 to 9 show the outline of the central cam portion 21 and the guide path 22 of the second member 2 with solid lines so that the operation of the support device can be easily understood, and the engaging pin 10 and the rotating part 14 of the first member 1. 7 shows the outline of the holding means 11 with imaginary lines. FIG. 7 shows a state in which the engaging pin 10 is engaged with the second engaging portion 211 from the bottom of the second member 2, and FIG. 8 shows the state of FIG. FIG. 9 shows the state in which the second member 2 and the second pin 2 are lifted upward from the bottom of the second member 2 and the second pinion portion 211 and the pin 10 are unlatched. The state where the engagement with the lower engagement portion 211 is released and the engagement pin 10 is guided to the straight portion 213 of the central cam portion 21 is shown.

The support device according to this embodiment is used to support the supported body M with respect to the support B so that the level can be adjusted, that is, the height can be adjusted. A main body such as a device or a fixture provided with the support M is a support B. For example, when the supported body M is a top board, the main body of the furniture (desk or wagon etc.) provided with this top board Ma becomes the support body B, and when the supported body M is a backrest or an armrest, The body of the chair provided with a backrest and armrest is the support B.

Such a support device includes a first member 1 and a second member 2, and is configured such that one of the two is slidably moved in the vertical direction or relatively slidably movable. In the case of supporting a top plate, typically, such a support device is provided in each of two or more support portions of the top plate.

The first member 1 is attached to either one of the support B and the supported body M. In addition, the first member 1 includes a latching pin 10 and when the latching pin 10 is moved in a direction away from the latching position on the virtual reference vertical line x (see FIGS. 8 and 9). Position) A holding means 11 is provided which elastically pushes this back to the engaging position (position in FIG. 7).

(図3)   In the illustrated example, the first member 1 is attached to the support B. In the example shown in the drawing, the first member 1 is mounted and built in two panels Ba, Ba constituting the support B by being screwed at two positions on the left and right sides thereof. (Figure 3)

The first member 1 includes a main body portion 12 having a substantially rectangular plate shape that is long in the vertical direction, and rail portions 13 formed on both edge portions along the vertical direction of the main body portion 12. Each rail portion 13 is formed on one surface 121 of the main body portion 12. The rail portion 13 includes a rising portion 131 that protrudes integrally from the edge portion, and a bent portion 132 that protrudes from the protruding end of the rising portion 131 toward the other rail portion 13. And in the example of illustration, the support | pillar body Mb which makes the upper and lower long plate shape with which the 2nd member 2 is provided is between the standing parts 131 of the rail part 13 on either side, and the edge of this support | pillar body Mb is one surface of the main part 12. The second member 2 is combined with the first member 1 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. A supported body M, which is a top plate Ma in the illustrated example, is attached to the upper end of the column body Mb. In the illustrated example, the column body Mb and the second member 2 are moved upward by the operation of lifting the top plate Ma, and the top plate Ma is moved to the position after the movement by the engagement of the engagement pin 10 at the moved position. It comes to be supported by. When the top plate Ma is moved upward beyond the maximum support position, the latching of the latch pin 10 is released, and free movement of the top plate Ma downward is allowed, and then the top plate Ma is completely moved downward. When the top plate Ma is lifted up slightly from the above state, the top plate Ma is supported at the lowest support position by re-engagement of the engagement pin 10.

The virtual reference vertical line x passes through a position in the middle of the main body 12 in the width direction. The engaging pin 10 is provided on the main body 12 in a state where it can be moved to one side and the other side of the reference vertical line x on the lower side of the main body 12.

In the illustrated example, the engaging pin 10 is provided in a rotating part 14 that is rotated around a horizontal axis 124a positioned on a reference vertical line x. Accordingly, in the illustrated example, the engagement pin 10 and the horizontal shaft 124a are positioned on the reference vertical line x along the load direction of the supported body M with a vertical spacing at the engagement position. The load can be most reasonably received, and the attitude of the engagement pin 10 at the engagement position is stably maintained.

Further, in the illustrated example, the holding means 11 is configured by an elastic piece 111 that holds an end portion side opposite to the end portion on the side of the engaging pin 10 with the horizontal shaft 124a interposed therebetween.

