Description

【0001】

[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, recycling of equipment and effective use of resources have been widely screamed. However, if a caster that facilitates the movement and transportation of equipment that is no longer needed is broken or damaged, the equipment can be moved smoothly. In some cases, it is not possible to recycle them, so that they may be treated roughly and damaged recyclable equipment, making it impossible to recycle them and disposing them as waste.
[0003]
In order to cope with this, it is conceivable to install an alternative caster in place of a broken or damaged caster on the bottom of the device. Needless to say, when attaching an alternative caster to the bottom surface of a device where the caster is damaged or damaged, it is desirable to attach the original caster at the four corners of the bottom of the device (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-62574). ) Generally, it is not easy to remove a broken or damaged caster. For example, in what is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-74905 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-59432, the caster attachment member is devised to facilitate attachment to the apparatus main body side, but it is premised on recycling. Casters cannot be easily replaced. Therefore, it is necessary to attach the alternative caster while avoiding the mounting position of the existing caster. Therefore, it is necessary to make the mounting surface of the alternative caster to the equipment bottom flat so that it can be attached to any place on the equipment bottom.
[0004]
Also, depending on the size and weight of the equipment, it is necessary to disperse the load resistance applied to the casters. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a system that can mount a plurality of casters.
[0005]
In addition, if the interval between the casters of the equipment is wide, it is necessary to move the equipment so that the distance between the casters can be adjusted to ensure the stability of the equipment during transportation. It must be easy to do.
[0006]

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following description, common parts are denoted by common reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an embodiment of a caster auxiliary device according to the present invention. The caster auxiliary device 1 according to the present embodiment has a pedal 2 whose plane shape is U -shaped and a side surface shape is curved in a U -shape, and a bent portion (hereinafter, ascending / descending fulcrum portion) 2b of the side member 2a of the pedal 2. A caster 4 that fixes the axle 3 with fastening screws 6 and 6, and an insertion guide roller 5 that is fastened with fastening screws 7 and 7 to the tip of the side member 2 a of the pedal. The caster 4 is configured by fixing the magnet 10 to the bearing member 11 with a fastening screw as is well known on the upper surface. The magnet 10 uses a magnet whose top surface has no convex portion, has a wide effective range of surfaces that can be magnetically attracted to the bottom surface of the device 12, and can be mounted at any position on the bottom of the device 12. To do.
[0012]
2A, 2 </ b> B, and 2 </ b> C are side views showing a usage state of the embodiment apparatus of FIG. 1. When using the caster auxiliary device 1, the caster roller 5 is inserted into the space formed by the casters 13 below the bottom surface of the device 12 with the insertion guide roller 5 lowered (A). Normally, four casters 13 are provided at the four corners of the bottom surface of the device 12, so that they are inserted between the two casters 13 and 13 on the front side of the insertion. Then, by stepping on the pedal portion 2c of the pedal 2, the insertion guide roller 5 is raised and applied to the bottom surface of the device 12 (B), and further the device 12 is pushed up slightly to bring the insertion guide roller 5 to the bottom surface of the device 12. The caster auxiliary device 1 is caused to enter the bottom of the device 12 as appropriate using the casters 4 while being rotated. When the insertion guide roller 5 is moved to a desired position, the insertion guide roller 5 is lowered (if the pedal 2 is stepped on, the foot is released), the magnet 10 is attracted to the bottom surface of the device 12, and the caster auxiliary device 1 is attached to the device 12. Then, the conveyance state is set (C). In addition, since it can be easily mounted at an arbitrary position on the bottom of the device 21, work time and work load are reduced.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of the transported state of the device 12 in the transportable state as described above. A rope 8 is hung on the pedal 2, and an operator 9 pulls it to carry the device 12. Of course, other forms of transportation are possible, such as the operator pressing and pulling the device 12 directly. That is, since the rope 8 can be used for towing, the operator can easily, safely and easily carry the equipment.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing another embodiment of the caster auxiliary device according to the present invention. The caster auxiliary device 20 of the present embodiment is of a so-called double cast type in which the casters 4 are doubled. Since the basic configuration is the same as that of the previous embodiment, common reference numerals are given. However, in this embodiment, the pedal 21 is divided into two parts, and the pedal portions 21c of the pair of side members 21a and 21a, 21c is fixed with fastening screws 22 and 22, and the two casters 4 and 4 are attached to the ascending / descending fulcrum portion 21b of the side member 21a via the axle 24 with the stopper 23, and the supporting shaft 25 is further attached. A guide roller 5 is attached to the tip of the side member 21a.
[0015]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating an example of a transport state of the device 12 by the caster auxiliary device 20 of the embodiment of FIG. 4. The device 21 is large and is transported in a state in which the magnet 10 of the caster auxiliary device 20 is attracted to two places between the two casters 13 and 13 on the front side of the insertion. When the device 12 is very large, the position of the two casters 4 in the direction along the axle 24 can be changed by changing the position of the stopper 23 and can be set at an optimum position according to the device 12. That is, it is possible to easily maintain the performance of the device 21 by increasing the distance between the alternative casters 4 and 4 to disperse the load resistance of the device 21 and eliminating the interference caused by the deformation of the device 21 and the deformation between the component parts. Also, by selecting the number of alternative casters according to the shape and weight of the equipment, the burden on the operator can be further reduced and safety can be sufficiently secured.
[0016]
FIG. 6 is a side view (A), an enlarged side view (B), and an enlarged perspective view of a magnet showing an example of a mechanism for mounting the caster auxiliary device to the equipment bottom. The magnet 30 has a known magnet magnetizing mechanism, and the magnetic force generated by the magnetized surface 31 can be switched on and off. In the figure, 32 is a switching lever, and 33 is an end of the switching mechanism. When the lever 32 is twisted, the magnetic generation of the magnetized surface 31 is turned on and off. Further, a link lever 35 is bridged between the end portion 33 of the switching mechanism and the side member 2a of the pedal 2, and the link lever 35 is formed with an arcuate groove 36 for driving and guiding the end portion 33 of the switching mechanism. is there. The upper end of the groove 36 is magnetized off, and the lower end is the magnetized on position.
[0017]
That is, when the pedal 2 is pushed down and the insertion guide roller 5 side is raised, the end portion 33 of the switching mechanism is twisted while moving along the groove 36, the lever 32 is driven and the magnetic force generation of the magnetized surface 31 is turned on. When 2 is lowered, the magnetic force generation of the magnetized surface 31 is turned off by the reverse operation. Of course, the lever 32 may be twisted by hand.
[0018]
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing another example of the magnetization on / off mechanism of the magnet 30 in the example of FIG. In this example, a spectacle-shaped lever 40 is attached to the end 33 of the switching mechanism, the shaft 35 a of the link lever 35 is fitted into one of the holes 41, 41 of the lever 40, and the lever 40 is directly moved by the movement of the link lever 35. Is supposed to drive.
[0019]
Of course, not only the above-described mechanism but also various mechanisms can be employed for magnetizing the magnet 30 on and off. In the above description, only the case of corresponding to the mechanism of the embodiment of FIG. 1 has been described, but the same applies to the case of corresponding to the embodiment of FIG.
[0020]
