Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a mesh-like woven fabric and a method for producing the same, and relates to, for example, a technique for improving a mesh-like woven fabric embedded in mortar, concrete, other cement products, FRP products, or the like for building walls.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, mortar and concrete used for building outer walls have a high probability of cracking due to drying shrinkage, and if this type of crack is left for a long period of time, from the surface of the mortar or concrete to the back surface. Cracks gradually expand, leading to water intrusion and water leakage from one side of the crack, which becomes an impediment to durability. Therefore, conventionally, it has been practically used to embed a mesh-like woven fabric made of glass fiber in mortar or concrete to prevent the expansion of cracks while ensuring the reinforcing effect of the outer wall and the like.
[0003]
As a kind of this mesh-like woven fabric, a warp yarn group in which a plurality of long warp yarns are arranged in parallel at a predetermined pitch, and a horizontal yarn in which a plurality of warp yarns shorter than the warp yarns are arranged at a predetermined pitch. A woven fabric that crosses a yarn group and is fixed by a thermosetting resin or the like is known. In this case, if the width of the weft group ( width in the warp direction) is increased to correspond to the length of the warp group, the weaving machine will be unduly enlarged and complicated. It needs to be narrowed. Therefore, in this type of mesh woven fabric, a plurality of weft yarn groups are usually arranged adjacent to each other in the width direction (vertical direction) with respect to a single or a pair of warp yarn groups.
[0004]
Referring to FIG. 4, the method for producing the mesh fabric is schematically described. As shown in FIG. 4, an arrow Y direction perpendicular to the traveling direction is provided between the pair of warp yarn groups 1 traveling in the arrow X direction (vertical direction). A horizontal yarn group 2 is supplied while being cut into a predetermined length, and a plurality of horizontal yarn groups 2 arranged adjacent to each other are clamped by a pair of warp yarn groups 1, and both yarn groups 1 and 2 are fixed. To be done.
[0005]
As for this type of mesh-like woven fabric, it is preferable as a characteristic of a reinforcing material for mortar or concrete that it is possible to secure a high strength characteristic while reducing the thickness, so that two or three are required to meet such a demand. A plurality of such yarns are closely adhered in the width direction and used as one set of warp yarn or one set of weft yarn.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the aspect in which wefts are used with two or three as one set, a plurality of weft yarn groups 2 in which a plurality of sets of weft yarns are arranged at a predetermined pitch are adjacent to each other in the width direction by the manufacturing method described above. As a result, the following problems occur.
[0007]
That is, in the process of supplying the weft yarn group 2 to the running warp yarn group 1, it is difficult to strictly match the running speed of the warp yarn group 1 and the supply timing of the weft yarn group 2, and therefore precedes. In some cases, the weft group 2 and the succeeding weft group 2 are not arranged adjacent to each other at regular positions. This is because when the preceding weft group 2 and the succeeding weft group 2 are supplied to the warp thread group 1 and arranged adjacent to each other, the width direction relative positions of the both weft groups 2 and 2 are varied.
[0008]
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, when two weft yarns 4 form one set, the end portion of the preceding weft group 2 and the end portion of the following weft group 2 are mutually connected. When a situation occurs in which the two weft groups 2, 2 are in contact with each other, a pair of weft yarns 4 existing at the ends of both weft groups 2, 2 are brought into close contact with each other, and as a result, four weft yarns 4 are brought into close contact with each other. In the illustrated example, this kind of contact portion 6 is formed at two locations. However, if the width (thickness) or arrangement pitch of the weft yarns 4 is different from that shown in the drawing, these two contact portions 6 In addition, they are brought into close contact with each other, resulting in a situation where the eight weft yarns 4 are in close contact.
[0009]
When such a situation occurs, even if this mesh fabric is embedded in mortar or concrete, mortar or the like does not permeate into the contact portion 6, and this causes the mesh fabric and mortar to be between them. As a result, peeling does not occur and sufficient reinforcing action cannot be provided, and there is still a risk of cracks occurring or spreading around the peeled portions.
[0010]
On the contrary, when the end of the preceding weft group 2 and the end of the following weft group 2 are unfairly separated, as shown in FIG. The absent portion 7 of the weft yarn 4 is generated, and the reinforcing effect is reduced due to this, and the effect of suppressing the occurrence of cracks and expansion is also diminished.