Specifically, in the illustrated example, the rotating part 14 is configured as an elongated plate body that is rotatably supported by the main body 12 with a horizontal shaft 124a at a position approximately in the middle of the vertical direction. . In the illustrated example, a long window hole 123 is formed in the main body portion 12 in the vertical direction. The window hole 123 is vertically divided by a partition plate 124. The space below the partition plate 124 has a significantly smaller vertical dimension than the upper space. A horizontal shaft 124 a having a cylindrical projection is formed on the partition plate 124 on the one surface side 121 of the main body portion 12. On the other hand, a shaft hole 141 of the horizontal shaft 124 a is provided at a position approximately halfway in the vertical direction of the rotating part 14. Is formed. In the illustrated example, when the horizontal shaft 124a is completely passed through the shaft hole 141 of the rotating part 14 on both the left and right sides of the partition plate 124 with the horizontal shaft 124a interposed therebetween, the left and right sides of the rotating part 14 are elastically engaged. A latching claw 124b is provided, and the pivoting part 14 can be combined with the main body 12 with one touch by the latching claw 124b. In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a cover that is attached to one surface of the partition plate 124 after the rotating part 14 is combined with the main body 12 in this way, and prevents elastic deformation in the direction in which the hooking claws 124b are unhooked. It is. The engaging pin 10 is provided at a lower end 142 located in a space below the partition plate 124 of the rotating part 14 and protrudes in a direction perpendicular to one surface of the main body 12. The window edge portion 123a directed to the lower edge of the partition plate 124 in the space below the partition plate 124 is configured to follow a virtual circular arc centering on the horizontal axis 124a. An end cover 144 attached to the lower end of the moving part 14 is in sliding contact with the window edge 123 a on the other surface side of the main body 12.

(図4)   The elastic piece 111 constituting the holding means 11 is configured to extend downward by integrally connecting a piece upper end 111a to a window edge 123b directed to the upper edge of the partition plate 124 in the space above the partition plate 124. ing. The elastic pieces 111 are provided on the left and right, respectively. At the lower ends of the left and right elastic pieces 111, contact portions 111b with respect to the edges along the vertical direction on the upper end 143 side of the rotating part 14 are formed. The left and right elastic pieces 111 are formed on the partition plate 124 so that a space substantially equal to the width dimension (left and right dimension) of the rotating part 14 is formed between the contact portions 111b of both elastic pieces 111 and 111. It is arranged in the space. Between the upper end 111a and the contact portion 111b of the elastic piece 111, there is an arm portion 111c that extends in an inclined manner so as to gradually approach the other elastic piece 111 side as it goes downward. In addition, the lower end of one of the left and right elastic pieces 111 is provided with a holding plate portion 111d that is in contact with the surface on the side of the rotating part 14 from the one surface side 121 of the main body 12 and the left and right elastic pieces 111. A holding plate portion 111 d that is in contact with the surface on the side of the rotating part 14 from the other surface side 122 of the main body portion 12 is provided at the lower end of the other end of the main body 12. (Fig. 4)

Accordingly, in this example, the hooking pin 10 can be positioned on the reference vertical line x by the elastic piece 111, and the hooking pin 10 is moved laterally away from the reference vertical line x. The rotation of the rotating part 14 can be allowed by the deformation of the elastic piece 111. The elastic piece 111 is elastically deformed when the engaging pin 10 is removed laterally from the reference vertical line x, and the engaging pin 10 is positioned on the reference vertical line x by subsequent elastic return. That is, the elastic piece 111 is not deformed in the support state of the supported body M that engages the engaging pin 10 with the engaging portion 211, and such deformation is not always applied, so that it does not easily deteriorate over time.

Separately from the illustrated example, a piece of a single elastic piece extending downward by integrally connecting the upper end 111a of the piece to the window edge 123b directed to the upper edge of the partition plate 124 in the space above the partition plate 124. A latch pin 10 may be provided at the lower end, and the latch pin 10 may be allowed to move laterally off the reference vertical line x by deformation of the elastic piece.

The second member 2 includes a plurality of engaging portions 211 of the engaging pin 10 on the reference vertical line x, and includes side guide portions 212 of the engaging pin 10 between the engaging portions 211 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction.