[0011]
In addition, the above problems may occur not only in the outer wall of the above-described building but also in other cement products and FRP products in which this type of mesh fabric is embedded.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even if variations occur in the width direction relative positions (vertical direction relative positions) of the weft yarn groups arranged adjacent to each other in a state of intersecting the warp yarn groups, Provided is a mesh-like woven fabric capable of avoiding unreasonable adhesion and unreasonable absence of yarns, and capable of reliably obtaining a reinforcing effect on mortar, concrete, and the like, and an effect of suppressing the occurrence of cracks, and a method for producing the same. This is a technical issue.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a group of warp yarns in which a plurality of warp yarns including one or two or more yarns are regularly arranged, and two or more yarns as one set. a plurality of sets of a weft group having a portion to be regularly arranged a weft, mesh-like fabric disposed adjacent a plurality of weft groups in the longitudinal direction formed by fixed by crossing the warp yarn group of there are the well as configure and 5 pairs following weft yarn in one or more pairs arranged at both ends at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the weft yarn groups as starting with a single pair per weft yarn of the other portions of 1 It is composed of two or more pieces per group, and the ends in the warp direction adjacent to each of the weft yarn groups are overlapped so as to include a state in which the weft yarns composed of one piece per group do not adhere to each other. It is characterized by that.
[0014]
Here, the number of one set of the warp yarns needs to be different according to the thickness or arrangement pitch of a single warp yarn, but is preferably about 1 to 5, more preferably 2 or 3 A book. The number of sets of the weft yarns also needs to be different depending on the thickness and arrangement pitch of a single weft yarn, but is preferably about 2 to 5, more preferably 2 or 3 It is said.
[0015]
According to such a configuration, the weft yarn group is composed of one or more pairs arranged at both ends in the warp direction starting from both ends, and only five or less pairs are composed of one weft yarn per group, part, since it is composed of two or more weft per couple, when the combined I heavy end portions of the longitudinal direction of the weft yarn groups adjacent when the weft yarn is not in close contact with each other The weft yarns are arranged one by one at a pitch equal to or less than the weft arrangement pitch in a single weft group, and a moderately large gap is formed between the weft yarns .
[0016]
When a mesh-like woven fabric having the above-described structure is embedded in mortar or concrete used for the outer wall of a building, etc., the unjustly adhering part and the improperly nonexistent part of the weft yarn as in the past By not producing | generating, the osmosis | permeation state, such as a mortar, is optimized, generation | occurrence | production of peeling is avoided and problems, such as insufficient strength, are also eliminated efficiently. As a result, it is possible to obtain the effect of suppressing the occurrence of cracks or the expansion thereof while maintaining a sufficient reinforcing effect on mortar, concrete and the like.
[0017]
In this case, the warp yarn and the weft yarn are preferably made of an alkali-resistant glass fiber containing 14% by mass or more of ZrO 2 . Since this alkali-resistant glass fiber is less likely to be eroded by the alkaline substance in the cement, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the tensile strength of the fiber due to the alkaline substance, and to maintain the cracking prevention effect of mortar and concrete over a long period of time. Become.
[0018]
The specific composition of the alkali-resistant glass fiber is, by mass, SiO 2 54 to 65%, ZrO 2 14 to 25%, Li 2 O 0 to 5%, Na 2 O 10 to 17%, K 2 O 0 to 0%. 8%, RO (however, R represents Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn) 0-10%, TiO 2 0-7%, Al 2 O 3 0-2%, preferably mass% SiO 2 57-64%, ZrO 2 18-24%, Li 2 O 0.5-3%, Na 2 O 11-15%, K 2 O 1-5%, RO 0.2-8%, TiO 2 0.5 to 5%, a Al 2 O 3 0~1%.
[0019]
As the warp yarn and the weft yarn, it is preferable to use a glass fiber yarn, but a strand made of glass fiber, roving, DWR or the like may be used.
[0020]
Further, in the present invention, a warp yarn group formed by regularly arranging a plurality of warp yarns, each of which is one or two or more sets , travels in the warp direction , and two or more warp yarn groups are moved with respect to the warp yarn group. the weft group having a plurality of sets of weft formed by regularly arranged a site to set a plurality is sequentially supplied so as to be disposed adjacent to the longitudinal direction, and said warp yarn group and each weft yarn group A method for producing mesh fabrics that are sequentially fixed, wherein each weft group is composed of one or more sets and five or less sets of weft yarns arranged at both ends in the warp direction. Is characterized in that it is sequentially supplied to the warp yarn group so that the adjacent ends in the warp direction overlap each other .