In the illustrated example, the second member 2 is attached to the supported body M side, that is, to the support body Mb. In the illustrated example, the column Mb combined with the first member 1 as described above is the side facing the one surface 121 of the main body portion 12 of the first member 1, and from a position approximately in the middle in the length direction. A longitudinally long slot Md for communicating the inside and outside of the column body Mb is formed between the lower end and the central cam portion 21 (to be described later) of the second member 2 housed and assembled in the column body Mb. The guide path 22 is positioned in the slot Md.

In the illustrated example, the second member 2 includes a central cam portion 21 including the hook portion 211 and the side guide portion 212 and a guide path 22 on one surface of a substantially rectangular substrate 20 that is long in the vertical direction. It becomes.

The central cam portion 21 is configured as a raised portion that extends long in the vertical direction at a position in the middle of the width direction of one surface of the substrate 20. A guide path 22 is formed around the central cam portion 21. In the illustrated example, a rib-shaped portion 221 is formed around the central cam portion 21 with a space between the central cam portion 21 and the rib-shaped portion 221 and the central cam portion 21 are spaced from each other by the guide. It functions as the path 22.

The central cam portion 21 includes a hooking portion 211 and a side guide portion 212 on one side of the reference vertical line x.

In the example shown in the figure, the hooking portions 211 are provided at five positions with substantially equal intervals between the hooking portions 211 adjacent in the vertical direction. Each of the engaging portions 211 is configured as an arc-shaped recess 211a that is open at the bottom and is recessed upward. The side guide part 212 is gradually away from the reference vertical line x from the inner end 211b (reference vertical line x side) of the arc-shaped recess 211a of the engagement part 211 positioned above the adjacent engagement part 211 downward. The outer end 211c of the arc-shaped recess 211a of the engaging portion 211 that is positioned below and extending downward is formed as a top portion 212a between the outer end 211c and the outer end 211c. Accordingly, one side of the central cam portion 21 across the reference vertical line x is configured to have a sawtooth shape that continues in the vertical direction with the side guide portion 212 facing upward and the arc-shaped recess 211a facing downward.

And in the state which combined the support | pillar body Mb with the 1st member 1 as mentioned above, the engaging pin 10 is engaged with the engaging part 211, and is guided to the side guide part 212.

The supported body M is supported by the support B via the support device by engaging the engagement pin 10 with one of the engagement portions 211 provided in multiple stages. (FIG. 7) When the supported body M is moved in such a direction that the engagement between the engagement pin 10 and the engagement portion 211 is released, the engagement pin 10 causes the side guide portion 212 to store the elastic force in the holding means 11. After being moved to the side once (FIG. 8), it is pushed back onto the reference vertical line x by the bullet of the holding means 11 to enter the next-order engaging section 211 and engage with the engaging section 211. As a result, the height of the supported device can be adjusted. Since the hooking portion 211 is on the reference vertical line x and the holding means 11 rebounds and pushes back when the hooking pin 10 moves in a direction to be released laterally from the reference vertical line x, either of the hooks In the support state of the supported body M in which the engaging pin 10 is engaged with the portion 211, it is possible to prevent the holding means 11 from storing an elastic force.

In the illustrated example, when the supported pin M is lifted from the state in which the engaging pin 10 is engaged with the uppermost engaging portion 211, the uppermost engaging portion 211 and the second engaging portion 211 from the top are located. The engaging pin 10 is guided to the side guide portion 212 formed on the rotating part 14 and the rotating part 14 is rotated while elastically deforming one of the pair of left and right elastic pieces 111, and the engaging pin 10 is connected to the lower end of the side guide portion 212. That is, when the supported body M side is lifted up to a position over the top 212a, the rotating part 14 is pushed back by the elastic piece 111 so that the engaging pin 10 enters and engages with the engaging portion 211 of the second stage from the top. It has become. By the same operation, the engagement between the second-stage engagement portion 211 and the engagement pin 10 from the top is released, and the engagement pin 10 is engaged with the third-stage engagement portion 211 from above, and the third-stage engagement from the top. The engagement between the portion 211 and the engagement pin 10 is released and the engagement pin 10 is engaged with the engagement portion 211 at the fourth stage from above, and the engagement between the engagement section 211 and the engagement pin 10 at the fourth stage from above is performed. The engaging pin 10 can be engaged with the lowermost engaging portion 211. The level of the supported body M is lowest when the engaging pin 10 is engaged with the uppermost engaging portion 211, and is highest when the engaging pin 10 is engaged with the lowermost engaging portion 211.