[0021]
According to such a method, by sequentially supplying the weft yarn group to the warp yarn group traveling continuously in the warp direction , a plurality of weft yarn groups are sequentially arranged adjacent to each other in the warp direction. It is fixed in sequence while crossing the yarn group. In this case, as in the case described above, the weft yarn group is composed of one or more pairs arranged at both ends in the vertical direction starting from both ends, and only 5 pairs or less are composed of one weft yarn per set, The other part is composed of two or more wefts per group. Then, when the weft yarn group supply, since the ends of each weft yarn group adjacent to the longitudinal direction is supplied to each other become heavy, in the end, the weft yarn of two or more are in close contact Furthermore, a gap larger than the weft arrangement pitch of a single weft group is not formed. That is, conventionally, since the end portions in the warp direction of the adjacent weft yarn groups are closely aligned, if there is a variation in the relative position in the warp direction between the two weft yarn groups, the end portions are A phenomenon occurs in which the yarns are closely attached to or separated from two yarns. In contrast, the present invention is to sleep heavy end portions of the longitudinal direction of the weft yarn groups is disposed adjacent, even variation occurs in the longitudinal direction of the relative positions of the two weft groups, in the end, horizontal There are no more than two yarns that stick together or leave .
[0022]
Even when the mesh-like woven fabric produced by such a method is embedded in mortar or concrete, it is possible to obtain cracking and expansion inhibiting effects while maintaining a sufficient reinforcing effect, as in the case described above. It becomes possible.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a main part enlarged front view showing a weft group that is a constituent element of a mesh-like woven fabric according to this embodiment, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are main parts showing respective forms of the mesh-like woven fabric according to this embodiment. It is an enlarged front view. In the following description, the same constituent elements as those already described in the section of the prior art are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. The description will be added with reference to FIG.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the weft group 2 of the mesh-like woven fabric 5 according to this embodiment, wefts 4 of a plurality of sets A 1 to An 3 having two as one set are arranged in parallel at a predetermined pitch. Rutotomoni, two sets that exist at both ends in the longitudinal direction, that is, the a longitudinal direction of the end portion 2 sets a 1 resides in, a 2 and two pairs existing in the other end a n1, a n2 is set per The weft yarns 4 are arranged at the predetermined pitch. Here, the above “two sets existing at both ends in the vertical direction” means “two sets arranged at both ends in the vertical direction with both ends as starting ends”. In the following description, for convenience, the “end portion in the vertical direction” is simply referred to as “end portion”.
[0025]
In this case, the arrangement pitch (interval spacing) of the entire set of weft yarns 4 is set to 5 mm in this embodiment, but may be within a range of, for example, 3 to 20 mm, and preferably within a range of 3 to 10 mm. Set in. Further, the vertical dimension S of the weft group 2 is set to 1000 mm in this embodiment. The weft group 2 is connected in the vertical direction by the applied thermosetting resin when the mesh fabric 5 is manufactured, and is handled as a single web. In this embodiment, the warp yarn group 1 is composed of two warp yarns 3 for each set of a plurality of sets B 1 to B n , and the arrangement pitch of each set is substantially the same as in the case of the weft yarn group 2. They are set identically (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
[0026]
Here, with reference to FIG. 4, the manufacturing method of the mesh fabric 5 will be described. The pair of warp yarn groups 1 are long in the warp direction, and are continuously running in the warp direction, for example, at a speed of 40000 mm / min. . On the other hand, the weft yarn group 2 (weft web) is intermittently supplied between a pair of running warp yarn groups 1 while being cut to a length corresponding to the width of the warp yarn group 1.
[0027]
The weft yarn group 2 intermittently supplied to the warp yarn group 1 is arranged in a crossing manner with the warp yarn group 1 so that a plurality of the weft yarn groups 2 are adjacent to each other. The weft yarn groups 2 are sequentially supplied so that the end portions, that is, one portion per set overlap each other. After the supply, the crosswise portions of the warp yarn group 1 and the weft yarn group 2 are fixed (adhered) by the thermosetting resin by sequentially receiving heat treatment while the weft yarn group 2 is sandwiched between the pair of warp yarn groups 1. The mesh-like woven fabric 5 is obtained by solidifying this and further solidifying.
[0028]
The mesh-like woven fabric 5 obtained in this way is, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, one set a 1 weft yarn 4 in two sets a 1 and a 2 existing at the end of the preceding weft yarn group 2, Even when the weft 4 of one set a n2 in the two sets a n1 and an n2 existing at the end of the succeeding weft group 2 is in close contact, the predetermined pitch is between the sets of weft yarns. Each gap corresponding to is formed.
[0029]
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, preceding the two sets a 1 resides on an end portion of the weft yarn group 2, the weft yarn 4 of a 2, two pairs lies in an end portion of the subsequent weft yarn group 2 a n1, a n2 When the weft yarn 4 is not in close contact with each other, gaps smaller than the predetermined pitch are formed at a plurality of locations (three locations in the example) between the weft yarn pairs in the overlapping portion. In this case, the portion where the gap is smaller than the predetermined pitch is that the weft yarns 4 are lined up one by one, and the occupation ratio of the weft yarns 4 per unit area does not increase. Since the gaps are in a moderately dispersed state, it does not become a factor that inhibits penetration of mortar and the like.
[0030]
Therefore, the mesh fabric 5 is suitable for the overlapping portion of the two weft yarn groups 2 and 2 regardless of whether the mesh fabric 5 is in the state shown in FIG. 2 or the state shown in FIG. In this state, a gap is formed. If this is taken into consideration, even when the weft yarn group 2 is supplied to the warp yarn group 1, even if the succeeding weft yarn group 2 has a supply position error (variation) of about two pitches relative to the preceding weft yarn group 2, both An appropriate gap is always formed in the overlapping portion of the weft yarn group 2, so that an inappropriate adhesion portion of the weft yarn 4 and a portion where the improper weft yarn 4 is not present cannot occur.
[0031]
The mesh-like woven fabric 5 having such characteristics is embedded in mortar, concrete, other cement products, FRP products, or the like for the walls of structures.
[0032]
In addition, the mesh-like woven fabric 5 according to this embodiment has a plurality of sets B 1 to B n of warp yarns 3 for each set on the front side and the back side because of the use of the manufacturing method as described above. And are arranged alternately.
[0033]
Further, in this embodiment, the case where the arrangement of each set of the warp yarn group 1 and the weft yarn group 2 is equally spaced is exemplified, but this arrangement does not need to be completely evenly spaced, and there is some arrangement error. However, they may be regularly arranged at substantially equal intervals. For example, considering the warp yarn group 1, in the process of arranging the pair of warp yarn groups 1, 1 on the front side and the back side of the weft yarn group 2 as described above, the relative deviation between the warp yarn groups 1, 1 is relatively long. If this occurs, the gaps between each pair of warp yarns will alternately have relatively large gaps and small gaps. Even in such a state, the present invention is applied. This will not cause any trouble.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the mesh-shaped woven fabric according to the present invention, with respect to the weft yarn group including a plurality of weft yarns as one set, at least one set and not more than five sets arranged at both ends in the vertical direction with both ends as starting ends. constitute a set of weft at one pair per and for warp yarn group, because they stick to fit it heavy end portions of the weft groups adjacent, if the weft yarn at the overlap portion Even if they are in close contact in the vertical direction or not in close contact, the overlapping portion of the unjustified weft yarn and the non-existent portion of the unjustified weft yarn as in the past are formed in the overlapping portion. Absent.
[0035]
Therefore, when this mesh-like woven fabric is embedded in mortar, concrete, etc., the penetration state of mortar and the like is improved, and peeling is less likely to occur, and problems such as insufficient strength are efficiently avoided. While maintaining a sufficient reinforcing effect on concrete or the like, it is possible to obtain an effect of suppressing crack generation and expansion.
[0036]
And by producing the warp yarn and the weft yarn with an alkali-resistant glass fiber containing 14% by mass or more of ZrO 2 , erosion by an alkaline substance in the cement is suppressed, and the tensile strength of the fiber is maintained at a high strength. In addition, the effect of preventing cracks in mortar, concrete, etc. is maintained over a long period of time.
[0037]
Further, according to the manufacturing method of the mesh-like fabric according to the present invention, with respect to the warp yarn group running, the weft group of the same construction as described above, sequentially supplies so that adjacent ends are mutually becomes heavy Therefore, it is possible to avoid that two or more weft yarns closely contact each other at the overlapping portion and that a gap larger than the regular weft arrangement pitch is formed. By using this, it is possible to obtain the effect of suppressing crack generation and expansion while maintaining a sufficient reinforcing effect on mortar, concrete, and the like.