In the illustrated example, the second member 2 includes a lower guide portion 23 that guides the engaging pin 10 that has been unengaged with the lowermost engaging portion 211 to the other side across the reference vertical line x,
An upper guide portion 24 that guides the engaging pin 10 that reaches the upper end of the guide path 22 through the other side of the reference vertical line x to the uppermost engaging portion 211 is provided.

The lower guide portion 23 is a lower end portion 214 of the central cam portion 21 that forms a rib shape that gradually goes away from the reference vertical line x as it goes downward from the inner end 211b of the arc-shaped recess 211a of the lowermost engaging portion 211. And the lower rail portion of the guide path 22 that guides the engaging pin 10 that has fallen downward from the lower end portion 214 on one side across the reference vertical line x to the other side across the reference vertical line x in the central cam portion 21. 222. In the illustrated example, the other side across the reference vertical line x in the central cam portion 21 is a straight portion 213 along the vertical direction, and the reference vertical line x in the lower end portion 214 of the central cam portion 21 is formed by the lower rail portion 222. When the supported body M is lifted up to the position where the engaging pin 10 is inserted into the other side with the pin interposed therebetween, the engaging pin 10 enters the other side by one bullet of the pair of left and right elastic pieces 111. When the engagement pin 10 enters the other side, the rotating part 14 is guided while being guided by the straight portion 213 and the portion of the lower end portion 214 directed to the other side while elastically deforming the other of the pair of left and right elastic pieces 111. The latch pin 10 is rotated and relatively moved toward the upper end side of the central cam portion 21 in a state of sliding contact with the straight portion 213.

The upper guide portion 24 includes an inclined guide portion 215 straddling a reference vertical line x extending between the upper end of the straight portion 213 and the uppermost hook portion 211 positioned below the upper end, and an upper portion from the upper end of the straight portion 213. And the upper rail portion 223 of the guide path 22 against which the engaging pin 10 that has come off is abutted. When the supported body M is lifted up from the support state in which the engaging pin 10 is engaged with the lowermost engaging portion 211 to the position where the engaging pin 10 is inserted on the other side across the reference vertical line x, the straight portion 213 engages. The pin 10 can lower the supported body M without engaging. When the supported body M is lowered, the engaging pin 10 hits the upper rail portion 223 and is positioned on the reference vertical line x by the other bullet of the pair of left and right elastic pieces 111, 111. When the supported body M is lifted from this state, it is guided by the inclined guide portion 215 and the engaging pin 10 rotates the rotating part 14 so as to elastically deform one of the left and right elastic pieces 111, 111. It is guided to one side across the reference vertical line x, and is re-engaged with the uppermost engaging portion 211 by one bullet of the elastic piece 111 at a position over the lower end of the inclined guiding portion 215.

Thus, in the example shown in the figure, the engagement pin 10 is engaged with the lowermost engagement portion 211 and the supported body M is supported, and then the engagement is released and the engagement portion 211 is engaged again with the uppermost engagement portion 211. A state in which the supported body M is supported by engaging the pins 10 can be created.

Further, in the illustrated example, the second member 2 includes an introduction path 25 that communicates with the guide path 22 and allows the engagement pin 10 to be introduced from the outside.

Specifically, among the rib-like portions 221 constituting the guide path 22, the lower end of the rib-like portion 221 located on the other side of the reference vertical line x ends at the lower end of the substrate 20. The introduction path 25 is formed between the lower end of the part 221 and the lower end of the lower rail part 222. Accordingly, in this example, the engaging pin 10 of the first member 1 is inserted into the guide path 22 of the second member 2 using the introduction path 25, and both the members 1 and 2 are used as the other member. On the other hand, it can be slidably combined.

In the illustrated example, a window hole 26 is formed in the substrate 20 that is located above the introduction path 25 and adjacent to the other side of the lower end portion 214 of the central cam portion 21 across the reference vertical line x. The latch pin 10 is moved from the state in which the latch pin 10 is positioned in the window hole 26 in a direction away from the reference vertical line x to the side, so that the latch pin 10 is removed from the introduction path 25 again. The combination of the one member 1 and the second member 2 can be solved.
